I had purchased casual shoes around a year back costing around 9000/-.
It has developed crack in side sole as you can see in attached video.
Please give me solution for this as your product is of high value and quality.
For brand like Hushpuppies it is undigestable.
I am very much loyal to this brand as its expectations and quality is very high.

I purchased sandals from lifestyle store on 13th of November 2022. The brand warranty six months but the sandals have been broken. When I contact lifestyle customer care, they told me just contact the brand customer care. They will help you out because their warranty is around one month. After one month the brand customer warranty applies so please help what to do

I purchased two shoes at the Hushpuppies store on 25th December 2021. I have enclosed the Invoice for product details, regarding the second product, size 8. I purchased them at a discount, I bought the shoe for 1999 INR. Later I found out that the shoe that was packed was size 9 and not size 8 which I have purchased.

I took to the store and a Store Executive named Ramu has apologized for the mistake and accepted the product return on that day, ensuring that the size 8 shoe will be available the following week as it was not available at that time. He has written an acknowledgment on the Invoice and has asked me to come the following week to show it and that I will be given the size 8 shoe that I have purchased. However that day never came, He said the shoe is not available and has asked to buy a new pair, but the discount was now not available and all shoes were priced at 4000INR +. I requested Mr. Ramu that I cannot accept this offer as it was the store's mistake to pack the wrong item rather than what was billed, and that teh customer shouldnt be the one to adjust but rather the store. However he kept saying that I'll try to get the shoe and has asked me to check other branches of the store to see if I like any other shoe and that He will compensate that 1999INR in the other store branch, however I refused this offer again, because it is only giving me more stress and to go around looking for shoes at different locations, jsut because they billed for a shoe that is size 8(desired) and while packing, packed the shoe which has the size 9.

For many months I kept asking him to find a way to settle this issue, but He only kept me in waiting to offer me to only buy something in the store, I still refused because I do not want to spend more on a new shoe for a show that I have already paid, It's only a double burden on me. I have requested Mr. Ramu multiple times and have also insisted that if I do not get a satisfactory response that I would file a consumer complaint, however since then Mr. Ramu has stopped replying to my texts and never answered my calls.

In the last attempt, I had to plead with the Consumer Complaints Forum and Team to please look into this and give a fair solution.

I have enclosed the Whatsapp chat file and also the invoice details and the written acknowledgment that Mr. Ramu has written. The Physical Invoice is now faded, but the pictures from that day are with me and I'm sure Hushpuppies databases would also have them.

I am unable to upload the txt. file, please reach out to me to provide it over email if required.

Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention of mails sent on customer care after receiving unsatisfactory replies telephonically. I have already sent 6 or7 mails, every tme your customer care service sent system generated system reply without going through the issues raised by me.
It is pertinent to mention here that I know very well that warrenty period is 90 days. In my case warrenty period has already been expired but the damage due to manufacturing defect is considerable. In my case, one shoe has totally damaged and the 2nd shoes is in very good condition. I use this shoe only 3 or 4 times only for 2 to 3 house on one occasion after purchase which can be ascertained from the photograph of the shoe. The photograph of both the shoes have already been sent to customer care service through mail, instead of giving reply to my queries they send only system generayed reply for the reason best known to them. Even I have told that in case you are enable to understand my issue, ring me and I will explain you even I have every time given my phone number.
In the end, It is requested to intervene into the matter and go through the photographs of both the shoes already sent and ascertaied the actual reason of damage due to manufacturing defect by using rough material.
Hoping for appropriate reply from your side instead of customer care Bata.

I have purchased these Hush Puppies footwear from the Bata store at Growels's Mall Kandivali East in April, 2022.

As shown in the below images/attachments, you may be able to better understand the issue that I am facing.

I have purchased this fresh product in April and in about 6 months the wear and tear of the product has begun.
This makes me interpret that the product quality is very poor.
Hence, I visited the store and asked for the resolution, they said they are unable to provide any service or resolution.
Therefore, I am writing this email.

I bought a hand bag from Hush puppies on 13th nov, used for just a day yesterday and today I see the skin is getting peeled off.
Cannot attach the receipt as I am travelling, attaching the tag and the peeled pictures.

allmost one complite to purchase shoes.when i was purchase shoes there employee suggested to me sir you must purchase hush puppies shoes its very comfotable and log lasting and replacement priod is 90 days within 90 days if any types of gat issues we can replace shoes
but now they deny sir we can not replace shoes.we can only repear

where is your brand quality
your brand quality is very poor and no long lasting and dull light and broken your sole whin one month

I did purchase from hush puppies store located at delhii airport terminal 3. I made the payment. And they were suppose to send me the product next day. I made purchase on 6-11-22. Receipt no is 34459. I did called customer care person 4times in one day. And they refuse to solve my query. According to them they only deal with online purchase and even they are not providing me any contact number of the store too. I am unable to find store contact number on google too. I dont know where is my order. Extremely rude behaviour from customer care side too. They just randomly disconnect the call. Please help

Bought these pair of shoes from Bata outlet, the sole of these shoes have peeled off .
I have hardly worn these shoes, sole quality is worn out and looks like low quality product

Worth PKR 15000 then.
It's quite an amount in our currency
It's casual shoes

It's not been even a year since then and both it's soles are broken... I m highly disappointed with its quality n value for money.

Kindly consider my grievance and accommodate immediately.

I sent the same to MD Hush puppies in Pakistan and Hush puppies helpline in Pakistan.
I didn't get a satisfactory or logical response from them. That's why I am seeking help from you

I had purchased one Hush pappies belt in end of 2020 from Bata show room in India. Due to Covid and all I didnt use much but my belts outer skin is disappearing and i cant able to use your belt due to the manufacturing defect . I need a acknowledgement from the concern authority to go the further action .

I have purchased a belt with black formal shoes on 30th April 2022 from MGF mall store of Hush Puppies. I got 3 months of product warranty and when my belt leather started to cut I went to Ambience mall Hush Puppies store and the manager told me they will replace the belt and will give me new one after two days. when I reached the store after 4-5 days they told me they will not give me a new belt, I have to purchase a new one as the prices of the belt has risen. I told me give me the same product as replacement as promised, the store manager refused and started arguing, i asked him his manager number but he refused to give me. He told me do what ever you want but i will not give you my senior number. I'm the boss around here. He left me with no option but to left with my old belt. If you guys can't replace the item in warranty period than what is the purpose of giving us the warranty.

My wife and I bought a couple of pairs. from Hush puppies, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi.

One of them was - 'Hush Puppies Women's Sharon Wed', which costs 5000 INR.

She wears this below pair for 2-3 hours and if you see the insole. It is completely gone.

Brand name ! but quality of Shoes is poor.they are making a fool, it is waste of money, I bought a pair of Hush puppies shoes (modle no.[protected]from the hush puppies store, DLF mall Noida sector-18, Colour faded in 2 months only and shoes sole is started coming out.
Totally unsatisfied would not prefer to going with hush puppies anymore also not recommended to anyone.
