Purchased Hush Puppies shoes 9 months back. I had purchased a pair of Hush Puppies shoes Bounce Technology US PAT 8216824 which has got defect now and sole has torn out and cracked. The value of purchase was around Rs 10, 000 (Ten Thousand) Response to get these replaced or repaired is negative. So big name no costumer service

Purchased on 20-2-21 at Mumbai High Street Phoenix, Grand galleria unit g-12 ground.
Stitches are broken and missing.

I purchased black formal shoe from Margao Goa BATA outlet India inAugust 2020.

Now I am in Qatar I used this shoe for just 3 office day and it gave a result (can be seen in attachment.)

It was really a bad dream for me that I went your outlet, unexpected product ever I got.

I bough hush puppies slipper on feb/ 2020 from bangkok. I ride this slipper since last month. After that, the color of leather on heel contact area become white, as like after abrasion

After using it for 1.5 - 2 months, we have noticed that the stitching at the sides of the shoe is coming off at various places. The same is causing it to look cheap and raising questions about the quality and genuineness of the product. The shoe is used by a professional, having moderate to low movement throughout the day.

Request you to either replace or repair the product on an urgent basis.

I had ordered shoes on flipkart on 17th october, 2019. The order id is od[protected]. After one time usage, the sole pasting is getting removed for both shoes. I raised the concern with flipkart team but they said that as the redeem time is over they can't help it and i was asked to reach out to you for assistance as the warranty period of 90 days is still valid.

I request you to please look into this issue and provide the resolution asap.

We bought paid of chappal at express avenue store ‘hush puppies’ on 12-feb-2019.

Post 6 months i found that leather/material in topmost portion is getting peeled off. Within 6 months we do not expect this kind of quality for branded products.

I have shared images and raised to 'customer. [protected]@bata.com' and in-customer. [protected]@bata.com but no response.

We did visit the store but store manager has guided to share an email.

Kindly do the needful in this regards.

I bought hush puppies shoes a year back from ambience mall, gurgaon.

It’s not even a year and the sole dead. This is the first time ever i experienced such bad quality product.

I thought of getting it repaired and visited few bata showrooms in greater noida and noida (As my residence is in greater noida) however to my surprise all said that they do not repair even after i offered to pay the expenses.

Seems like bata has gone beyond to ruin all customer experience.

Brought the hush puppies fisherman shoes at bata showroom, srinivasanagar, bangalore and it costed rs 3, 000/-. The threads over the shoes are started coming out within 6 months. And i gave for stitch to same showroom, first they denied the service later accepted but after once returned it got its sole broken into 2 pieces with in next 2 months. People there are not soft enough to listen concern and i guess these people changed the soft sole inside as well as the whole sandals set. Don't trust this hush puppies sandals. It not worth the prices they charge for their products. Hush puppies items are below the quality compared any other indian brands.

Its been more that 3 week there is no response from www.hushpuppies.in
Called support several times they just disconnect the call.
I have raised BM-94514 from support team.
Please do refund or deliver the producer.
This is one of the worst online portal.

The above shoe was purchased on 21st august'19 from the exclusive hush puppies store - mi road jaipur. I was feeling uncomfortable while purchase, your sales man from the store convinced me after some wearing it will be normal.

Since then i used it for couple of days to check, but it was not comfortable even then, i approached the store and told them the problem, they said we will use dyes to broaden the base and it will be fine. I even inquired about the shoe getting "d" shape, they refused and said the originality will not fade for sure. Based on their comments, i handed over the shoe to them on 10.09.2019 (Scan copy of receipt attached). Till date there is no revert from the store since one month has passed. Its an indication that the problem i stated is beyond repair.

I have been using the brand hush puppies since so many decades and never came across such problems here before.

Keeping in view the above facts, i urge you to replace the pair at the earliest so that i can have the shoes to wear and continue carry the same image as a brand of legacy - hush puppies.

Looking forward for your favorable revert at the earliest.

I bought new shoes from mall of amritsar, amritsar on 4 sept 2019 and after 10 days thread came out and velvet has been destroyed from inside as well as well shoe from back side is broken. I have complained 7 times till now via mail, phone and at store. But no body is listening. Poor service. I am ashamed why i had selected that brand on that day. I am very disappointed hush puppies!!

I am regular user of hush puppies shoe. I had purchased hush puppies black leather shoes in dec 2018 for rs 9000/- appx, from south ex new delhi and the top leather has developed / got dot - dot all over within 3 months.
It gives very poor look.
I had approached the hush puppies showroom in gurgaon but i was told to file online complaint only.

You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to replace my shoes at the earliest in rohtak.

I brought this brand new shoe brush from bata this product is of hush puppies its not even a proper month hairs are coming out of brush it is so frustrating to see a company like hush puppies couldn’t mangos to make a good shoe brush how will they make shoes. Till date, I didn't received the shoes. Now I am not able to track my order and the status of my order. Please guide me in this aspect & solve this issue at the earliest.

Well-dressed man in 25th Saturday evening function was a heart breaking incident for me, Because of my broken brand new (just 2 months old) “Hush Puppies “ shoe.
I was ashamed like anything and I am not interested to remember the incident again.

With all respect, I would like to express my sincere concern that this is one of the worst products I had purchased in my life. I have been cheated by Amazon by giving substandard product in the price of branded one. I couldn't use the shoe not even for two months. The sole of the branded shoe "hush puppies" was broken in two months while I was attending a grand party. I couldn't even stand in front of the audience and I fled away with heavy heart. I never expected from this from the leading vendor “Hush Puppies”. I have paid good amount for this shoe and now I was cheated and I lost my money. Sincerely this is horrible and cruel.

I lost all my trust in Hush Puppies. Please don’t cheat your valuable customers.

Since the warranty period is 90 days, I request the competent authority to replace my faulty shoe with genuine product, urgently.
