Hi

Water flow of my water connection is very low from last few days, not able to get enough water, atmost we are getting around 200 letres of water in one hour which is not sufficient for two days. I am trying to contact some online numbers to raise complaint but i am not getting concern contact number in online kindly please help me on this issue.

Iam the native of vinobha nagar lalapet, tarnaka and the sewerage is over flowing in front of the house and it's unable to breath the unpleasant smell of sewerage and we are facing many problems due to this sewerage and i need the members of the team to clean it immediately and fix the sewerage as soon a possible and the sewerage is not continuously flowing bit it stops for a while and again starts flowing

Water supply is not regular in balanagar Raja colony area from last 5 day due to that we suffering a lot we can't able to purchase water tins available in market

Request you to kindly solve the issue as soon as possible and to release tap water or drinking water on regular period.

We are resident of 1-5-1022/3, b. R. Rao nagar, old alwal, alwal. There is overflow of drainage water on road which has blocked the road creating a problem for about 6 to 7 houses blocking the way. We are unable to walk as water is touching above our heels. Dirty water is flowing on road. Small children in colony are getting problems by this. We are facing this problem 7 to 8 times in a month. We need permanent solution for this. Please take the action

The nala in patny nagar has been eroded by ghm and cantonment excavator. The whole road is caving in. It's difficult to go in and out. 4 months now. No action of repair taken. It's a private road which they are using and misusing plus the kachra is taken out and left on the road making it difficult for cars to go. Today a tree too fell and no action to remove it

Sir in tap water is not coming with pressure and coming with sand and dust mud please clear as soon as possible that type of water can't be used in daily life because using that mud water means inviting diseases infections we can't drink that infected water so please clear the problem immediately because water is basic one without water we can't survive

From last 10 days there is no water supply in our area "veenus enclave residential colony, sri balaji layout gajularamaram near tatva global school".
No one is responding to our call and line man also not answering the calls...
They are selling water tankers but they are not supplying the water. If we go to office and complaint sometime they are saying pipes has been damaged but not sure why they are not fixing the problem.. It will be helpful if they identify and solve our issue...

The drainage in front of h. No. 68 ligh, and on the road at the north west corner of 1st phase play ground, aphb colony, moula ali is overflowing since last 6 months. Several petitions were given to to ghmc-kapra division dc, ae and also ward - 4 corporator. Many time they have visited and promised to resolve. So far no action is taken. Kindly resolve this immediately.
This problem is causing lot of inconvenience, stinking smell and also reverse flowing and entering into houses. This is also becoming a health hazard.
We are told that hmwss will take up all these problems from 1st march, 2020. Kindly resolve our problem sir,

This is to bring to your notice that there is no free flow (Normal outflow... The pot water rises after flushing) from the water closets after being used, in our house. There iseems to be no blockage in our manholes as no overflow in the house. There is some blockage in the manhole outside. This problem has been there for the past 2 months. Kindly look into the natter.

Drainage block outside. Water from water closets is not flowing quickly and freely after flushing. The water keeps rising in the WC. This problem has been there for the past 2 months. Inside manholes seem to be fine as there is no overflow inside the house. Hence drainage block is outside the house.

I regret to inform you that there isnt any pressure when manjeera water is sent to us, whist every other building the force is good. As a result when we try to fill the tank not even half the tank is filled where it actually must be filled to brim. We have already lodged a complaint a week back but with no effect. The customer care told us that they would rectify it in 3 days but we got a message that it had been rectified. This is causing too much trouble for the tenants due to lack of water. I urge that it would be taken seriously and hope we find a solution for our problems.
