I like to understand billing counter for 10 products or less then 10 products is for 10 items or 10 products - say i buy 12 soaps of same brand n type will that be one product or 12 products as per my understanding it’s 12 items but 1 product.in case most of counters are empty still billing staff can refuse to bill on these counter. My attempt to discuss issue with store manager mr. Chitanya was even worst n he just moved out of discussion without understanding my concern n other person ravi who was not on counter but tried to suggest different view was even worst.. Real bad experience if in today’s time customer is been ignored like this.. Most of billing counter were empty n it was afternoon time, these people in question were just standing thr n passing time... But not ready to work...

    I am a graphic designer, and i design for them a menu card, on request of ankita singh & yogesh they bith are visualmerchandiser in malad west store.

    They both promise me to clear my payment on saturday but its been more than 20 days both are not responding and still not paying me back.

    I keep chasing them sending masaages but no reply.

    They both might be using my money for thier personal use.

      I am a frequent customer of hypercity. Weekly more than 4 times i visit here as i know i will get fresh veggies n fruits from hypercity.... But today i bought some strawberries which on top of the cover it was looking all good. But after came home when i opened its full rotten from bottom side. As a customer this is very disappointing matter.

        I had purchased various items at hypercity - inorbit mall –vashi on 6-nov-2018. I had a very unpleasant experience at counter no.5, the staff at the billing counter accused me of tampering with a bar code from a packet of dog bones (4 medium size bones).
        I mentioned to him, that i did not remove any bar code and the packet was in the same condition that i picked up from a tub in the animal products section. I told the staff that i wanted the dog bones and that he can get price code in order to continue with the billing. The staff finished my billing, he did not include the dog bones and completed billing. I told him i wanted the bones. So then he left the billing counter and went to the animal products section to check for pricing, he took quite a while to return and i patiently waiting at billing counter no. 5. After, some time he returned back and said he does not have the code, and i cannot take the product.
        I asked for the manager, and i was diverted to customer service desk, at the desk the manager told me to wait and he will have to go to the store room, to get the code. He told me that i would have to wait only for 5 minutes. I waited patiently for over 15 minutes and, they were unable to get a code. I asked again for the main store operations manger, and he was busy to attend.in the interim, i filled a complain feedback form.
        Already i waited very long and no staff was able to get the price code.
        This has happened once before too at hypercity-inorbit mall and with dog articles.
        The customer has to struggle with any dog item purchase.
        I request you to look into this.
        Firstly:
        1. Falsely implicated: false accusation by staff that customer tamper with codes
        2. Retreieving bar price code-failed attempts: more than 20 minute wait to retrieve product code from store after already waiting addition 5 min at billing counter to get price code.
        3. Mismanagement of customer service manager, he was not able to provide a solution.
        4. Time for resolving issues: more than 36 hours and no staff has contacted customer, after filling in complain form.

          Complaint harrisment in hyper city royal meenakshi mall
          Three women and a five year old get harassed and the staff gang up against the mother for no reason at all. Severe moral and ethical lack in the mall no professionalism and suggesting never to go to hyper city bangalore in royal meenakshi mall bannarghatta road.
          Person concerned lokesh k admin staff (Racist and a goon deserved to be put behind bars)

          Hello my name is priyanka l. This incident is regarding shopping in hyper city meenakshi mall bangalore on 19 th oct 2018 friday around 7.30 pm.
          I went to hyper city with my 5 year old son and my two aunts who are both teachers. We brought some maggie packets and a can of coke. While coming out of the store my aunts walked a little ahead and got the two bills stamped by the security man. One bill was for the maggie and one bill was for the coke. When i was existing the store holding my small son i was asked the bill for the coke i could not locate the bill, which i later realized that my aunt who was just a couple of steps ahead of me had already got stamped by the security and was just waiting for us by the gate.
          When the security asked me for the bill, i tried to find the bill, as i could not find it and the cost was only 35 rs i told the security to come with me to the cashier who had just billed me to confirm that i had paid for the product. He came and the cashier verified that i had just paid but instead of letting me go like normal people he insisted that i open my bag and show him the other items. I was shocked and upset as to why i should empty my bag in front of a total stranger further more he started to put his hand in my bag which mind you i was still carrying near my breast and tried to pull out my things. I pushed his hands away and told him to watch his hands, just then my aunt rushed in and showed him the bills that he himself had just stamped which included both the items the maggie and the coke which we had bought from hyper city. He adamantly kept telling me to open my bag in front of the entire store at the exit gate. I was shocked and my son was getting frightened and people had started to gather. Just then an store assistant whose name was lokesh k showed up wearing a black shirt and an attitude of a pakka goon and with him came other people wearing hyper city uniforms and all these people started shouting at me to empty my bag. My poor aunty showed them the bills for the items we had purchased but they kept insisting and shouting in kananda that i take things out of the bag in the middle of nowhere on the ground. I told them that i will not open my bag as i had nothing to fear and my son was getting very scared and he is epileptic all these men gathered around us and would not let us leave the store when i tried to take my son out they started shouting “pakro pakro” like i was a thief. We three all middle aged women with a child faced a mob who did not understand our language as we are from the north east and this is in karnataka. Finally i said i will call the cops if this bullying did not stop. They were enjoying themselves (Hyper city staff with the admin personal). Then my aunt said where do you want to check our bags, please check it. They told us to move to the corner of the store all laughing and shouting. When i empted my bag and nothing absolutely nothing came out that did not have a bill for they looked at each other and said you should have got all the items that you had purchased from other stores tagged before you entered our store (Hyper city).
          The lady security blamed me for not getting all items tagged. How was i to know the policies of their store. I had given my entire bag to the man who was checking before i entered hyper city to do what he wanted further she made a comment saying if he has tagged this alarm clock why would he have not tagged this pant, both the tiny clock and the pant were brought from spana book house and reliance trends just above their store. I had bills for both of them which i showed them. We as customers had no clue that all items had to be tagged we had completed all the formalities of showing our bags when we had entered the store.
          Just then a man who introduced himself as the store supervisor came and said we will talk about this in the office. We had to explain the entire again.in front of the supervisor the store assistant whose name was lokesh started making his own story and used vulgar words at us. It seemed like he had a personal grudge against the north east people. As we had not refused to cooperate with them in any way if done politely and a professional manner.
          It was the sure negligence of the security who had stamped both the bills and still asking for the bill and the store assistant who could have handled the situation better just made us three woman entertain the entire mob by shouting and not letting us leave the store with an epileptic child.
          I can’t tell you the humiliation and the embrassissment and the fear my little one and we felt. It was the worse experience to shop in this place. You can reach me at[protected]. I am ready to confirm the truth of this matter as one of my aunts recorded the entire thing in her phone.

            Dear sir, i have bought a gift card (Rs 1000) of hypercity from amazon.in. The hypercity company is acquired by big bazaar. I contacted big bazaar to use that voucher but they denied to accept it.
            I tried to contact hypercity but their helpline no is not working.

            Now my money is wasted just because big bazaar buy hypercity. If a company is buying another company it is not only buying assets but also liabilities. I should be able to use my money at big bazaar/ hypercity or my money should be refunded.
            Please help to resolve my issue.

            cashier person is giving excuse of server problem and was giving coupon which is going to expire in next 3 days.

              she is very scared and depressed and being a friend i need to help her. i inform her to raise a sexual harrasment complain but before that i prefer to inform hypercity

                I was at the hypercity store which is in cinepolis, kukatpally. I wanted to buy a soft toy depicting santa. I put it in my basket and when the billing was in the process, the guy said that the soft toy didn’t have barcode hence he didn’t consider for the billing. However, after reaching home i was shocked when i checked the bill because the guy billed me for the santa too. I have paid 229 rupees for the soft toy but i don’t have the item. I am requesting either for the refund or send me the item. Please feel free to verify the cctv camera which is at the billing counter.

                  There is no way where i can locate how many points accumulated in my account. There is no clue as to how to redeem the points. We are regular visitors of hyper city market and always buy lot of food stuffs and clothing materials. Even purchase of pulses, cereals, household utensils, toiletry items, cosmetic items, gift articles, children toys, gents trousers and ladies wears etc.

                  Despite giving lot of business there is no outcome of redemption of points.

                  We bought apples from Hypercity Vashi on Sep 1. Today I cut the apples and 2 of them were spoilt. We are loyal regular customers and this is not the first time it has happened. The pomegranate and water melon were good. I still have 3 apples and now i am worried they will be bad too.

                      We visited store on 15 aug. We made 2 bills among that 1 bill was not issued as i went to pick up some more stuff. Amt was deducted fm our cr. Card. But now i hv to exchange 3 nos of clothes how do i?. Billing counter person was extremely inattentive & reluctant also to answer. As being rush & our kid was also crying it didn"t strike us as he said everything is added. Inspite of telling to redeem the amt he did"t do. Counter no 17 system was hanged at 17.15 hrs. He again billed. Pls give proper training to staff how to handle situation during such times. Today i hv to visit ur store as to solve this issue. My time & money is wasted. I am also working woman. Ur store tel no is also not working.

                        I have made some purchase from Hyper City Malad on 10th Aug 2018, My Tax Invoice Number [protected]. While checking bill on next day I found that I was billed for 6 apparels where as I had bought only 5. I re visited store on 12 Aug 2018 and raised the query why I was billed for the excess product which I never bought. I was told it was human error and store will refund the excess amt billed.
                        I am more concerned on how lightly it was taken. Generally we don't check the bills and have trust on billing efficiency but the way it was taken by customer service desk it looks like a regular practice of store to bill the customer in excess and if and when they complaint refund the excess amount charged
                        I had asked Customer service desk to give some acceptable reason for the error or provide in writing on letterhead stating that excess billing was by human error and not by intention and at most care will be taken in future but they denied to give anything in writing, meaning store is not ready to accept their mistakes and arrogantly saying customers to take refund and close the matter
                        Then comes the another mistake of refunding wrong amount where I lost my temper and I raised my voice loud enough which draws the attention of other customers and customer care desk's seniors to my surprise I was replied more arrogantly by senior customer service officer / manager and 2-3 of them came on me shouting and asking me not to shout else they will call security and push me out. I was told by manager that they will also reply in same manner and they kept on raising their voice.
                        This behavior from senior person of customer service was unexpected and they (4 to 6 of them) have gathered near me asked me rather took me to the staff cafeteria from shopping area. It was very insulting and I was treated like I have stolen something from store instead reality is that store has charged me excess and offered me lesser refund. I believe that I have all the rights to raise my voice on your repeated mistakes. Give me reason why should I get insulated on your mistakes.
                        Is this the culture of store to threaten the customers who raises their concern on store's executives repeated mistakes?
                        I was also suggested to go to court of law and file the complaint where your advocate will reply my advocate this is how you treat your customers who are raising their voice against your in efficiency?
                        Finally I was given the correct refund after 80-90 minutes of drama without any acceptable reason for mistake neither any assurance of taking at most care in future. To add to frustration there was not a single word and/or action of apologies neither by words nor by behavior
                        Discipline comes from top to bottom and when you have such seniors there not much that customer can expect from juniors
                        I request you to go through CCTV footage of 12th Aug 2018 evening 9:30 on wards of Customer Service Desk area and look at the matter how it was handled by senior manager(s) and give me feedback and action that you intent to take against senior manager(s) if any.

                            This is to bring to your notice that HyperCITY is selling expired juices. This happened on 21st July 2018 at HyperCITY Vashi where I observed an expire RAW orange juice on the shelf. As this was unexpected, this was only observed once I opened the bottle and noticed a foul smell which led me to check the date. Totally unexpectable from a franchise like HyperCITY!
                            Hence, would like to have a refund on the same.

                              I am from Bangalore. Around a month back I received hypercity gift card worth Rs1000. I had two hypercity stores near my place but recently I came to know that HyperCity is changed to BigBazar due to some acquisition.

                              So my coupons will still be acceptable in these stores. Else, what do I need to with these coupons?

                                I had bought skinless chikcen legs yesterday at Hypercity, Kasarvadavli, Thane. Used one of the two piecses to make a pot biryani. Today morning i got severe loose motions and i immediately suspected the chicken since i was very much ok till dinner time and didnt have anything else for food.

                                Today looked at the pack and found that they've labelled the chicken with today's date[protected] while i had bought it yesterday evening.[protected]. Expiry is marked 19-07-18.

                                I believe this is a clear case of intentionally misleading customers about the packed and expiry dates of the "fresh food" products.

                                How can one trust these guys??? Such a BIG store.. this is really cheating, at the cost of someones health and probably life too. What if its someone already under convalescence or someone aged..do these people care for anything othet than profits???

                                    I have been a frequent customer at hypercity. Made a purchase of duck eggs on 27th June 2018. I realized a day later that the box says packaged in July 2018. This is the second batch I got in which most of the eggs turned out to be rotten. I didn’t expect such poor quality especially in food from such a renowned supermarket. Please look into this matter.

                                      I visited to hyper city on 17/06/2018 along with my husband to purchase a dinner set. After one and a half hour we finalised a dinner set worth rs. Approx 5500 whose offer price was 2499/- (The person to show dinner sets was because busy with other customers)
                                      When we went for final billing, we were informed that offer is over and we have to get in approx 4900/-.

                                      Really annoyed as it wasted our lot of time. As we are working people, we are always short of time and even after waiting for long in que, thus a total waste of 2 n half hour we got nothing just because of the poor management.

                                      Really annoying and it has turned out to be a grievance.
                                      We will never ever avail the services of hypercity now.

                                        I tried paying for my food grocery via my Ticket Restaurant Meal Card at kasarvadavali hypercity but the transaction at FUTURE RETAIL, THANE on 01/06/2018 was declined DUE TO oUTLET/PoS not registered, even though other Hypercity store takes meal card and even in Edenred's site your store is shown as affiliate.
