    On[protected] i bought a citylite trouser from hypercity inorbit mall vashi. On wearing this the very first time it torn out near the zip portion, when i was in the middle of a presentation. It was so embarrassing and was sort of harassment. I have been hypercity customer since long and i request you to take necessary actions against my complaint.
    On taking this back to the store after much argument mr. Harish (Store manager) just returned the amount but he had no answer for my insult. This is not expected from such a big store.

      Why you people are cheating customers. I bought SDL night pants on July 31st 2016 with some offer and MFD On 08/14 but just now i realised that there is another sticker behind that with MFD on 09/12. Why you put offers and cheating customers. I'm totally disappointed with it.

          Hi,
          I purchased some items from Hypercity bangalore near kundanahalli gate on dt 5-Jun-2016. After coming back home I checked the bill and realised that I was charged extra amount for one item, lijjat papad. Actually I purchased only 1 unit but I was charged for 4 units. The very next day I went to the store to report the issue to the customer desk, but they were not ready to accept that it was their mistake. Instead of tallying the bill against their stock records the sales person H15435-Gangadhari started arguing with me as if I was a conman and intentionally playing the trick to get the extra units or difference money by wasting 3 hours of my working time, travelling all the way down to Hypercity customer desk to address my concern !! I had an extremely bad experience. Please address the concern.

            I purchased rib chops of goat on[protected]. CM no.8739. It got deteriorated but the expiry date was[protected]. What would happen to the health of consumers who bought such products? How can Hypercity tend to be irresponsible like We want an explanation as you people can't sell us deteriorated products. As consumers we can't open the packed products to check whether its edible or not. Kindly do the needful.

              Complaint again the security team of hypercity thane-
              we were not aware about the timings of hypercity thane parking.we have been parking our car for a week now and we leave at 3am after work. The security opens the exit for us without even informing about the timings.Today our tires are punctured by the security.And they abused us and were so harsh wen we questiond them about their cheap action.They never informd us about the timings neither they warned .n d quietly did dis in our absence.n now we are chased out insulted.n we are waiting til the morning sunlight for help.coz we cant even go home.we are a regular customer ay the store as wel.Never expected.this from the company.This is very cheap.being a youth i can assure you that if action is not taken.then the reputation of hypercity thane will be in our hands.

                One day I was at hyper city db mall bhopal n found that there is heavy discount on sky bags bagpack n there is around 10-15 bags n all of those were purchased by your employees in bulk quantity n offering the same at high rates is this sounds good for you guys...if yes.
                Then y do you text us to Rush to hyper city for this n that n bla bla...
                Y don't you silently sell out to employees so that they can make some money after reselling the same

                  Purchased Fabiano iron box in hypercity, This is a waste product i have ever seen even in china made ..
                  they have given 1 year warranty, and the product is stopped working in 2 nd month.
                  when i visited customer service they have taken 2 months for repair and is giving product back to me by removing some parts saying it is working properly.


                  Idiotic service.customer service is worst..

                    I had purchased apparels during the recent sales discount offer at HYPERCITY. There were few line items (circled) wherein the final amount after discounting did not tallied. The other line item after discounting tallied. Even though the MRP for all the line item mentioned - inclusive of tax, the particular line item circled there was VAT levied after discounting. On inquiring with their representative Mr. Rajkumar ([protected]) at their outlet in Vashi - INORBIT. I was told that for certain discounted item the VAT is different. If whatever the representative stated is true then I need to know if the Retail Outlet is supposed to misguide the customer without mentioning the same in the MRP /Tag.                     Hypercity — edible oil

                    I was checking olive oil to buy. A support executive there made me believe that canola oil is a better option than olive oil. I bought it, once I returned home I googled and found that it is harmful.

                      This is with regard to the outlet of Hypercity present in Inorbit mall, Vashi. This is for the third consecutive time that the cashiers have been cheating us. Today morning I had made a purchase of a Ferrero Rocher from the mall worth Rs.149 for which a payment of Rs.200 was made by me. However, the cashier returned me only Re.1 saying I had paid only Rs.150. They weren't ready to cross check with the CCTV camera footage and kept blaming me for lying instead. This is not the first time that this has been happening. In the past few months that I have been purchasing from Hypercity, this is my third such experience. This is a terrible way to treat customers and I am extremely angry by the way they have been treating customers and accusing them of lying. I expect you to look into the matter and take appropriate action at the earliest. Once more this happens, I will make sure this incident is published in all the prominent newspapers.

                        I had purchased a leather sofa (Rs. 37, 000/- worth) on Feb 7th 2015 ( 3+2). We had selected a dark brown color but actual delivery of the product was different. Yet we were happy to see that we got better shinning shade. But our joy did not last long. Soon the golden shinning started fading within a month, while on the side, stiches started uncovering the fillers. I started following up this matter with the sales executive but so far nothing. Its very unfortunate and disappointment fron such a brand. If the matter is not resolved soon I will knock on the doors of Consumers Forum.

                          Today i bought noodles from Hypercity malad west and came home just to my nightmare it was a expired wai wai noodles for which the images are attached (Noodles packet with seasoning pack and the bill for which i had bought) Bill dated 19.06.2015 CM No : 8912 Reg : 102 Cashier : H11832-Shabnam Manufacturing Date was AUG 2014 (best before nine months) so it has expired in may 2015 The Seasoning sachet was also torn and expired. And today the June 19th 2015 i purchased it just saw the packet with expiry date and had filed a compaint againts hypercity for keeping expired product anyone to comment on this ???

                          had a talk with hypercity's customer desk manager Mr Bharat Sharma he has resolved the query to my satisfaction and i have got the reimbursement of the same thank you..

                          Now i wish to withdraw the compaint and need no further action on this issue...

                            We had purchased a treadmill from HyperCITY vashi on 31march2014. our bill number is 122/6159/310314. within 3 months time the treadmill started giving problem, there were sparks coming out of the motor, and twice it led to short circuit in our home. within the span of 6 months we have sent it 4 or 5 times for reparing and servicing. we need to have this machine replaced by the company.

                              Dear Sir, I had Purchased Ken star Iron from HyperCity Ahmadabad Branch on Sunday Evening (30-Mar-2014) and it get shot circuited at first use on Monday noon (31-Mar-2014).My Wife got injured with this incident and small fire goes at my home So, I contacted to HyperCity Support Service and Toll Free Number they advise me to go to Service Center (Even After First Use). So I went to Service Center and Yesterday that guy (From Service Center) inform me that this is a defective piece and might be already opened earlier. and he asked me to replace bottom part of Iron. So, I called to Ritesh Thakker given by Hyper City Store Manager and request him to replace this piece but he denied my request and say It not possible that piece is opened. So then I strictly told him that i am going to complaint for this and Surprisingly he has no issues with this. So, At this Point of time I paid for new Product from HyperCity store and it is into Service Center and I dont have that product now and don't know for how many days it will be same. Sir, I am Customer of Hyper City For 2 Years or So and never faced this Kind of trouble as my shopping may be regular Items which are use day today and I Purchased First Electronics Items From HyperCity Store and Resulted in this.I am very Disappointed with it that HyperCity sell this kind of Product too. I want to Replace my Product or my Money back which ever suits HyperCity. Please take my Complain as Priority basis and take action soon as possible

                              I have to go to HyperCity and they replaced the piece. but before that they have asked me to go to service center which is near about 20 km run(both ways inculded) and than i need to have some tuff words with them. I went to hyper city near 2/3 times for this. I suggest, Please check date before you purchase electronic items from Shopping mall like Hypercity, and check that at that point. because after you pay no one will reply you untill you waste your 3/4 days there

                                I have done regular shopping today at Hypercity, Inorbit mall, Hyderabad. I feel that company is having some type of problem in their computer system - knowingly or unknowingly.

                                While putting the Pears soap in cart, I just observed its price for curiosity and it was Rs 32.
                                At the cash counter, when that item was scanned, it showed Rs 34. I immediately pointed that to counter guy and he said he will get corrected by Manager. Then Manager came and did correction with comment that MRP is showing Rs 32 so price is changed.
                                But I ponder about what happened. If i would not have noticed the price of the soap earlier, I would have been charged Rs 2 extra. Is that fair? I saw plenty of guys doing their billing and hardly anyone would have really observed the difference if there would have been any in their bill.
                                I asked Store Manager how can I ensure that all other items in my bill are priced correctly. He said its just for one item because of system mistake. I keep on asking and then he asked me like what do I want. I just told him to call and return Rs 2 to everyone who purchased this soap. Find list from System (based on membership or credit card payment details, find contact number).

                                After coming back to home, we decided to check each item if anything is priced more than MRP. We found that Moongdaal - product of hypercity itself is having MRP at Rs 96 but they charged me Rs 97. This is unfair!

                                We really need to think how many customers they have cheated like this so far.

                                  We are regular customer of Hypercity, Inorbit Mall-Hyderbad, But all the electronics purchased from the store have always disappointed us on the Customer Service parameter. We purchased a refrigerator few months back and a wrong model was delivered to us. It took us a week to follow up and get the delivery corrected, which however was a compromise when we had to agree to accept a display piece. Next we purchased a LED and Washing machine that were delivered with a delay of two days on the promised date. We have been quiet so far but this is for the third time in a row that now delivery of AC purchased yesterday morning 10 am , promised to be delivered today evening 6 pm has not yet delivered. When inquired, we are told that it will be delivered tomorrow. We clearly mentioned before the purchase that we are going out of station on Thurs evening and will not be able to receive the delivery till next week but we were assured that it will be delivered next evening. Now we are sure that the store is full of people having no value for customer's time and products are sold on false promises. Every time the same nonsense story is told - delivery vehicles not available, one driver on leave and the other on long route deliveries. This has become a habit,the pet dialogue/excuse for these guys. Even on asking that if the delivery could be made during day time tomorrow, no fix time is provided and its told that "You'll get a call 15 minutes before the delivery is about to take place". What a crap ? Does it mean that either me / my husband should take leave and sit back home and wait for the AC to come or does it mean that we should be on our toes the whole day, that any moment we would need to rush back home ? That too ...looking at the past experiences, there is no guarantee that it will be delivered tomorrow also ! Not sure how the other hypercity stores operate in other cities but Hyderabad store is certainly not going to be our choice for any further purchases.

                                  The product was delivered yesterday night 7:30pm and the transport guy told us that there was no problem with the transport vehicle availability. The store did not have the stock.
                                  Now tell, whom to believe and whom not to.

                                    I am Senthil , and i have purchased Hypercity Dicovery Club card when i gone for first purchase in Hypercity at below mentioned address (Hypercity employee not took any details of mine during this card purchase).

                                    Embassy Paragon, Ground Floor,
                                    Nr. Kundalahalli Gate, ITPL road,
                                    Near Brooke Field,
                                    Bengaluru – 560 037

                                    During the time of purchase they took Rs.100 as initial deposit of the card and they informed the same will be refund in next purchase. But in the next purchase they informed the same will refunded after activation of the card and it will take 48 Hrs for activation. Now it is more than one month , but again they are telling the card is not activated and still wait for 48 Hrs.

                                    And i dropped a mail to [protected]@hypercityindia.com, but no response from them..

                                    Whats the use of filing complaint in this, after raising complaint the vendors are calling or mailing for this once or twice and finally this is useless work to file as i am not getting my amount or justice with these complaints.

                                      HyperCity is possibly India's worst retail experience. In any case, most unethical, and worst consumer service. We purchased an expensive cycle: they delivered a defective piece. Wrong specifications. They asked us to bring it to their showroom for considering our complaint.

                                      At the showroom, after a most difficult time in getting into their showroom with the cycle, the staff were rude, threatening, and absolutely irresponsible.

                                      They refused to exchange the product. Making fun of our complaints.... It is sad such companies violate all norms of retailing and hardly meet of the global standards they make claims of.

                                      They are indifferent to customers and dont think twice about threatening and misbehaving with customers, including ladies and children.
