Yesterday we bought few items including some fruits . we are unhappy with the freshness and the quality which is we always look forward from your end. We had never faced these kind of experience from hypercity.
Past 9years we are happy with your customer service but this time bit upset with the quality. Hope in future these kind of issues won't arise

    Hello,

    During our last purchase (On[protected] from hypercity at garden galleria mall, a2, sector-38a, noida
    We were bit surprised by the incorrect billing of rs. 2592.50.
    We purchased the 3.0 kg of rice (Loose basmati rice) but billing staff billed wrongly a rice to prawn pickle and charged rs. 2592.50, whereas actual billing amount of rs. 271.45.
    This caused great inconvenience to us, as we observed this issue at home and then my wife need to immediately rush back in private vehicle. And with store manager intervention, it resolved.
    Expectation: to find root cause of the issue and ensure it won't happen again with any customer.

    Service of employees was very bad they don't no how to talk with customers. I was purchase prestige induction and i lost my bill after that i ask for duplicate copy they said we don't have 30 min previous records in my system

      Dear team,
      On dated 11th nov i have visisted noida logix hypercity mall and buy daily needs.
      While i reached home and checked bill it is 199 rs extra. The reason i found that instead of 2 pieces (Rs.199/- x 2) of items billing was of 3 items (Rs.199/- x 3).
      Hence my bill is of 199 rs extra.

      Kindly help me out and resolve.

        Hi,
        I have bought tray of eggs 10days back and when i opened it after 2 days all worms were present outside the shell, so we took them and exchanged them with other tray last sunday, but for my surprise when we broke the shell all 30 eggs are spoiled. Providing this kind of items and service to customers and showcasing themselves as fresh store is really disgusting.

          Hi i brought one philips beard trimmer from hypercity viviana mall thane on 12/07/2017. But it was stop working within 2 months on around september2017. So by 8th oct 17 we went to store and inform about the issue.
          Mr. Mohit whose mobile no is [protected] inform that they can not take the product now first they will lodge a complain and the technician will come to your place and repaired by 1 or 2 days. So we waited 2 dayd but no call from him or technician. So my husband call him after 2 days ask about the same then he said i will put lodge now, complain no as 60-[protected].
          This time too no one turn up and finally i got frustration and went to store (Viviana mall hypercity) on 22 nd oct 2017. There i meet mr ansari whose no is[protected].
          He was so loud and rude he does not even listen and saying he was not there on 8th oct. The persom mr mohit only lodge camplain, and saying why you people it self did not lodge complain as philips peaple will te more days to come to staore campare to customer home. Probably they might
          Repaired it by now.

          Now my question first of all he is not accepting the mistake has done by them by not follow the philip company and when we were on store on 8th why did not they inform us the same.

          On the exchange policy no 3 it was clearly written that all appliances & electronic item will be exchanged subject to warranty n guarantee terms of manufactring n my item is under warranty.
          How long i need to wait for the same to resolve.

            I recently applied for rbl credit card in hypercity malad on being told by the sales person that the card has no annual fees (No minimum spending required) & 1 free movie ticket/month (Irrespective of number of ticket/s booked)

            Hi I am Jeet, I am also facing the same problem with RBL bank credit card, similarly the sales person told me there will not be any kind of fees and gift voucher of worth 2000/- will be given to me as complementary. so that i took RBL bank credit card but after some time sometime I got statement in which they charged 2300/- welcome fees what they have not even mentioned me earlier. RBL bank doing only fraud with people.

              Dear sir/ mam,

              It is very sad to sad that hyper city is big zero in terms of service, customer satisfaction.

              I have notice twice that i have overcharged/wrongly charged for the product and complained to store manager and given feedback to your so called complaint register i didn't got any appropriate answer.

              After so many issue i again went to your store and purchase several items in which i also bought set of 6 glass and today when i opened the box there was only 5 glass, so unprofessional. I am not going to your store any more nor my family members and friends will go.

              Please send some one to collect those 5 glass (I will not ask to return the money).

              This is very weird, sometime you charge extra sometime you miss the item in box. (You all do so that you can fill your own pockets by cheating customers).

              I have applied to hyper city card but when i saw the bill overcharged i returned it.

              Your your store managers and staff are of no use, please give them training so that they should know how to treat the customers.

              I can see most of the customers have same problem, i don't know what action you have taken but will wait for appropriate response.

                I would like to bring to your notice that your staff put all stuff together with phyneol harpik along with busicuits mixed together.
                The harpik was leaking and all my stuff got damaged. It was disappointing how could eatables and disinfectant be mixed together it is very disappointing. My all stuff got damanged and all buiscuits need to be thrown away.

                You are requested to look into the matter and trainer your staff properly so that the mistake will not happen again and again. Also refend my amount which is mentioned.

                  I bought a pack of 24 brown eggs (Tanuj roshi poultry farm, ambala) from hypercity at logix city centre, noida on 25/8/2017. However, to my surprise i found a total of 8 eggs which were broken (Slight damage to the shells). It shows either improper handling of the egg cases at hypercity or at the poultry farm.
                  This is not acceptable, since the eggs are not visible from outside and an egg tray costing rs 240/- (Rs 10/- per egg) is not cheap!

                    We have complained of maxit treadmill not working by visiting to hyper city mall in whitefieldon the 8th of august. The staff from hypercity have been saying they will come and fix it tomorrow, their version of tomorrow lasting every next day which has continued for about more than a week now. They either don't pick up the calls or even if they do, they come up with an excuse saying they'll come the next day. Please look into the issue as soon as possible.

                        Visited hypercity viviana mall with my friend on 30th july 2017. They had kept offer on quaker oats 1kg (300 rs for 2 packets) but when making a bill they charged the original price for oats (I. E. Rs190 each) also they charged 45/- for soy nuggets packet which had mrp 40/-, but all this i noticed when i reached home. As it was little far from my place i visited them on 13th aug to solve the issue, but they straight away refused that their was any offer on oats. I called their supervisor and he also refused to accept that their was any offer and told that i would have been mistaken. 2 people cant be mistaken for the same thing. When i asked them for show me offers mail of that month their floor manager said he had deleted the mail long before. And for the soy nugget as i had the proof they accepted but for oats they kept on saying that no offer was on oats. I want to sue these guys for so much inconvenience and fraud. I don't know how many people have been fooled with this scheme

                            I have been to hypercity kundanahalli store (Store address: embassy paragaon, kundalahalli gate, itpl road, bengaluru, karnataka 560037) on 18th june 2017.
                            As there was a billing issue that day at the store, they were receiving payment using mobile app.
                            The first time they billed all my purchased items, one item was double billed. They claimed to have removed it, but eventually the payment failed.
                            So they went through the entire process again and billed me and the payment was successful the second time.

                            As i did not carry my mobile to the store, i checked once i reached home and they had double charged me.

                            First - instamojo technologies 360 i (Rs-2691.46)
                            Second - razorpay software pvt 288 i (Rs-2572.66)

                            I had called regarding this issue on 18th june itself and i was informed that the amount will be reversed in 3-5 days but that has not happed till date.
                            I recalled today for the same issue and i go this email id for feedback.

                            I need this issue to be fixed asap and the first amount of rs2691.46 to be reversed.

                              I visited hypercity retail, at meenakshi mall, bannergatta road, bengaluru on 31st may 2017.
                              I shopped for inr 1941.71 and they asked me to take membership card worth inr 150 so that i can avail offers, points, discount etc.
                              So i purchased membership card and paid inr 150. They said this card will activated in an hour and you will get reward points whatever you have purchased on 31st may 2017 and also inr 150 off on next shopping.

                                I made a purchase worth 590 Rs. from HyperCITY Inorbit mall Vashi on 24 june 2017 for some groceries. After coming home i was glancing at the bill i found that the Mortein Mosquito killer (500ml) have the price tag of 160 Rs but it was billed for 250 Rs and it also have a free dettol soap worth 46 Rs which is also not given. So i wish refund for that on my bank account. I am regular customer at hypercity and expect you to pay attention as early as possible.

                                  I am writing this mail with great regret that i have purchased a milk product i. E amul pizza cheese (1kg) from hypercity on 4th june.. And it was raaped in a tag from both sides with an offer on it 50% off. But when i open that tag, i found that milk product was there in that hypercity from last 6 months and the same was going to be expired in the same of june itself.

                                  In this competitive world, these kind of companies are forgetting consumers and just focussing on their profit margins going higher.

                                  Today many of the shoppers are suffering from such kind of bad experience, where employees like arshdeep singh and rajiv sharma, who met me in the store doesn't behave good and bothered there customers.

                                  You are requested to take this matter with higher authorities of this company and a action should be taken against such employees who do not bother there companies customers and put the level down of there organisation.
