I didn't like the customer service in hypercity... Those people do no how to bill properly. Each person bill diferently and confuse the customer. Very bad service and fraud people. They do no how to respect the customer also. I want to highlight in customer service desk people. When we come for exchange, they do no how to help the customer also... Totally worst experience in hypercity

    cash memo no: 0296 date:[protected]location: vashi / hypercity retail (india) ltd.). I had purchase a cooler as on[protected], i clean everyday but after 3/4 days come bad smell from cooler. I call to customer care, one mechanic come and he say next time change the pad, but he not come to change & his behavior is not good, so i say you don't come next time. send other man for change the pad. nobody come to me for this issue. please consider my case.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      It is a matter of great shame that a brand like Hypercity would indulge in such activities. I purchased a fish from the meat section and mistakingly I trusted Hypercity in the fact that I didn't check how the pieces were and I simply collected it after the cutting process was over.

      When I reached home I found the meat literally rotten. The quality was such that even a local fisherman won't sell that to his customer.

      This is the worst quality that I have ever seen and even the person cutting the fish took a responsibility to inform me that the fish is rotten and take another one.

      Plz do whatever is required...I am never gonna purchase any meat from Hypercity

            Hypercity panvel sucks!! The staff has no value towards a consumers sentiments. When we buy clothes or for the fact any product, there is some occasion or necessity behind it.The journey from the shopping cart to billing counter is an emotion. Talking about clothes we don't just buy clothes. We feel it. We think where, when and how are we going to use it. And it's extremely heartbreaking when at the billing counter due to so stupid reason of the staff. We can't buy it. I regret shopping here and would never continue to do so

              We purchased IFB Basa fillets and the product STINKS and oozes water!!! This is highly unacceptable!!! The product was purchased on 1st March and when used today ( March 3rd ) we realised that the fish was bad! It was stinking so bad! Already their fish section is so bad as it is never fresh and this frozen product also absolutely disgusting!! The expiry date of the product was July 2017. We cannot accept such incidents as the product is expensive as well. We would like the money to be refunded to us.

                At the express check out counter, on 21st Feb., 2017, the service staff wanted me to keep the basket on the other side and since its now inconvenient to him, he wanted me to pass the items!
                I told him to do it himself. To this he just smiled like a fool and I told him what kind of service are they providing?!
                I have mentioned the date and counter, as he was the only person there, it should be easy to find out. I would like to know what action is taken against such lazy, pathetic, cheap and uneducated staff. This is a big brand, if such pathetic service is provided then such people should be fired, because this isn't a local station area. We have been coming here for so many years, if this is how your staff behaves then will tell others too and avoid this mall.

                    I made purchases worth 5K on 15th of January from Hypercity, Bangalore (Near Kundalhalli Gate, ITPL Road) which had groceries, Fruits & Vegetables. After coming home when I was glancing at the bill, I realized that I was charged thrice for same item 2, 19 & 90 Bunches of Coriander against a purchase of 2 units only. This resulted in excess charging of INR654/-. I called up the toll free number where I was told that I need to go back to store to get refund. I had to go back to store and I was refunded the amount, the issue here is:

                    1. This is third time it is happening the same way at the same store.
                    2. Who will compensate me for travelling 19 KMs on my Car (Extra trip to & fro) to the store and double parking paid.
                    3. The store in charge said, we shall train the people better.

                    My question is that what is the compensation for the customer against harassment, time wasted, travel time besides petrol and parking. And since this is happening third time, I am tempted to lodge a case against Hypercity in Consumer Court unless I am convinced otherwise.

                    I and my wife have decided and we are going to share details in our circle about the mall and its mis-deeds, to urge people either to desist from Hypercity or check the bills very carefully, for the simple reason that you may not realize that you might have been fleeced in past without knowing it.

                      I purchased Hypercity Gift Vouchers worth 2400/- and made payment for the same using my debit card on 4/Jan/2017. As soon as my debit card was swiped I received a message stating 2400/- rupees have been debited from my account but the person who did this transaction informed me that the transaction was not successful and I will have to pay again. It was Libin who messed up everything, I clearly told him that I have received the confirmation of deduction but he was adamant and did not agree. He forced me to pay again, hence there were two transactions made. I was told by Libin that the first transaction was not successful, his team will check and call me back the next day. This did not happen, I did not receive any call back. I went to Hypercity the next day, spoke to Libin, he had no proper reason as to why I did not receive a call from them. He informed me that they are still not sure as to what went wrong and that I will have to wait one more day and someone will call me back the next day. I received a call from Finance Manager the next day informing me that they have received the confirmation that there were two transactions made and both were successful and then he said they will send an email to the bank and there will be a reversal of one transaction within two days. Though I was in need of money I was made to wait again, I waited for two days and then called bank to check about this. To my shock I was informed that they not received any such notification and there is no pending credit amount against my account. I had to pay for this call which was made to the bank. This made me furious and I decided to go back again for the 3rd time. I was made to wait, though it was my money taken from my account for almost for 5 days I had to wait for someone to come and talk to me. It was one of the horrible customer experience I ever had in my life. On Monday around 8:00 PM I spoke to the Managers there and got my money back as cash. All in all this could have been dealt in a professional manner but the way your team dealt with was horrendous, horrible, pathetic and that's an understatement!! - Unhappy Customer who will never wish to visit Hypercity outlet again...

                          I bought brij namkeen during the offer buy two one get free. I also bought some other groceries/items. I paid through my debit cards. After one day, i checked my bill and noticed that charges was taken for all of three brij namkeen. I went to customer service of hypercity. However, they denied to return the money and stated that only in one type of brij namkeen, the offer was valid. I said them that in your notice board. It was not written. Further, no staff cleared the issue. They accept that this is their fault. However, they said that they can not return the money.

                            I had almost completed my shopping and had left the trolley near the wow momo section for around 15-20 minutes to go upstairs and checkout the items there. By the time I was back my trolley was missing and the staff could not help in tracking it. Bangalore, kundalahalli hypercity. I had spent nearly an hour shopping and the staff was unable to help me trace the trolley . Totally unacceptable.

                              I had a complaint with the billing at gardens galleria. I had a total of 4 objects to be billed So I went to the counter for less than 10. But the counter was billing customers more than 10 objects. As a result I had to wait for a long time. Even after my complaint to the person at the billing counter completely ignored it. Saying he will divide it in a number of bills with 10 items each. I request you to kindly check in the matter as it is causing troubled to your loyal customer.

                                Today i visited hypercity located in viviana mall near cadbury in thane city. I checked out john miller cotton chinos and i asked staff about offer's as ther was no board arranged on john miller counter but beside that brand a board was located for another brand so i asked for offer and staff member told me about offer of 20% off on one pant n if i buy two pants then i wll get 30% discount, so i tried the pants and started shopping at the end, i was at billing counter and in bill they just gave 20% discount, i bought two pants so as the offer i was to get 30% off but after discussing all the stuff they told me theres not such offer on this brand and started arguing. I told them if theres not such a offer then why your staff is making fool of your customers but they were not even accepting the mistake and told me that its your own mistake and staff is not responsible. Therefore i just got in discussion and suggested all of the staff members not to fool the customers and always should provide the offer boards on every brand. Then too the staff members were rude so i got out off the store without buying any product. The main thing is customer service and satisfaction but the staff is ridiculous. Please i request that customers should not be treated as the fools. Thats all. Thank you.

                                  Incident happened on - 18th nov 2016
                                  Incident details - my son while riding bicycle the paddle fell - off with the chain. We tried to fix it but then thought to bring to your notice.
                                  Hence, telephoned store. Around 11 am i received call from mechanic and confirmed he will visit @ 4 pm and also asked me to speak and confirm with depart manager. So, i have called him (Don't remember his name right now). The conversation was shocking to him as he was rude and said how mechanic can decide and tell you time. He asked me to get the bi-cycle at store which is 7-8 km away from my residence. I told him, if i have to bring cycle at store then i have to arrange transport vehicle so requested to send mechanic.in reply he said, i have to get cycle at store and i have to manage the transport.

                                  Later in the evening around 5 pm i called mechanic, he was in hypercity thane store and ready to come but he need department manager approval and again asked me to speak with him. Since my experience was bad with dept manager i have register my complaint with hypercity customer care. The executive has passionately heard all my conversion and assured me for the best service.in between 6 to 6:30 pm customer care executive called me again saying he has escalated issue with store manager and assured me visit and resolution on 21st nov 2016.

                                  Till date, nobody has visited / contacted me to resolve issue.
                                  Note - in complaint i have shared dept manager name with whom i had conversed.

                                  So, i request for refund now instead of any kind of resolution.

                                    I was happy to buy your product chef"s basket dinner box pasta from panvel hypercity today. Earlier it was a double whammy for me as i had got one movie voucher worth rs200. But after unpacking the box i was very disappointed to see that the registration for this promotion had closed only yesterday. But how is it possible that you buy any product seeing that it has some offer but its date has closed before the date of purchase. You should have either removed such stock from the hypercity or should have changed the date of redeeming the coupon. As a customer i feel being cheated by not getting the offer which was mentioned on the box while buying it.

                                    Today at 7pm I had purchased a dabur almond oil for rs 250. On production of a 2000 rs note at counter no 15, one mr Laxman the cashier, denied to take the note.
                                    The person filling the shopping bag forgot/did not put in one good day biscuit [protected]@25. Though the amount is small, if a customer would have done the same thing, he would have been called a thief. So my complaint is of theft of goods.

                                      I purchased 2 nos 500 Rs gift vouchers which were wrongly sealed as 11th June 2015 from Hyper City of Meenakshi Mall Bangalore. The same was gifted to another person and he went for purchase and the coupon was declined. It was taken back by me and submitted to the store person, who inturn corrected by pen and gave back. He also said that the counters will check only if the coupon code has been used earlier and if it is not done the purchase will be valid. The coupon codes are H01D098297 & H01D098296
                                      I handed over to the party once again and he went to purchase on the same store who again declined the sale.

                                      This is a total unprofessional behaviour from the entire unit of the said store and I need proper redressal of the issue with proper compensation to me as well as the gifted party as we were SHAMED BY YOUR COMPANY TWO TIMES. I will not settle the case without five times of the disputed value setted to me on urgent manner

                                        I am a very loyal customer of hypercity for almost a decade now. On 16 august i purchased ₹15000 worth at their panvel store for which i also received gift vouchers. I swiped my hypercity card and was told the points would show up in my card the next day. Today 22 aug i asked to check on my points and was told my shopping on 16th was not captured due to system error. I was told to produce bills which obviously i had disposed out by now. If they would have given me any hint of such disgusting service i sure would have held on to them. Their customer support executive who attended to me was ridiculous and i am very disappointed with the way they have handled this issue. Also on 16th i shopped at their vashi outlet and the shopping there was successfully recorded. Such pathetic service at panvel. I was so furious i gave them my membership card back and asked to deregister me the executive calmly accepted and didn't even offer a sorry. I am deeply disappointed. They sure have lost a loyal customer to pathetic service. To add to this when i try their website for lodging a complaint/feedback their website does not register my complaint. Keep getting an error. Not expected this from such a huge retail store.

                                        Absolutely useless reward card. Have shopped numerous times and sometimes even used a coupon code to double the points or add more points. But the card never has more than 10 to 20 points. I guess your systems don't work and card points do not accumulate. Either fix it or don't issue these cards.
