The hypercity loacted in orion mall, panvel accepts sodexo card but your machine dont work while making bill payment, i visited u thrice and faced problem twice recently and i had to pay by debit card. I checked with my sodexo provider the card is activate and has enough balance. Therefore kindly get your machines rectified and revert back to me on [protected]@gmail.com

Please go and do food quality check at all your stores .This is what you guys sell in HyperCITY at your Thane, Ghodbunder Road store . Very upset with product . Please don't sell worms along with eggs. Although i got refund, but this not the first time you guys selling spoiled food.Worst part what is your customer care email ID so i can compaint.

    Hi,

    I have lost credit note of rs 200. Customer care at the store said they cannot do anything about it. How can hypercity can say like that? How you can just take customer money like that. You should be having some way to find the way of vefirying and regenrate the credit note through mobile number. Let me know whom i should reach out to get this rectified.

      I did pay for a long list items and later on found i was charged rs.472.00 for an item which was not there in my cart.

      A complaint was lost (Ref.: 158 dt.[protected] and made several follow up and have very bitter experience.

      This is not first time, i experienced the same several occasions but excused. That is why thought these activities need to be stopped to protect the buyer.

        On 2nd Dec 2017 Done a transaction on 2nd dec at hypercity bhopal amounting Rs 7534.54 card no ending with 1147 as offer pasted for Diners card that above 3000 Rs earn 5X Discovery points, but not posted by bank, When i enquired they said offer period is 1st to 30th Nov 2017 .

          I was at your store in janakpuri yesterday and thought of buying a wild stone crime body perfume. I reached out to your teller to get the billing done. To my surprise the item was not listed in the database and the staff was very casual about it. It looks like they don't care if the goods are not sold. I left behind everything i wanted to buy because of this experience. I did lodge a complaint at the customer service desk but i was informed that they cannot share the complaint no. And that i should expect a call in 24 hours. Amazing level of professionalism.

            Sub: Your tax Invoice No. [protected] dt, 28.03.2018 as attached

            Yesterday I purchased a number items including one Sangis Kitchen KALONJI(Nigella Sativa) which shows MRP Rs. 20.
            See attached photos.

            However instead of billing this item your Cashier Sunil Chauhan billed for SANGI MOTI ELCHI for Rs. 115 which I did not purchase.

            When one purchases number of items (in this case 33) it is not physically possible to check each and every item being billed at the check-out counter...we depend upon the honesty of your Billing System/Cashier which in this case has proved deceptive.

            In the past too I find many items wrongly billed where your billing system does not reflect the price label on the shelf.

            In this case you owe me the difference Rs. 95.00.

            I trust you shall look onto this thoroughly and upgrade your system and re-train your cashiers.

              I had bought 'all that dips' fresh hummus dip today and i found the protective layering open and the dip was leaking.
              The consistency of the dip as when i had tasted it from the sample ones tasted different and to an extent, foul. Even the smell is not pleasing as is of other hummus products. It smells rotten. If i would have know i would not have bought this product. But now that i have i can't use it in any way. It is for 200 and i think i'll have to throw it now. Could i get a refund please?

                  9 month ago i resigned hyper city, but still date of exit is not updated in my uan portal. And because of this i am not able to withdraw my pf.in last month i submitted my all document which required for pf withdrawal to hyper city hr. But as per hr now i am withdraw my pf only through online. After updated my kyc i found that my date of exit (Doe) is not update in uan, i already mail regarding this to hypercity hr, still i have not receive any feedback.

                    I am very unhappy on the billling process of hypercity kundanhalli, bengaluru mall. Casher :-8018267 date: 04/03/2018 time :06:11:16 pm.

                    I have purchased loreal 640 ml shampoo which is after discount showed as rs. 350/- and after looking at the bill after going home it have been billed as rs. 380/-. Why this type of fraud is occuring??? Pleaase take action.

                    Kindly take some serious action against this type of fraud. May be at the store they intentionally feeding like this.

                      Had a worm in a strawberry and all of the strawberries were not fresh not a single one one why do i purchase suck expensive fruits to get a quality is this what i am supposed to give my kids n family fruits with worms i mean a regular fruit seller on the streets will never sell anything with worms so easy and its so obvious for hypercity to just sell any damn thing with a good price take the customers for granted. Tried calling you guys didnt answer no cust service amazing i can understand one fruit with worm but how come all of them look so stale and any kid can make out its a spoilt strawberry not meant to eat disgusting. I wanna take this further

                        I am very unhappy on the billling process of hypercity kundanhalli, Bengaluru mall. Especially the casher :-8017319 Philip philip Roy.

                        Either this guys does not know how to operate system or intensionlly cheating with customer.I have purchase 4 shirt for my son with 70% off. But whenver i saw the bill at home only 1 iteam he has discounted 70% off, remaining of the items he made it as MRP. Not sure after complaing at cash counter, one hypecity sales man came and told you have 2 items of 30% off and 1 with 70% off.But on bill noting has been mentioned. Also we handover one gift voucher worth of Rs 100.he kept that but did not deduct that.
                        Also when i reached home, i got the barcode with shirt without removal of hook button. Today onward i pledge never ever visist this mall once again.
                        Also i will circulate this news on social media and with my friend circle.

                        Kindly take some serious action against this cheater.

                          Nice try!!!

                          This is the third time i am contacting you regarding overcharged bill at hypercity itpl branch, bangalore (Inorbit mall).

                          I wanted to upload the images of bill and product but your good for nothing site won't take more than 2 mb pics (Again good strategy).

                          This wednesday i visited hypercity itpl branch, bangalore to do some shopping that included a body wash from lux. It was clearly indicated it is at discounted rate at rs. 99 and not the original cost (Rs. 160).

                          Even the product indicated rs. 99, but as usual, i was overcharged (Rs. 160).

                          It happened during a week day, how much hypercity is making through wrong means is anybody's guess.

                          As i mentioned above, this is the third time i am contacting you regarding overcharged bill at hypercity. I actually went to the same store for the fifth time for the same issue of overcharging.

                          This just can't be a coincidence. It was deliberate. Every time the overcharged product falls on the middle of the bill, so that the customer will overlook the overcharge.

                          Good try, but please instruct your customer service people to look into the background of the customers before overcharging.

                          You can instruct your customer service people if the customer is looking like a literate person, do not overcharge, otherwise they can go ahead, as basic hypercity' s policy of overcharging to multiply their profits.

                          Educated customers can take issue to social media (That's what i am going to do).

                          It's not about refund, it's about fraud inflicted by hypercity upon customers to fleece them of their hard-earned money.

                          Considering the number of stores hypercity is having, it is really churning out big profit.

                          Probably even appraisal of employees is based on the number of employees they are fleecing.

                            I have returned few garments at logix mall's hyper city outlet in noida. And got a credit note of rs. 1047/- for the same on 09.01.2018.

                            But somehow that credit note has been washed along with my trouser today. I just want that by any other way I can use that money.                                 Highly rude behaviour by the lady standing at the entrance with name vinita mahesh. I was carrying small pouch with me to carry my mobile phone and my money and list of items to be purchased. At the entrance she asked me to lock the zips, i told her that this is a small pouch to carry my phone and list and all and if you will lock this then how i would able to atend the calls. She said carry everything in your hand, i asked her if i carry everything in my hand then how will i select the articles from the stor if my both hands are packed. She started shouting at me. I asked her name she said “this is my name do what you want to do, i dont care and then started making my fun”. I felt very insulting. Is this the proper way to deal with the customers?

                                  Today evening at 8.30 pm ist i had experienced the most rude behaviour from the check out staff at the hypercity malad west branch. The staff name was moin qadir and his manager's name was ashok gaikwad.
                                  We very next in the queue and moin told the customer behind me to tell any following customer that the counter is closed. The customer behind me objected to this saying that it was not his job to tell this to the customers. To this the moin responded that he had already mentioned to this who was ahead o[censored]s and he failed to tell us that the counter was closed.
                                  The customer behind me responded that it was not his fault and since he was in the queue he had to be served.
                                  To this moin, with great attitude, eating chewing gum, said that he will now close the counter, without serving any o[censored]s and left the checkout without closing the counter.
                                  We followed him to complain this to the customer service desk and the manager ashok gaikwad was called in. The manager was very weak and he was not able to trace moin either as moin had left without notifying whilst he knew that we are complaining against him to the manager. Meanwhile the manager got our items billed against another counter and tried to fob us off. While we were doing this, moin called 4 of his uniformed colleagues, and another one of who was not in the checkout hypercity uniform and started closing the counter. The manager just asked moin what had happened and tried to convince us that since our item were being billed elsewhere we should be content with it... He was very polite with us. Although it seemed that he was very scared of moin's colleagues who gathered in front of moin at the counter and trying to deal with us as customers. This was completely unprofessional, 7 people gangin up talking to 2 customers whilst the issue had to be dealt between us, moin and the manager. This behaviour is usually seen in the chor bazaar of mumbai.
                                  The manager did not ever request moin to apologise to us regarding his behaviour nor did he request moin not to eat chewing gum in front of his customers while serving them.
                                  This was a very appalling experience, i could not believe that the place we shop world's best consumer retail brands like waitrose, i would have this experience.

Worst quality as all 3 pairs got formed at their very first used from front sides and the fabric is not at all sweat tolerable and started stinkinkin at first use only... No value for money..                                       Today i got the news that hypercity at malad west link road is shutting down. I was happy and reason behind it was i was humiliated twice by different staff members. Once when i accidently crossed the payment queue line unknowingly and onebofbthe staff member came shouting to me as i was trying to run away from the store without making a payment. Second time i was busy looking into some items at display and two to three staff boys were laughing and giggling and later i realised... I rarley visited hypercity because of such staff behaviours. If you continue to hire such cheap people soon the result will be shutting down the mall. It's called karma
