HI,

This is a complaint regarding ibibo games ipredict. the rule of this game is that we have to use coins(which we get by purchasing them with cash) to predict the upcoming overs. yesterday i.e 08.10.2011 many of my ipredictions did not get updated whereas others who are playing the same got updated. Know because my predictions are not updated my score have not increased. I used around 5000Rs. for this particular game.. My predictions are correct.. and i feel very bad to say that due to this my score came down and others score got added.. I mailed them yesterday immediately as soon as i saw this. And the worst thing today is last day for IPL cricket game and i called the customer care [protected] the person told that office is closed on sundays.. there is no reply for my emails. If this is not solved before the final IPL match all my money will be gone.

Know i dont know what to do... i lost my money( as i used the icoins) and even my score is not updated.

This is very ridiculous how only my predictions are not updated.. I think ibibo is plyaing some scam regarding this game..

Please help me get my money back.. i an attaching the screen shot of my ibibo ipredict game page instead of photo. If u chek the attachment u can seee.. a few are predicted and many are not predicted i.e. waiting and NS..

    Dear Sir,

    I cancelled one ticket on 25.08.2011 carrying the Airline PNR No. VFD8DR. But till date i have not received any refund amount. IBIBO customer care is not responding well and whenever i am raising the complaint they are simply saying that amount has been refunded to bank and they can't do anything.

    If IBIBO has credited back my amount (as per IBIBO words), so they have every right to ask & ensure from bank that amount should reach to the complaintiff.

    Requesting you to please look into this matter.

      i have purchased flight ticket from delhi to kolkata for 02/10/2011 on 16/08/2011 using my internet banking with syndicate bank which credited your a/c with syndicate bank, andheri west mumbai branch a/c for rs.4,037.00. but air ticket is not issued due to payment failure.
      ref booking id goflde6d0e[protected] with goibib.
      kindly recredit the amount to my a/c from where the amount has gone to your a/c.
      otherwise i will debit your said a/c for the said amount. mind it i am an officer of syndicate bank.
      i will wait for the said transaction reversal for further a day.

      today just 2 hrs back i had talk with goibibo service officer. he assured me for refund due to booing failure and shown efforts having contact with indiaideas whose a/c has been crdited for rs.4, 037.00 on 16/08/2011
      still now my a/c has not been credited.
      let me see the reversal of the said transaction reflected in my bank a/c.
      then i commit to remove this complain.

        To whosoever to may concern,
        I, Sajjad Ahmed Kochai, booked a ticket through Ibibotrip.com on 28 March through Canara Bank credit card number: [protected] which is in the name of TARIQ AHMED MIR. We booked the tickets from Delhi to Srinagar for 13 June 2010 PNR number:CPWROT and the cost of the ticket was Rs.3948 but due to some circumstances we had to cancel the tickets so we cancelled the tickets on 3 May 2010 and recieved the conformation from Ibibotrip.com on my mobile number [protected] that the amount has been refunded and would reflect in the account in 10 days but till date we have not recieved the refund of the amount. We have registered the comp[laint with them and have been in contact with them through mails ([protected]@IBIBOTRIP.COM) and have also called them several times on[protected] but they repeatedly say that they have already sent the refunds so we will have to contact our bank and the bank says that there is no reversal made. In order to prove to ibibotrip.com we have already sent them the copy of the statements from March till date but they have still not refunded the amount.We are extremely tired of following them so we seek help from you.
        Kindly help us with this issue so that we can get out hard earned money back.

          I booked two tickets on ibibo.com. After payment is processed, the ticket timings are changed (by goibibo.com due to some bug, I think). When I called their customer service, they were suggesting that I changed the times randomly and still paid for the tickets. For cancelling the tickets, they charged me Rs. 250/- per ticket apart from the Rs.750/- per ticket charged by the airline. (The airline, SpiceJet, confirmed that the problem is with goibibo.com). I lost Rs.2000/- plus the headache of talking to their stupid customer service just for nothing.

          I would not recommend goibibo.com to an enemy.

            This is about the IBIBO online gaming

            These guys are playing tricks and screwing peoples happiness.

            So many cunning tricks they are using to flick our money. When we have less balance in our account even if the other player wrongly declare aslo they will not show us but instead they will show us that we have less balance.

            If the other player quit the game in between then they wont declare us as winner but their server will be hanged and they will make us to quit the game so that both the ways they will get the money.

            When we have one rupee less also immediately we will be chased out of the game whereas if we want to withdraw our money back months together we need to wait.

            In their website they have not mentioned any callfree numbers or any mail ids.

            I have lost almost 15000 because of their tricks also i had lost my mind due to this cunning tricks

              IBIBO is a big [censored]ing fraud. Ibibo really sucks. I won a Rebook watch. Ibibo is cheating the people. I have filled in the email, and given the correct address. It have been already 5 months got over. There is no watch and there is no call from them. You suck. You son of the . [censored] you IBIBO. You are a fraud. Do not use IBIBO and do not play any games, all games suck, they are not good. Even if you win a prize you will never get it.I have sent hundreds of email to them officially with good words. There is no reply from them. I am very much frustrated and angry, so using the bad words here. Please let the people and government know about this. Please close the website and their [censored]ing fraud business.

              ibibo is a firm ...just looting the indians...bloody ..just for the money ur fruading indians speciallly... ur country origin will never get peace...neither u...i curse through my indian almighty god...u willl die alllllllllllllllllll
              i am also purchase through ibibo trade us a vacume cleaner for home cleaning purpose but they sent me a pet vacume cleaner, so no use for me i can;t understand what to do.

                When I tried to buy a fastrack bag, after the successful payment from axis bank net banking, suddenly there was no response from the tradus.In website.

                Though I paid the amount, the "my orders" option in my tradus.In account says "no" orders.
                I have paid inr 870.

                I tried to contact with the company, but there was no clear response from their side.

                  I Mr. devendra rathod, I have won 2500/- rupess by playing online rummy game in ibibo.com on 20th june'2011 and transferred the balance to the my sbi bank account with all the information required by online money transfer.They have deducted the balance from my ibibo account but the money is not credited to my bank account.

                  I have wasted my valuable time in playing the game because they have sent an email to me which said to play rummy game and win real cash.

                  So I want my money back or else I will register a complain in consumer court and post this message in every public viewing site until they send me my money.

                    Its an harrasment,yesterday i booked a ticket frm mumbai to chennai 7.55am flight,for the same even the amount of Rs3649 have got debited from my icici bank account,later the processing get stopped saying network error.

                    For the same i wrote a mail to IBIBO to get the tickets,they have replied my mail it seems withiout checking asking for my account statemnt,so i called upon there customer care to understand the problem,fortunately Mr,Rajesh stated me he recievd the amount and the same will be credited back to my account in tat period of 7-10days,i asked for my ticked they said its not booked yet,

                    Let me know if the tickets cant be booked why at the 1st order the amount got debited
                    Incase of server error cant you guys book the ticket now the same tickets are costing me 5200 what am i suppose to do?
                    who is going to bear the cost for delay

                    I hope writing this mail may help me as well as help you to serve better

                          I booked my Go Air ticket on the portal goibibo.com for travel from Delhi to Lucknow. The flight on Dec 23 (G8-351) was cancelled and the airline endorsed on my ticket the eligibility for a full refund. On my return back to B'lore, I approached Goibibo for the processing of the refund. Till date (Feb 8, 2011), the full refund has not been processed by them. The airline (Go Air) processed the refund to Goibibo on Jan 5, 2011. The travel agent is making unclear excuses and not processing the refund to me. I am at my wit's end to figure out how to go about getting my money back.
                          Really unprofessional on the part of Go Ibibo!

                            There policy says amount will be transferred to my account once it reaches 2000/-

                            Hello Sir,

                            I have booked flight through Goibibo online from Delhi to Ahmedabad on 23rd December. The details regarding this are as defined below:

                            Passenger Name: Vinod Kumar Suthar
                            From: Delhi
                            Destination: Ahmedabad
                            Booking Date: 23rd December 2010
                            Departure Date: 24th December 2010
                            Amount Paid: Rs. 8771/-
                            Booking ID:GOFLDB584A485840
                            Logged case in Goibibo Customer care with the ID: 731717

                            Before booking the seat for a customer, Goibibo force us to pay for the seat and then make us to wait for the confirmation from the targeted service like for in my case it was IndiGO. So I had paid the amount and Goibibo asked me to wait for the confirmation from IndiGO. I waited and found that the seats in that IndiGO flight were gone full. I called the Goibibo customer care. They logged a case(ID- 731717) for getting refund for this transaction and asked me to wait for 7 to 8 working days. I have waited for 10 working days. Then I called the Goibibo customer care executive again to get the status. They told me that the case was under process. After this, I waited for one more week then also there was no refund made to my account and I was getting the same response from their customer care executives that the case was under process. Next, I have waited for two more weeks and then customer care executives told me that the amount has been refunded to my account. I had cross checked with my bank and found there was no such transaction done to my account on the day on which the Goibibo customer executives were claiming of refund. I checked with my bank two times but there was no such transaction id which exist in my bank's system. The Goibibo don't even confirming with their bank to resolve it as soon as possible but disturbing the customer(me) to check out with my bank. They don't even let me talk to the responsible person who might have the access to take some action on it. The customer care executives are making excuses that their Supervisor is not there and he is on leave etc. I have called almost 10 times and on each call, I did get the different and unique excuse to avoid my phone call. I have provided my number to them so that whenever the Supervisor will be available, they can call me back and they are committing that they will arrange me a call back within 24 hours but I didn't get any call from their side. Every time, I have to call them on their call center.
                            I please you to help me in this case. Because it has taken almost more than 4 weeks and there is no satisfactory action has been taken by Goibibo.

                              i bought a mosaer baer pendrive on tradus.in(an online initiative by the ibibo group) on 22nd december,2010.
                              the payment got deducted from my bank as being reflected in my statement but duue to some technnical fault at the company's the order couldnt be processed. Despite repitive e mails and long telephonic with conversations with the executives, where i did even provide the transaction ids and other details, nothing has been done so far.it has added to the mental agony and made me loose faith on online shopping sites.

                                I paid Rs 41000/- (approx.) and booked air ticket of Air India through http://goibibo.ibibo.com/ on Dec. 3, 2010 from Kolkata to Trivandrum for Jan. 2, 2011. I canceled the same ticket on Dec 13, 2010. I have not received the refund so far. I might have made almost 100 calls to the office of Goibibo. I have interacted with Mr Farhan, Mr Rajesh, Ms Heena, Ms Kaur, Mr Vikas Das (Supervisor), Mr Sumant Bhardwaj (Manager) and many other officers. But no body gave me the correct information. All of them misled me since beginning. Whenever I made a call to ask about the refund status, they said that its done from goibibo side and you will get the refund in your account within 7 days/2 days/48 hours/24hours/this evening. I am hearing all these fancy sentences since Dec 13, 2010. So, far I have not realized the amount in my account. I am fed up with Goibibo and recommend not to use goibibo for any future booking.

                                  This mail is in reference to the bookings made with Goibibo website.
                                  Today, 8th January I made 6 bookings on Goibibo website. I selected 6 flights and paid for these flights. The amount was deducted from my accounts for all these flights. Per the Indian Companies Act. The website had flights that is invitation to offer and as soon as I pay for these flight it becomes a contractual obligation for Goibibo to honor the tickets.
                                  Later in the day today I am getting calls from Goibibo that they are cancelling my flights. As this is unlawful I am writing to the consumer forum to get justice.
                                  I have called customer care multiple times and have been told that my flights will be cancelled.

                                  Pls help me get my flights honored.

                                  Hi Everyone,

                                  I do not see that goibibo is one of the fastest in the web, which they claim so. I have had too many bad experiences with booking my tickets through this website. They do not deal customers in a professional way. For getting a refund we need to go behind them like dogs to chase for the payment. For me in one case they have not yet refunded my amount. They have junk of as Managers and Customer care officers, who always say the particular person sits in other office. The person is not available in this time etc. They are a nonsense to deal with. I kindly request people not to use the site for booking ur air tickets one day u might also face this problem.

                                  I had given a critical review on Hotel Duke Madurai in Goibibo. It seems like the hotelier and the ibibo team is playing around. The images ibibo given in their website doesnt match in real. I had uploaded som pics as well. But that were not publishd. When i forwarded a complaint with goibibo the team was making me a fool by sending series of mails. They are not ready to publish my review as it is and not ready to publish the real images of the hotel. Now there are many other players in the market who are better than goibibo.
                                  I was totally cheated by Goibibo. They do not care their customers.

                                  Go IBIBO is cheating customers by showing low price guarantee on hotel booking, I booked a hotel in kollur, Karnataka on 16 April after posting rs 4477 per day tariff but when reached hotel there actual tariff Is only rs 2333 and Oyo rooms tariff for same hotel was only RS 2049, now customer care of fooling me giving silly excuses .

                                  I booked flight with IBIBO - When i was booking the flight from website it was showing the availability and when i payed the amount, the flight next to it on other schedule has been booked. This is really pathetic and now if i want to re-schedule it, they are asking for 3000Rs.

                                  Being the valued customer of honored IBIBO, please look into it. Try to value the customers because in this way time is not far behind when people will loose faith from IBIBO.

This is really pathetic and now if i want to re-schedule it, they are asking for charges which is almost equal to a new ticket fare.

                                    Hi,

                                    If a transaction fails GOIBIBO.COM is not refunding the money immediately they are not responding properly if we contact them through mail or phone.

                                    First they are not suppose to charge for a failed transaction even their FAQ says that they are charging for failed transaction...then if they are not ready to refund the money back in time will they be ready to pay the interest that credit card charges for that transaction....

                                    Worst online booking company, I had tried to book hotel on 29th nov 14, hotel not booked but amount of Rs.11100.00 deducted from my account. Tried several time to customer care for refund but they simply escape.They asked for bank statement that too i provided but still my refund has not been done.
                                    Don't try this online site, they are just cheaters and they will loot your hard earned money.

                                    Be attentive.

                                      I WANT TO DEPOSIT RS 50 IN MY IBIBO REAL CASH RUMMY ACCOUNT FROM MY HDFC DEBIT CARD. I FILLED ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION AND CLICKED ON PAY NOW OPTION. AFTER THAT I CHECKED MY REAL CASH RUMMY ACCOUNT BUT MY REAL CASH WAS SAME AS BEFORE THE TRANSACTION. IT CONTINUOUSLY HAPPENED TWO TIMES.
