[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — DP Charges Fraud - ICICI

I have a Demat account in ICICI bank. When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction 55358717 DP CHGS TILL DEC-14 INR of 561. When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI

I too faced the same problem of DP charges deduction from my account. Even they have deducted more percent for the preceeding month transactions of credit card where min due made for previous month.But i didnt get my money even i made a complaint in ICICI bank site. cheating the customers too much. very bad

I am using the ICICI bank account from 19 months and I didn't link any other accounts (Like Demat, Trading. etc...) with my account. But, Yesterday (10-Feb-2015) unwantedly 587.25 rs was debited from my account without any intimation or SMS alert. Please find the Transaction Remarks below for your reference[protected] DP CHGS TILL DEC-14). Please investigate immediately and refund my amount ASAP.

I am praveen working as a software professional. i have saving account in icici Today I checked my bank transactions and to my surprise I found that there is one debit transaction ‘55594492 DP CHGS TILL JAN-15 Dr. 561.8′. This was never been discussed in any conversation while opening the DEMAT account.This is a completely not acceptable and i want my money back.

I also faced the same problem today my account is deducted with rs 561 as dp charge without any notification
And while opening the account the representive told me that this is free of charge

I am also facing same issue with demat account . I have this ICICI bank Demat account for last five years now. I was not following up initially on this account.. And when I just noticed now, I have paid almost Rs 3000+ amount from this account..

When I created this DEMAT account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that it is free of cost and even i was told that debit card is free and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI.

I faced the same problem recently .Rs 561 were deducted from my account stating some DP charges. I want my amount refunded. My contact number is [protected]

When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the DP charges, it was told me by the ICICI representative that there will be only one time charges and it will never be charged again and also I did not get any message alert in my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with ICICI. I just wanted to inform you that, some amount 512rs has been deducted from my account as DP charges, I don't no why it has been deducted I did not get any message or call simply got debited from my account, this is not acceptable so please refund the amount of 512rs to my account no[protected] and contact number is [protected].

I have same issue with ICICI. My account number is[protected] . I was never notified but deducted from my account. Thinking of closing this account. BTW never used demat and was told free account but now...
