Sir, my issue is regarding to failure of payment. This Friday (Date - 12 October 2018 ; Time - 06:35 pm) my account balance is deducted twice while making a payment for 2nd Year D.EL.Ed Examination fees of Rs 1000 to dled.nios.ac.in through eazypay - ICICI gateway.
In Brief :-
Actually, the matter is when I proceed to payment page after entering all the credentials of my debit card then their server would be taking more time in redirecting . At last, after a duration 5 minutes, the website shows me an error message in which it is written that" We regret the inconvenience, payment declined and it may be taking longer time to respond.Please close the browser and revise your payment" . And after a while this page automatically took me back to the NIOS D.EL.Ed page (But fees not updated on NIOS website) and asking me to do your transaction again because the last transaction was failed. Then, as per this website request, I went for payment again with the same credentials of my debit card and surprisingly, this time my payment was successful. After all that, I got a transaction alert from State Bank of India that "your balanced has debited for 2nd time payment but for the 1st time too". Now, my Question is that Why did my balance deduct for 1st time despite the fact that the payment done by me at that time was failed ??This means payment is done two times. I want you to please make a refund to me for the balance that is incorrectly deducted from my account. I would be grateful if this issue could be resolved without further delay. I am posting few Snapshots of this incident that may be helpful to you in sorting out this problem.
