[Resolved] ICICI Bank — my pf account details | |||
Hi sir, I have worked with icici bank from august'05 till december'06 and my emp id was 133361, request if you could kindly help me out with my pf a/c. No. & if possible a copy of my payslip at the earliest. Also kindly advise the formalities to withdraw the pf amount from my account. During the above period my pf has been deducted but i lost my payslips provided, hence would request to kindly help at the earliest. On 8/6/2018 I have withdraw 10, 000 RS on ICICI bank ATM marol borosil branch all notes r 2000rs and all notes r broken from one side
