Hi,
feeling so bad and getting worse feeling about IDBI that they are continuously deducting amount in the name of ACH R even though i have maintained the balance and paid the EMI regularly.

Please be kind in this pandemic situation and refund the deducted amount as it is not small amount for the people like us.

    I visited IDBI RAC Sector 63 Noida for my Home loan procedure which is in the same branch. I went to the First floor through stairs with my pregnant wife as I could not leave her alone on ground floor. I was waiting patiently for someone to ask a query when an IDBI staff person named Abhimanyu asked my me and my wife get out of the bank as I was 2 minutes early before official time. I told him that bank security staff allowed me to enter the bank and I asked him to consider my wife's condition for going up and down on stairs but he made offensive comments on me and my wife and told security to remove us from the premises. I am thinking of transferring my Home loan as soon as possible from such a pathetic banking staff and toxic people without basic humanity.

          My bank account was already connected with Gpay but it got unlinked automatically. I have been trying to relink the account but everytime a message shows up "Your List Account req. is declined as UPI service is not permitted for your account or customer category.- IDBI BANK"

          I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the application but it still has not been reconnected.
          Can you please help me resolve the issue?

                      I returned a kurti to amazon. The refund was initiated on 12 June and credited to my bank account on 17 June but it is not showing in my bank account .

                        IDBI bank had deduct a sum of rs. 3917/- on 07/05/2021 as an emi while i didn't have any loan regarding that, i contacted the concerned benificiary company BYJUS and they refunded the particular amount of rs. 3917/- today 24/06/2021 at morning, but after that IDBI has again deduct the amount of rs. 590/- for ACH RTN charges as they said,
                        So i am requesting that since i dont have such kind of loan, so please refund my money back rs. 590/- other wise i have to go for consumer court to resolve the concerned issue.
