I also have same problem of not getting otp i have business on my mobile transfer tatkal amount transfer customer geeting rid of due to no transfer on holidays of bank i have replaced from 3g idea since to 4g and problem arises no sms are coming from family friends and bank also otp so please resolve it, customer care says to stay 24hrs but still not getting otps. Resolve as fast as u can mo no [protected]...

Dear my idea sim is not working in uae.

It is not connecting to any other networks in uae.
Network name showing as "emergency"
I called to idea customer care from uae in ([protected]) the call was not connecting. Tried it 5-6 times.
Tried to manually also but not connecting....

Dear sir,
My sim card is not showing any network for last 3 days.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone and even changed the sim card as well from idea store.

On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal.
I have lodged a complaint s[protected] but i cant see status...

They have discontinued my no without even informing me later on when i gave a call they said as i made a telecall that's way they disconnected.
In reality i did not do and they couldn't share the number.
Because of them i and my family faced मेंटले harrasement.
I was in new city with no alternative number. All my contacts where saved in that sim only
My family was constantly trying to reach me but...

Hi,

My internet on mobile number [protected] was not working on may through mobile data, then i changed my postpaid sim to prepaid. Now they are saying that i used the data of 2936 rs which is impossible. I have complaint about this and have registered a complain. Still they are demanding money.

Please take some necessary action, as my data was not working and they are charging for data....

Hi I recharged my idea sim card with 249 net setter plan online for 1 gb data. I am using the sim with a dongle. Recharged on 30 th of may. On 31 May it says the data usage is exceeded. I have used it hardly for 1 hour total. I didnt not download/watched any videos or any files. On 31 st internet was connected only for 2 hours. I used to use 1 gb for almost a month.
