I am writing on behalf of my father, who is a senior citizen residing in Pashan, Pune. He has a pre-paid connection and has been using your services since the last 7-8 years. Since the last 3-4 months he is facing a lot of connectivity issues in Pashan area. Most of the time, there is no signal of IDEA in this area. As a result, he was forced to take another connection from a different service provider. And he is happy with the service he gets from them.
Request you to kindly look into the matter. If he continues to face problems with this existing IDEA CONNECTION, he plans to switch over to some other service provider. However, being a loyal customer of IDEA CELLULAR, he would like to continue with you'll, provided there is some improvement in the quality of service.
There have also been an instance last month, where an amount of Rs. 99 was deducted automatically, towards some facility of BOLLYWOOD BYTES, which he had not asked for. On another occasion, on the day of renewal of internet charges, the earlier balance of 190 MB was not carried forward and he lost the amount on it.
The two complaint nos for the two instances above, were 1-[protected], 1-[protected]...These complaints are still left unresolved.
Request you to kindly look into the above matters and arrange to refund the amounts deducted on the said transactions.
