My mobile no.[protected] On 1-1-2016 while browsing my balance got deducted without any confirmation...i called customer care and asked to refund my balance but they not respond properly...its unfair.. Without confirming how they deduct my balance

The same happened to me also, on[protected], My number is [protected]. I think this one is a common problem to all and also some services if activated once then in the upcoming months it will be automatically upgraded.

    My phone no:[protected]. i lost my main balence amount, u r announced 4g net work in guntur (andhra pradesh ) but there is no 4g in guntur. i activated 4g sim in this day and i got 1 gb 4g data . i lost my main balence amount when i on internet. that synbol shows 3g net work. why i lost my main balence amount Rs.100 within 24 mb 3g deta? customer care are not solve this problem please give back my balence amount Rs 100 . otherwise i will port to other network. this problem is tomuch

Amount got deducted from my paytm wallet.When i proceed with out asking to pay, it deducted the amont from wallet and i was confused.So I recharge again and after some time i came to know that both the amount recharged successfully...Plase returnback one amout...

        Sir, my number gets disconnected on 31.12.2015. iam using that number since 2009 and recently changed to IDEA under MNP. without specifying the reason the number gets disconnected. as i consulted the idea care and customer care they are saying that "we don't have any info regarding that number" so without having my details how they activated my new SIM. iam using that number with 100+ balance from 2 months and doing calls regularly. i have lot of contacts with that number as iam job-seeker many of the contacts react to this number only. please help me out of this registered name :: sunil disconnected mobile number : [protected] (MNP from docomo to Idea 2 months back) DND registered id send by idea team ::: 1-[protected] on[protected] idea care says :: number registerd with name SUNIL but we dont have further details we cannot provide that number customer care says :: (morning) please collect new sim from any idea care (on evening)== sorry we dont have any information registered with this number i didn't get any voice calls or intimating messages regarding the issue for disconnection please activate my number as soon as possible

        I received a phone call from IDEA team ([protected]) 3rd Jan 2016 at 18:00 hrs they said that you can get a new sim with the same mobile number from near by IDEA CARE by submitting the proofs. As when i visited idea care they said that they cannot provide the SIM as the status is showing INACTIVE on their screens. They ( Customer care 12345 and IDEA CARE in our town) are blaming each other. saying that FROM (I) 12345 side ::: YES there is a chance please go and get the sim by submitting proofs (II) IDEA CARE :::: the 12345(customer care) persons don't know any thing they simply get out of the issue by saying please visit IDEA CARE nearby and make a false promise to the customers. AS THEY ARE BLAMING ON EACH-OTHER THEN WHO COULD SOLVE MY ISSUE . I need that number if possible send a new simcard by activating my number i can pay the amount you need please solve the issue as soon as possible

But ₹199 is deducted, When I complained this to bank customer care they replied that the amount is fully processed to idea cellular, after that I complained idea customer care they told, they have not any information about that recharge. & also gone to idea office they are responsed for this, but still I have not got any refund amount from idea service provider

                Dear sir, I am a reputed idea cellular post paid user from the past 4 years(My Idea no-[protected](vaibhav-sahani) I went to one of the idea franchise near my locality i.e(Krishika Enterprises old bhopal). When i went there to resolve my issues, Their staff(Asha rathore)was the person who speak to me 1.she misbehaved with me, her attitude was highly unreasonable and unprofessional. 2.She speak to me in very rude and high tone and was very proud on her tone and treatment towards the client 3.she didnt gave me correct information 4.she refused to file complains against her when i asked her to contact me to your service line 5.she threaten to disconnect my connection if i file any complaints and gave me a very bad treatment 6.She gave me false commitment regarding my connection. 7.when i asked about there id's they refused to give me their names or the contacts of their seniors. 8.This Franchise of your Refused to give me their details or visiting card, so to avoid complaints by me. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH WHAT HAPPEN AND I HAVE ALSO SPEAK TO ZM MR BHAVESH TRIVEDI MR PRAVEEN VERMA REGARDING MY CONCERN I WANT STRICT ACTION TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS IRRESPONSIBLE STAFF OR ELSE I'LL FILE COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT REGARDING THE TREATMENT I GET IN YOUR STORE. I had received a communication by Sms on 01/12/2015 at 07:21 PM from Idea cellulare as (Special offer STD Mobile @ 35 pais per minute on recharge of Rs.28 validaty 60 days) i have recharge my Idea number same day by Rs 28 but provided me only 15 days validty instead of 60 days

                        My IDEA prepaid No. is [protected] of Andhra Pradesh. I am from Visakhapatnam region. My prepaid sim has already SMS offer. Today i.e., on 31 Dec 15 i sent one message to my friend (No. [protected]) at 07:42 hrs . The Idea company has deducted as sms charges of Rs 7/- from my Balance of Rs 86/- and now my balance is Rs 79/- only. And that too they deducted my balance without prior intimation to me. It is requested that my balance may be re-imbursed as early as possible.

I have not subscribed to any of above, but payment is being deducted from my idea prepaid amount regularly. They have given no 155223 to stop services. I have already sent stop request but still payment is deducted from idea prepaid amount.                             Sim no. [protected] not activated after 21 days and will never get activated . I have lost hope . Never ever buy any services from idea . It is a company run by cheaters who know how to mint money from customer . They think customers are real fools, illiterate & needy and dependent on their rotten network . They work with only 1-2 persons in their customer care department . You will receive a reply of complaint after you complaint about 90-100 times that too after 19-20 days . They have an automated sophisticated system of responding to each complaint. Everytime you right to this fraudulent email id : [protected]@idea.Adityabirla.Com you will immediately receive a complaint ref. No. And thereafter nothing will happen . You try the above trick, even you send an email 1 million times they will send one million ref. No.S which they never want to act upon . Ref. No.S have absolutely no meaning as nobody ever keeps a track of that and every time you call their fraudulent customer care department they will happy to say sorry, will never accept that it is their fault, they can also charge you with you for using abusive words when you are using none, they do not have well conversant and literate customer care executives who know how to resolve the complaints of the customers. Customer care officials are trained parrots . They will keep repeating the same line again and again without even listening to you and even giving any thought as to what the customer is saying . A real garbage of network ek idea jo loot le sabko aur badal de sabki duniya!!!11

He has a pre-paid connection and has been using your services since the last 7-8 years. Since the last 3-4 months he is facing a lot of connectivity issues in Pashan area. Most of the time, there is no signal of IDEA in this area. As a result, he was forced to take another connection from a different service provider. And he is happy with the service he gets from them. Request you to kindly look into the matter. If he continues to face problems with this existing IDEA CONNECTION, he plans to switch over to some other service provider. However, being a loyal customer of IDEA CELLULAR, he would like to continue with you'll, provided there is some improvement in the quality of service. There have also been an instance last month, where an amount of Rs. 99 was deducted automatically, towards some facility of BOLLYWOOD BYTES, which he had not asked for. On another occasion, on the day of renewal of internet charges, the earlier balance of 190 MB was not carried forward and he lost the amount on it. The two complaint nos for the two instances above, were 1-[protected], 1-[protected]...These complaints are still left unresolved. Request you to kindly look into the above matters and arrange to refund the amounts deducted on the said transactions.                               Apart from connectivity issues, I have also written 2 other complaints here. I am copying the paragraph again below. Request you to please look into this matter too :-

                                  On 5th Dec 2015, Idea Representative came to my house to check the network for the broad band connection. He asked me to pay the amount of Rs 2736 as per the amount to be paid for 6 month rental. Since there was no network coverage in my area i.e. Sus Gaon ?(Pune), he was suppose to return the refund. Its been more than 3 weeks but he is reluctant to pay me back the amount . I have informed the Idea executives to deactivate my umber as i was not happy with the offer(Dummy offer), but they have not taken any action. Now they are sending sms and calling me to pay the amount. If the problem was from my end i would be paying the amount but its from Idea side. How come the bill would be 1500 for one month? That too i have not used it for anything. Now one person had called and shouting at me. No. [protected]. Please don't irritate me by sending sms and calling repeatedly.                                       My name is M. Murali Mohan Reddy; my postpaid mobile no is [protected]. My plan is 399.
                                      But unfortunately my bill for the month of November is Rs.3014.24/-. The statement shows that the bill is generated only for the use of data around 20 minutes of time, which I did not used. I tried to contact the customer care executive many time. At first they said that the bill is generated and they did not have full update about the bill. Even after, I tried many times. Oat last I manage to raise a complaint about this. But I was disappointed with the response from the customer care executive’s response. I tried 2 times, first they said the server is busy and asked me to call after 2 hours and even after that I tried once again and the customer care executive answered and without giving any information he kept the call in hold. No one has given proper response.

                                      My default bill amount is Rs. 399. But all of a sudden it is 3014.24 which I cannot pay. Up to my knowledge I did not used that much huge amount of data. Even the bill time which has been showing, at that time I was travelling and for suppose, even I was downloading something. I never downloaded 600 mb of data that too with in 30minutes.

                                      I request you to please verify the bill and send me the reasonable bill. I can not pay
