    It is to mention here that I am getting SMS from Idea Cellular Ltd. regarding forcefully imposing VAS Services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive on my idea mobile [protected]. Further I am charged for VAS Services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive for which I have never requested nor applied for availing such services and I have not utilized VAS Services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive, eventhough I am charged VAS sevices. Therefore it is requested that all the above mentioned VAS Services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive may be stopped & De activated immediately and I should not be charged for the same which is I have not utilized or requested for the same failing which I will be compelled to move to Consumer Forum.       This is complaint for VAS charges which is levid in my bill from last 2bills. My no [protected] in which last 2bills VAS charges levid appx Rs 2000 which is unnecessary levid I never use this type of services and when I received a SMS related to VAS service and on the same time I had sent request to deactivate VAS And again I am receiving the same and continually receiving the same and charges levid So reverse the VAS charges from my bill from last 2bills and in current month too...

          Sir, on 18/12/2015, there was an offer of 1gb 3g in rs 148/- . I just recharged by seller mobile, but i credited only about 450 mb, i think that it would be credited in a time after, but not. i tried to resolution by customer care but it was all in wain. this is a bad customer service and unprofessional practice and a cheating with customer by showing offer but not giving proper benefit. it also repels customers from company. so kindly resolve the issue as earliest as possible & credit my rest MB 550.

            Hi sir i m elridge dsouza a student . i hav a lot of issues regarding the post paid plan ..when i approachd a idea centre in bangalore to convert postpsaid to prepaid they deny...they promised that i could convert it after 3 months but now they are telling i hv to wait for a year...and they are demanding money i have already paid sum amount while registered to your network ...plz give me solution to resolve this problem and the service and the staff is very bad ...i hope this complaint is read and the problem can be solved without fake promises my no.[protected]

              I have recharge on idea cellular number [protected] - 2g internet of 178 by *800*178# at 12:05 am on 27 dec 2015, but they deduct 178 twise. after calling customer care they say i have done recharge twise in 15 sec. i have done only once and that ussd code was waiting. i am attahing screen shot of message i get which is come at same time twise. please do needfull. customer care doesnt responding and not taking my complain. plz plz do needfull...               I have been called twise to customer support doesnt resolving my consern. they just keep only two word system shows system shows. I just want my deduction back. Your system software has bug why they are not accepting system softwares mistake. I am a software engineer. Is being ported out in airtel, but i never tried to do so. Today i got a call from airtel, from that call i came to know that a boy(named himanshu) is porting out my no in airtel. Now the question is from where this boy got my portibility code, and why idea cellular allow a person to port out my no. Without my permission. I never try to port out my no. From idea.                         Without taking permision internet services is being activated on my number, i clarified to the customer about that and is being deactivated those services, after some time again is being activated and charged in my bil. When i had a wrd with ur senior executive he refuses to cancel and continued it said to pay for it. On the mater of cals audit, the reply was there is no as such cal audit and u cant let any of my cal to get audited...these are the services provided by your company...horible

                          Please be informed that I have been approached from IDEA for number port scheme and I have been told that I will get a plan of 299 in which I will be getting 2gb 3G data 500minutes, 100sms and free calls between both my numbers which I am porting from AIRTEL to IDEA. And only of the Plan I was getting from IDEA I said I am ok and ready to PORT to IDEA. But now when I got a call to confirm whether I port from AIRTEL to IDEA from IDEA customer care they told me there is no such plan. If there is no such plan why such companies or associates are hired who sell IDEA services just for the sake of increase the numbers. The main concern of a consumer connecting to any other network is only good services and commitment of quality and quantity if it is not met there is no consumers. I hope you will understand my concern and sort it out ASAP. I have paid a sum of 300/- rupees for the 2 SIM cards I have got. If the above said plan can be provided then I am happy to join the IDEA consumer ship otherwise please arrange a refund of my money. I have attached the receipt of the amount paid for number PORT. Also I have attached the plan which I have received on email too from the Vconnect team.                             i just want to know that what is data proration? i was using 2g internet pack. In the half of month i got a call from ur customer care nd they offered me 3g pack in 125 rs. So i accepted it. After a day of activation i got a message that ur credit limit is over and my services were barred. Now i got my bill details in which the data proration charge is mentioned of 1400+ rupees. i just want to ask u that do u hv right to charge more from ur customer without giving any information?? it is ridiculous . i jst want to port. i have 3 numbers of idea in my family now i m porting them too.

                                  I was contacted on phone by idea representative to port o my already prepaid idea connection to postpaid.i agreed and idea representative visited me on 7/12/15 and charged rs1000/- and given me two postpaid sim cards one for me and other for my wife and taken relevant documents required for connection from me. by 18th december 2015 my all formalities regarding documentation was done and they started processing my connection. now its 26/12/15 my one connection is activated on 23/12/15and other is still not processed.

                                    On 23 Dec 2015, Request to transfer data 250 Mb data from my Mob No [protected] to my another number [protected] has been made vide SR no ST 1-[protected] dated 23 Dec 2015. But the data has not been transferred to [protected] but the 250 MB has been deducted from [protected] Since, it was an urgent requirement, an subsequent request vide ST 1-[protected] dated 24 Dec 2015 has been made to transfer the 250 mb data and this time also same thing happened that the data deducted from [protected] but not transferred to [protected] . Several telephonic call also has been made to Customer care on 198 throughout 25 Dec 2015 but the your customer care executive are not giving the proper answer and all the time asked me to call after 02 hours as the system is slow. Till now neither the data has yet credited nor any satisfactory reply received from your end. Please look into the matter otherwise I will be left with no option but to knock the consumer court to get the justice and also publish the same in social media to make aware to all other customer of your company

                                    No suitable reply from the Idea has yet been received.

                                    To establish my point that Idea Company is making fool to the customer, intentionally again 250 MB has been transfer from my same number i.e. [protected] to other number [protected] on 26 Dec 2015 and as per the expectation the data has not been transferred whereas same has been deducted.

                                    I hope now this is the time to raise our voice against such service and must be published this fact to social media for the awareness of the other customer.

                                    The management of Idea cellular/Aditya Brila Group are requested to give a suitable reply

                                        I am using Idea broadband since last few months I started using idea broadband with a plan of Rs 799 in which they gave me 25GB data on 2MBPS and after that unlimited but as I got to know about a plan which is PUN_800 where they offer me 35GB Data on 2MBPS speed and then unlimited on a lower speed but since I upgrade for this I found that I am trapped in a wrong commitment game since I upgraded for the new plan I am getting a very poor speed sometimes it is 0.04MBPS Downloading and 0.02MBPS Uploading and I started complaining about it from first week of december ( Ticket Nos TCT[protected], TCT[protected], TCT[protected] also I have sent many emails to them with attached speed test results once their engineer visited my place and after some work he said that speed is ok and that is only I will get again I checked speed and my speed was 0.67MBPS Downloading so I again sent the same report to them but still my issue is pending and I got message that my complaint is closed in this period when I was complaining about bad speed I logged into my customer panel and checked usage history and I was shocked when I saw my usage as per their system as per their system my average daily usage is 1.4GB per day which is totally wrong I do not used that much data in a day actually I can't use that much data in day as I am using it just for browsing chatting and for some emailing work also I can't use that much data in a day as my speed was too low and I called them for the same issue but every time they said that system is showing what I used they can't do anything in it yesterday when there is no internet connectivity at my place for which I have made a complaint and their engineer came for that and he also found that there is no internet connectivity till 4.57 PM on that day also their system is showing that I have consumed near about 2.4 GB Data what I can do please suggest me still there is no reply from Idea and every day when I call they do not help me
