Hi my mobile number is [protected] operator idea. Yesterday on 8th January 2016 evening my balance was ₹318 & data was 377MB I had recharged from paytm account from another mobile ₹178 2G 1GB data then I saw that my main balance was deducted ₹158 & main talk time balance was remain ₹160 on idea cellular & no remaining 377MB added. It was only 854MB & balance from 318 deducted to 160₹. I had called immediately customer care executive they replied that we can't answer your questions because of some technical issues, call after 4-5hours later. I called them in the morning 7.54AM they said that there is no deduction on your number. Totally lie & also talked to the senior executive. But they said lie that they don't have any details regarding this. So what should I do with this biggest thief company Aditya Birla group.

Vas has been repeatedly activated without consent! I have also noticed that almost everyone seems to have similar complaints.. Other then getting a response that your complaint has been registered, no concrete steps have been taken to rectify this nuisance. I request idea cellular to take immediate cognisance of this matter to avoid a public outburst in the near future.

Hi i have purchased idea post paid 6 months back, i am frequently visiting to the tamil nadu, here my concern is i activated roaming pack, in that we 10000 sec roaming free incoming but idea is charging for incoming calls.if i asks why this charge accrued to me means, there answer is your selected aircel network so its charging, till now i didn't change any network, if my concern is without my permission or without idea collaboration, how come aircel network is provided... if idea is not collaborated than i suppose to pay for aircel cellular to the bill...? y should i have to pay for idea..?if idea network doesn't have all over the india, then why they gave advertisement to us ...? here is my concern is incoming roaming charge has to remove ...? my number [protected] name : kishora

After getting confirmation for waiver of charges of Rs. 415.00 I will pay the Idea Bill failing which I will move to the consumer forum for Unauthorised charges of VAS Services such as VIP Games, Video Talkies, Biscoot Store & Gamifive on my idea mobile [protected]. I have ported from Airtel to idea 4days back. IdeA signal is very bad in pur office. not able to hear the phones. I have complained to their customer care. no response. I advice people to no to go with idea.

I am facing the problem in 3g network connection since I have taken this connection Network breakdown automatically. Since internet is my basic need please try to solve this as soon as possible.

Dear idea ([protected]) I have Rc by selfcare 3g offers provided 750mb for 21days.but after recharge I got only 425mb.Regarding I register the complaint in customer care they said balance data added within 4 hrs, but nothing has added. I was calling customer care continuously for 3 days butno solution.very worst response from idea customer care, they are all waste to working there. Kindly help me to get my balance data pack. Give a fall information about internet pak by ur customer care representative date 7/1/2016, after I call again ur customer support, they say there is no longer time to solve this problem.

Hi... my number is [protected](West Bengal Circle), I contacted all the nearest Idea store for a replacement to Nano SIM from my old Micro SIM.But they are not Provided Nano SIM.I am a new Port in Customer for idea so I cannot re-port to another smartphone network like Airtel or Voda.Please try to make available Nano SIM in West Bengal Circle.I don't have enough time.

[protected] Since 27-Feb-2015, I have been raising complaint with IDEA for ZERO Network in my house. The customer care team calls back saying the signal optimization has been done and they close the ticket. However this does not resolve the issue at all. Even after requesting multiple times to install as small device (not costly at all) to resolve the issue till they have a permanent solution. They clearly refused to install that as well. I am customer owning this number since last 14+ Years now (FEB 2001). Still they simply refuse to support me in this regards and are doing absolutely nothing to resolve.

Dear Sir/Madam, In the month of November 2015 3rd week i have requested for the new connection in the web site http://www.ideacellular.com/ direct to the company. i got the cal from them on 21st nov 2015 from the PH No -[protected] claiming that they are a part of company from Amber group they collected the amount of Rs 400/- and ID Proof and gave a sim and the no ([protected]) but till now it has not been activated. Regarding the problem i have called so many times to the company and visited to the outlet twice also but no one has helped me each and every person whom i have Contacted in customer care says its not my department i dont have details. i have been calling them so many times no one have picked the cal no response at all and the no which have been mentioned in the Amber Group it reaches for some other person. To day on 7/1/2016 whe i have enquired about that connection in the call center they told no ([protected])has been activated in some other name, in last month when i enquired it had loged in my details in the name of Akshatha and they said they will be visiting for verification no one turned up, but now the no activated in some one else name. What About my Amount and Connection Actually i had heard about some one cheating people in the name of company by collectionf money and all to be safer side i made a request through website. But i could nt belived that after go through direct website of the company for new connection then also im facing the same problem i will be happy if i get refund

After giving business to Idea for more than 14 years this is what I get from Idea. I have lot of communication ID's which was closed without providing working solution. I have screen shots which proves that I have ZERO network inside my house. Idea also accepted that My house is in weak signal zone. I have sent emails to TRAI team as well. Still here I am without any solution. Also sent email to PMO (Prime Minister Of India), News Media, and many GOVT email ID's. No action or reaction what so ever. Please Help me...
