        We are one of the CUG customers associated wirt Aditya Birla Group Co. Ultratech Cement Ltd.having about 15 connections. In last 3-4 months the problems of dropped calls have gone multiples and the connectivity in some areas is also very poor . Due to the reason our mobile bills is almost increased almost by 20 -25% and this also effect our business activities also.             I have using idea postpaid mobile number [protected] since one year.i have activated 2G 2gb internet plan on my number.which is not utilized fully due to 2G speed.and in the last month company has charged me for the over usage of internet, it says that you have utilized 2gb and more.which is impossible for me to use at 2G speed.i have other internet options such as wifi at my home.mobile internet is only for whats app, which does not consume heavy data.i have registered complaint in idea coustumer care for two times but they have not given me the right solution. complaint no.SR# C1-[protected].&SR# C1-[protected]

              I had done an Online Recharge of Rs. 120/- done on 16th Nov 2015 for my mobile no [protected] through my debit card. The funds were debited from my bank a/c but the recharge did not reflect in my mobile a/c. The transaction id is EICD[protected] (Copy attached). I have called the call center twice and was assured that the money would be credited to my bank a/c in 3 working days. I have send 2 emails id which remain unanswered. If i do not get my money back in next 3 days i am going to sue idea cellular for harassment.

              I have alrady written to the above email ids but did not receive any response. No one from idea has even tried to contact me. Refund my money back or get ready for action from TRAI.

The funds were debited from my bank a/c but the recharge did not reflect in my mobile a/c. The transaction id is 532380 .every time i called the call centre the phone is enaged.

              Kindly send the money back or do the recharge as soon as possible.

                My mob no is [protected], a postpaid connection, because of bussiness purpases, i have to travel a lot but internate service doesn't work during roaming even in delhi, gurgaon and NCR. I always make on the Data services during roaming but really its very painfull to avail your internate 3G services. Because of this problem, i suffer a lot during access my e mails. Please do what you can do to solve this horrible problem. Just because of this problem, i am thinking to turn off your connection and going to opt othe company.

                  I took a new postpaid sim of Idea from Pune on 10th Dec., I was told that sim will become activated within 24 hours within which verification will be done . All was done and then sim activation was cancelled . After several complaint the message on alternate no. said that sim is activated but actually the sim never got activated until today and customer care is either unresponsive or not providing a logical answer to my problem . It is 13 days and they could not get the sim activated plus their customer care doesn't respond and resolve the problem at all . I'm unable to use 3G internet services, I had already given my new mob. no. to my aquaintances but unfortunately the sim is still not working

                  Idea cellular have failed to activate my sim in 15 days time . This is how efficient their system is !!!
                  They are unable to tell me as to how to dial 59059 when i do not have signals in my sim!!! . On all the platforms and out of all the complaints i have made to idea customer care you provide the same silly, non-sense, typical reply . You guys are there to make fools of the customer . My sim is not working for 15 days straight and you are preaching me !!!
                  Next non-sense reply/preaching from idea representative will be to ask me to take out the sim and put back again or switch off and on the phone, which i have been doing everyday . Idea thinks every customer is a fool and they have been given license by trai to make business out of it by fooling and cheating each and every customer .

                  Why can't idea tell me straightforwardly that customer is a fool and that frustrating idea customer "un"care will never resolve this issue . Idea customer care, pls. Let me know that you will not do anything other than preaching me on what to do or provide frustrating ref. No.S on your system through a computer for every email complaint and never provide any solution .

                  I think it is the most foolish, idiotic, deceiving, nonsense, apathetic, third grade customer service i have ever encountered in my life .

                    Hello Team, I bought an Idea SIM on 18.12.2015, from the store located Musafa Telecom, No 13, 96/11 4th cross, 2nd Block HRBR Layout, Bangalore-560043 and submitted all the docs, and till 22.12.2015 it has not been activated even after 4 days, When contacted CC they informed that the docs were not submitted. Really annoying services from Idea.

                      Do you know how “Idea” makes profit by providing stupid features like VAS??? “Idea” provides Value Added Services (VAS) in a very bad manner to make profit. While surfing they render VAS related pop-ups along with option “Yes” / “No” to subscribe that particular service. But usually there is a delay in pop-up rendering may be due to network congestion or they programmed it in that manner to cheat people. So here if you are using a Smart Phone then usually people scroll in between to check why page is not get getting loaded. But once you scroll during this period (i.e. before rendering the complete pop-up) most of the time VAS get subscribed for you. And immediately after that you received one nice sugar-coated message which specifies Rs. X is charged for the subscription of VAS. This is how they make profit by cheating people. Also after complaining about this there customer care executives not able to provide the solution. And you can say, “What an Idea Sirji… To make a profit…”

                        Hi, I am Ganeshan, one of your regular customer since past 5 years. I am really disappointment that Idea is unable to activate a DIALER TONE on my number [protected]. Customer care representatives Vaishaali, Rekha & Sunil yadav whom i spoke to regarding my dialer tone activation has been giving false information & unfaithful commitment of activating my dialer tone within 24 working hours. I have also logged a complain 1-[protected] which has been in closed state without any resolution. KINDLY ACTIVATE A DIALER TONE IN MY NUMBER [protected], ELSE HEREAFTER I WILL GO FOR PORTING CODE TO SOME OTHER NETWORKS LIKE AIRTEL, VODAFONE. ALSO I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO USE IDEA SERVICES. KINDLY RESOLVE MY COMPLAIN 1-[protected]

                              This is to inform you that till yesterday morning I was having a main balance of Rs 46/- as well as 245 MB in my data pack though the validity if the data pack was upto 21st Dec 2015 but all of a sudden the 245 MB as well as the main balance of Rs.46/- was reduced & the reason is best known to Idea Cellular only. Earlier in 2 occasions the main balance was deducted without citing any valid reasons. During the month Nov 2015 there was a main balance if Rs 92/- & in Dec 2015 there was a balance of Rs 75/- but whenever the data pack was about to expire every time the Idea Cellular use to deduct the talt time balance also In view of the above I request that the amount wrongly deducted from the main balance may please be deducted viz 92/-, 75/- & 46/- thus total Rs 213/& should be credited in my pre-paid account immediately otherwise I shall change the operator, as earlier I was having the said no. of Reliance but due to the frequent nuisance of wrong deduction of the talk time I had changed the operator.                                 Sir I am Mr Kishora Ram of Idea consumer and I have idea no [protected] for J&K region. I recharged my phone on 20 Dec 15 for Rs 200 and I got Rs 220 talk time balance. but sir company has been deducted Rs190 in an hour on 21 Dec 15 and tell me you used 66 MB extra Data used but the company when deducted my balance then my data balance was 31.41 MB remaining. Without any prior info company cut my balance from my talk time balance. Although company have a different2 plan for Data recharge and talk time recharge, then how can cut my talk time balance against Data. I feel that the above said company doing a huge cheat with customers. Henceforth I request to you stop this time of background fraud doing by this type of cellular companies. Pl give your kind attention on the matter

                                  Hi sir, my name is bapuji muppana i am using sim(my mobile number is : +91 [protected]) since 8 years and in this april of this year i port number to idea(previsuly it was vodafone) and i am using this number also and i do not why my mobile number was inactive and this was happened on 12-dec-2015 and that too with out giving any information you people did my sim as inactive status and my mobile number is not working now and i am even went to your customer care office and they are also not giving exact information why this was happened and customer care call center people are very worst and even they also do not know . i want that sim back and i lost many things and many relations bcoz of this sim was inactive and i want exact information and i want sim back

                                    Hi, I am Santosh Jagtap I am using Idea Postpaid number [protected] from last 1 year recently I had raised a request for conversion of this number from postpaid to prepaid I had raised this request on 11/12/2015 I had paid all the dues and submitted the request form to the Idea out-late located at Hadapsar near Bhaji mandi Pune -411028 owner name Bhaushab Fugare. Ph. ([protected]). It is really very harassing I visited out-late many time but there is no positive approach regarding my request please do needful It is making my experience worst with Idea.                                         I'm the costumer of idea cellular from last 3 month's but I'm not satisfy abt the bill which I get after generation something issue is going on the bill from first bill I had the prob but till now no solution, gallery just giving a words but not working on it, it is located in virar. The executive pravin and sachin are bluffing with customers.
