When I recharge my phone no. [protected] through idea cellular.com then it deducts Rs.55 from online SBI my transaction ID is DSBI[protected] on 29.6.15 at 8:43 AM but the amount is not credited in my account. Please help me how to get Rs.55 in my main balance....

Please provide as much information as possible... Sir, I am using idea kerala sim, but when i came to karnataka, recharged a roaming offer also, it not getging any incoming calls. When calls to this no, it saying no. Not valid, contacted cost. Care, i change roaming setting also not getting calls. Sometimes call from karnataka comes. Much problem for kerala calls. I was using the same sim for about 5 years. Never faced this kind of problem....
