I wanted to port my number [protected] from VODAFONE to IDEA in Ladnun -341306 in NAGAUR dist of Rajasthan. I submitted my docs on 23 May 2015 for porting. But after 10 days when MNP was not done, i asked vodafone cc about this . They said that the UPC code was wrong. Its ok . I again applied for code and submitted docs on 19 June. But till date there is no response from Idea . And when i contacted Idea cc they said that it will be ported . But they are not porting my number.

    Date 20 june 2015 DESCRIPTION- sir i got an offer from idea company, in 159Rs 1GB 3G data with validity of 28 days.Then I recharge this offer but I got only 399mb data from the company.And i got no help from company and its customer care services. RESOLUTION- I request refund

      I am a user of Idea postpaid [protected] I had a plan of 2GB 2G worth Rs 180 of Tata Motors internet pack activated on the above number. This months billing started on 19th June, 2015. The plan was already activated since few month. My bill was around Rs 350 every month. After using the internet on the data pack for one week, I asked customer care to deactivate the plan. I did not use full 2GB data, I hardly used half of the data pack. I was shocked when the unbilled amout was shown to be Rs 1918 This is upsetting me because the outgoing services of my number are cut off. I need this to be resolved because I am not ready to pay this much amount as I should only pay for the amount of data I have used on the data pack. I need to know as soon as I can about this issue whether this unbilled amout maybe wrong and if the final billing amount would be 1918? Date of complaint: 29/06/2015

        मेरा नाम सत्य प्रकाश विश्वकर्मा, मोबाइल नम्बर [protected] है आपकी साइट पर यह मेरा आखिरी शिकायती पत्र है कई बार शिकायत करने के बाद भी मेरी समस्या का कोई भी समाधान अब-तक नही निकल पाया है यह बेहद निराशा जनक है आज मैं अपनी समस्या को दुबारा रखता हूँ शायद समाधान मिल जाये। दिनांक 22/06/15 से मेरे मोबाइल नम्बर [protected] से आउटगोइंग बाधित कर दी गयी कयोंकि मैने आइडिया सेलुलर से अपने बिल पर लगे अनावश्यक चार्ज के बारे में जानना चाहा, जिसमें SMS-MT Charge जो कि रूपये 349/- लगाया था कस्टमर केयर पर शिकायत करने के बाद भी यह नही बताया जा सका कि मैने इसका उपयोग कब व कैसे किया।

          The samething is happening to me currently. Even after submitting docs my service is still on hold...I can't keep going there every now and than. It is too far from my house & too expensive to go there. Their customer service is worse beyond words, even pathetic is a small word for them. I was told I would get credit of 55 Rs, but nothing has come through yet. No landline to call them either... This is so ridiculous...

            When I recharge my phone no. [protected] through idea cellular.com then it deducts Rs.55 from online SBI my transaction ID is DSBI[protected] on 29.6.15 at 8:43 AM but the amount is not credited in my account. Please help me how to get Rs.55 in my main balance.

              Please provide as much information as possible... Sir, I am using idea kerala sim, but when i came to karnataka, recharged a roaming offer also, it not getging any incoming calls. When calls to this no, it saying no. Not valid, contacted cost. Care, i change roaming setting also not getting calls. Sometimes call from karnataka comes. Much problem for kerala calls. I was using the same sim for about 5 years. Never faced this kind of problem. So going decide to remove the sim and connection permanently.

                    Hi there My mobile no. is [protected]. I activated your monthly watsapp pack on 12/06/15. 39Rs got deducted in my balance for 28 days. From the very first my main balace gets deducted whenever I use watsapp. I called twice c/s they say. Sir you are using Facebook along with Internet this is why your balance is deducting I made them understand that I don't even have an account of Facebook nor the application of Facebook has on my mobile so there is no point using that application. they insisted for the same. I said ok let me check first. I checked I didn't find any apps by the name of Facebook. I called again they argued with me for the same and he was saying I'll transfer your call and he disconnected the call. because of this I sent a msg to port the no. today I got a call I thought that this person will do something and give me the solution. He also argud with me for the same and hung up on me. I was very unhappy because if someone has been with you for a long time so you should understand and resolve the matter instead of being rude. because I have problem that's why I have approached to you. It's not about money, it's just what service you provide to your customers. I would be happy to hear from you. Regards

                    what about that watsapp plan. after having watsapp plan on my mobile. the 200mb is still 198.00. which I activated on 12.06.15 why that mb is not deducting whenever I use watsapp. my main balance is deducting every time. this is not solution my friend that you are giving me.

                      Sir I am an idea customer, on 27th June 2015 i made a call on a toll free number ([protected]), the call lasted for 7.24 min for wich i was charged Rupees 8. I enquired this issue with the customer care, executive were saying that I have dailed two zeros before the tollfree number, but i did not so do that. I have dailed exactly the above said number, I have proof for that screen shot of my call list with this mail. I am afraid to say that the customer care executives were not even considering to register my compalint. I kindly request you to take necessary actions for my complaint. Yesterday, when I tried the same, I received SMS from 51985 that ""Request cannot be processed, recharge with valid FRC.""                                     I requested Idea to convert my postpaid account no prepaid for [protected] but they are denying doing this. They are saying I have to pay the plan cost. My plan was Postpaid Plan Easy 998 2 yrs - NEW.. Now its the time for the re newal and I asked to close this as i want to convert postpaid into prepaid but they are asking me to pay rs. 998 otherwise it will not be done. My concern is I dont want to use it then why i should pay. i registered the written complaint no is SR# C1-[protected] which they have closed without resolving.                                       i have recharged my mobile with 2g internet pack of value Rs.197, on 18.06.2015 and done another 3g internet pack of Rs.44 on 19.06.2015. now, I wish to either get my 2g serivices activated till the time period promised or I want my money back. the customer care people are totally unable to give me reasons or help solve my problem. i have alreaqdy lost Rs.500 due to some wi-fi error which should have been solved by you Idea Service providers. this month the total loss has been around Rs.1000/- due to you. kindly help solve the problem or else I shall be forced to go to consumer forum or whatever it takes to get me my money back. my Bihar Idea number is [protected].

                                        Dear Sir, I have IDEA Prepaid connection No.[protected] since 2008. My complain is that my main balance has been deducted by Rs 40.16 on dtd. 24.06.2015. I repeatedly complained to customer care and lodged the complain (No.I-[protected]) on 25 june 2015 and they assured to resolve the issue. I have recieved Promotional data of 50 MB from your side.Since the full data was not utilised and deduction was made from my main balance you are not liable to deduct my money without any prior notice or information. Moreover you never give any instructions how to use this promotional data. And if you are giving any promotional data please ensure that you have taken consent of the concern individual. Since this is none of my fault for that I have to pay. Please pay back my money, otherwise I have no other option to go to appllite court or throw away my sim into dustbin.
