Dear Sir.Madam The Idea customer care changes my plan without any intimation for changing the plan. After complaining for same they assure to revert back to previous plant, but till date they didnt changes the bill plan. They are charging extra amount also. I have made several complaints to customer care since last 15 days but didn't get any reply. Without resolving the previous issue they stopped my calling facility to the Mobile No. [protected], although the credit limit is still remaining, Please take suotable action for the same.     I Reacharge Rs 117 at number [protected](Idea), was to reduce call rates.In which the first 100 minutes per month to 25 paise per minute every month after then 35 paisa per minute for 90 days. But let me first 100 minutes each month at the rate of 25 paise per minute call was not profitable.There was no resolution on complaint.

          My sim no. Is [protected] which I am using in my I Pad, This is only used for internet, not for voice calls. On 29 June 2015 I paid ₹ 248 for top up 3G data of 1 Gb as net setter. The transaction Id is DCMP [protected]. The recharge was not successful. Next day I called Idea customer care services, they informed that it will be done in 24 hours.but I never received it. To continue the data use I recharge it for ₹249 as mobile 3G data online which was immediately received. Please refund my payment of ₹248 which was paid by my credit card.

And i have got one confirmation that there representative will call me shortly to help me in the process of MNP. But as on date 04/07/2015, i have not received any call from Idea Cellular. After this i have checked there website for nearby Idea Store to go for MNP. But again i got the dis-appointment by finding that there is only one Idea Store available, which is in the distance of 25KM. It means for a MNP i need to waste whole the day.               I am user of your services from last 15 years but it is very painful and disturbing that your billing system is very much harsh and unacceptable as I was using a Data Plan of Rs. 100/- for 300 MB p.m. meanwhile I informed that my Data uses cross the limit of 300 MB in 7 day so I upgrade the plan to 250/- for 1 GB p.m. and after that I have used only 700 MB Data in the whole month but when I received the bill it was shocking that the bill was of Rs. 2200/- instead of Rs. 300/- or 400/-. So it is requested that kindly check the ambiguity and correct the same as soon as possible so I can pay the justified Bill and in the absence of the correction, will not be able to continue the connection.

                My number is [protected] The data session charges that is displayed on the screen showed zero charge, as i had a data plan. But I changed my plan in middle of the month. Now in the bill i am being charged on basis of proration. My complaint is, why the charge on screen after session was displayed as zero. I used the services on the basis of it. Their is clear mismatch, and needs to be corrected from Ideas cellular's end

                  Sir, I recharged today for Rs. 125 and when I checked on *121# it was shown that pack validity is for 18 days and i got validity of 16 days. Even after I had recharged the same result is there when I check it on *121#. kindly do the needfull to enhance the pack validity.

                    Respected Sir/Madam, Greetings. This is with respect to my mobile no. [protected]. I have a post paid connection and have a credit limit of Rs. 12, 500/-. Currently I travelled to europe and activated international roaming as a standby as I took matrix for basic requirement there. Now I am billed with an undue excessive billing by Idea Cellular, much beyond my credit limit itself. When I checked, the charges were related to few MBs(appx. 15-25 MBs) which Idea Cellular showed as usage during international roaming. When I further checked, I was billed a total amount of more than Rs. 16, 000 for current billing cycle and another Rs. 12, 000/- and above was showing as unbilled usage, taking my total charges for few MBs so said usage to more than Rs. 28, 000/- rs. My contentions 1. While all the usage there was no warning given that data is being used. no sms or email had come, when I was on international roaming. In fact I was using matrix SIMs all the time and the quantity of MBs also clearly indicate that I have never browsed the data as such. 2. When my credit limit is itself, Rs. 12, 500/- how can I be billed for such excessive amount of Rs. 28, 000/- and beyond and that too without warning or concurrence. The false logic is being given below from appellate authority that update/information was not available during international roaming. The same is false, since bill was raised in between this period(13th June), which clearly shows that Idea Cellular had all the information and intentionally escalated the charges further and further without sending the warning or stopping it. I have been a long time customer of Idea. Idea Cellular calls me as privilege customer or so. However, this unfairness has happened. After I contacted Cus.Care they said, u r bachelor u need to deposit extra Rs.300 fr activation. I am done that also since 4 days gone there is no action...What can I do?

                        i am using number [protected] since aprox. last 6 years, they suddenly deactivate my SIM on date 26.06.2015 . After contacting with customer care they said to me this SIM not on my id so they dont give me any information . I purchased this SIM from Alice Communication, Padampur, Shri Ganganagar, Rajasthan. I gave him my id when i purchased this SIM . Idea care not helping me for continue my SIM . I am not faulty then why they deactivate my no .

                          Sir my AIRTEL phone number was [protected] . i port my this number to idea network on last week of June 2015 but still I do not received my sim card but 1st week of june I received one bill amount against this number amount 65.86 rupees.I don't know how is it possible with out sim card received i got my bill. I complained 2 to 3 (three) times 198 and my complain number is C/[protected]. everyone is ignore my matter. my sim card may be missused so I request you please take a action about this matter and solved my problem

                            I travel alot and thus need a good sim for contacting people so i got idea as my connection bcz i heard too much about the coverage and saw the advertisements too but yesterday i faced a lot of problem and was unable to connect to the internet as a result i missed my flight bcz my friend had sent me the e-ticket but i was not able to retrieve the same as a result I missed my flight I request idea to remit me the data services

                                  My bill genrated is 1842. 00 which is exorbitant then any bill rather it ws limited to rs. 1500 only and i didnt recieve any usage %age warning msges as before. And the net pack was offered to me in rs. 125 its charged 250 / - . Bill was not accurate so idea didnt sent me mail also it is sent today on request. My no. [protected]. C. Cre. Didnt take my reqst.

                                    Please see the details, i have already sent 3 emails but no reply, please provide me corporate email ID of idea if possible ... This is with reference to bill payment of my idea Number (XXXXX86085). I have already requested to stop the services in the month of January 2015 and paid the outstanding amount on 3rd June 2015. Still i am receiving mails for bill payment. As mentioned in the mail from your customer care services dated 3rd June 2015 I have paid the amount with the help of the person mentioned in the mail. Following are the details of the person: Name: Mr XXXXX Contact Number: : XXXXXX1744 Dami Number: [protected] Transaction ID: dhdf[protected] (Provided by Mr XXXXX on 30th June 2015 after so much of follow up) With Mr XXXXX instruction I paid the amount on the dami number and he has give the confirmation of receiving the amount and transferring it to my account i;e[protected]. Instead of doing the all payment I again received a mail from Idea customer support team on 27th June 2015 in the firm of legal Notice. With all my worries i called up Mr XXXXX on 88888XXXXX to esquire about the payment of the bill. He said he is not able to tress out and needs 10 minutes to find. HE told me that he will give a call with in 10 Minutes. But he never called back. And top of it he was not receiving my calls and disconnecting it. All this happen on 29th June 2015. On 30th June 2015 when i called up mr XXXXX with some other number he received. At first he was denying every thing but when i confronted him and said I have all the details with me, He accepted that payment is done by my end. He also said that it might be the system problem. When all this is happening I went to near by Idea outlet and paid the bill again. Following are the details of bill: My Idea Number: 95525XXXXX Receipt No: 93968561 Receipt Date: 29th June 2015 Invoice No: [protected] Invoice Date: 4th June 2015 Account No:[protected] Amount: Rs 500/- Idea outlet details where I paid the again bill on 29th June 2015 : Name of owner: Mr XXXXXXXX Number: 98500XXXXX Address: Divya Heights Sr No5/5, Opp Sindhu Park Society, Jagtap Dairy Road, Rahatani, Pune 411017 Following are requests to be taken care: 1) Please take care of my bill and refund the amount which I paid again. 2) Please keep the customer care person who is responsible towards customers and should know how to behave with customers and their family. After all these harassment and unnecessary action taken by Idea team, i like to complaint about this incident to TRAI, for this i need a Support ticket no for this incident, Requesting you to provide the same ASAP as i have done nothing wrong but you have taken legal action against me without doing check in your own system. Humble request, don't give me idea customer (Harassment ) care as it is rarely reachable.

                                      My idea number: [protected], on 01st july, 2015, i have successfully recharged stv of rs. 101 vied transaction reference number ig0agqkqu7, (Validity: 180 days; benefits: local mobile calls @ 1. 2p / 2s; std mobile calls @ 1. 4p / 2s; 1st 2 sms of the day @ 60p / sms, next 20 l / n sms free per day, validity 60 days; post 20 l / n sms per day, local sms @ re. 1, std @ rs. 1. 5, isd @ rs. 5 / sms.)

                                      But, unfortunately plan benefits not yet activated on my mobile number. So that i have called customer - care by dialing 198, and report this issue, but they disagree with me, and simply denied to accept my recharge payment. They clearly informed that, as per idea's system there isn't a single amount recharged on 1st july, 2015. Even, today also, your grievance redressal officer called me at 11:35 am from this number [protected], and but not yet agreed, and which frustrated me allot and serious cause of my mental - agony.

                                      Therefore, i'm requesting you to compensate me in this regards.

                                      It was very shocking that all customer-care representatives, even their senior officers all are not ready to accept that there isn't any STV plan available of Rs.101/- for this time. Today, at 10:45AM, MS. Karuna Seuli, Senior Customer-care officer, also replied same things, which frustrating me allot and cause me serious mental agony. Simply this is called SCAM.
                                      Hence, I'm asking for suitable compensation in this regard.

                                        Useless service idea broadband, actually i shifted from my old address and raised the request to change connection. No one respond since 10 days i dint use net even single day they generated bill 910 and asked shifting connection 275. I blindly paid total amount. One guy came to my new address and checked whether feasability is or not, he said that there is feasibility our team will conatct you for giving connection. By wonderly no one csalled me until i caled to them atlost they said sorry sir we cant give connection over there. I know here full signal strenghth is there. I really fraustrated with this serviuce andasked them to close my connection at that time they said i will get refund installation charge but they dint refund and with out informing me they suspended my acvcount. 300 is some what big money for me. No trust on idea network.
