My idea number: [protected], on 01st july, 2015, i have successfully recharged stv of rs. 101 vied transaction reference number ig0agqkqu7, (Validity: 180 days; benefits: local mobile calls @ 1. 2p / 2s; std mobile calls @ 1. 4p / 2s; 1st 2 sms of the day @ 60p / sms, next 20 l / n sms free per day, validity 60 days; post 20 l / n sms per day, local sms @ re. 1, std @ rs. 1. 5, isd @ rs. 5 / sms.)
But, unfortunately plan benefits not yet activated on my mobile number. So that i have called customer - care by dialing 198, and report this issue, but they disagree with me, and simply denied to accept my recharge payment. They clearly informed that, as per idea's system there isn't a single amount recharged on 1st july, 2015. Even, today also, your grievance redressal officer called me at 11:35 am from this number [protected], and but not yet agreed, and which frustrated me allot and serious cause of my mental - agony.
Therefore, i'm requesting you to compensate me in this regards.
