I have applied for mobile number Portability (Mob.[protected]) on 22.06.2015 from idea to vodafone vide communication ID-437515 in New Delhi District, Delhi. Vide reference given above, the time period of portability system is maximum 7 to 8 days as per TRAI Guidlines. This is to bring your kind notice that till date i.e. approximately 15 days no action has been taken by the IDEA CELLULAR . This is clearly against the TRAI norms.

It is therefore, requested that look into the matter and action may be taken as early as possible.

    This is to bring your notice, i am using IDEA post paid connection No [protected] last 8 months. on 4th July i went to B10 Vasantkunj, New delhi Idea showroom with my collegue to portable my no from postpai to prepaid. i have asked customer care executive, how much was my unbilled amount as on same day and he calculated and said it was almost Rs.800/- then they have suggested me to change bill plan to Rs.175/- i hav agreed and signed form and submitted my PAN Card copy too. My netpack 1GB was credited to my account on 17th July and after one week i recd msg that ur remaining Data is 400mb. i was surprised becoz in daytime from 9 to 6 i am using WIFI from my office. the same was happing to me twice. so i hav enquired abt the sme but CC executive wre unable to get history. i have asked that girl to activate booster pack for Rs. 100 (300mb) she has not done. i was waiting till 9 then i activated thorough SMS. Surprising thing is for 4.65mb you have charged Rs.21/- today i hve recd a msg from IDEA that my Outstanding amount is Rs.2210/- Kindly confirm how it was charged and i need to get my history of data usage and call history from 17th to till taoady. and kindly block my no as early as possible. as per ur M:, my data usage 1.07, GB. unbilled usage charges Rs. 161.44. data balance left. on ur 300MB pack 265.342MB. Expiry aug 02 2015.

      My mobile account balance was about Rs 25 today at 8 pm.. then suddenly a message came from idea whre it was written about deduction of money and activation of some video and all.I am really unsatisfied with thse kinds of services from Idea. I have been using idea fr about a year and had to never face such problems.I will b regreting myself if I am not getting the refund of Rs 21 as soon as possible.         I recharge Rs 39 for benifit of idea to idea @10 paisa per munite. This facility valids for 21 days but aftr expiry of 10 days i do not get such benifit. I calld on customer care.3 times nd all the they all give me different reason for extra charges..such as sir this offer valid for 10 days but i have massage 21 days validity.and sometimes they said sir this offer is valid for 30 days..but for system down they failed to give proper reason.           Recharged Rs 199 - 2G internet - 2GB FUP (beyond unlimited) on friday 3/7/2015. I didn't get 2GB FUP credited in my account. Speed is pathetic mostly not even 1KB/S. When I contacted customer care they said theres some technical issue and wait for few hours. I tried again and again they said the same thing. Tried again next day they said that crap again and said it will be fixed on sunday(5/7/2015). I tried contacting them again on sunday, these stupid agents dont understand anything and saying to clear browser cache or reset default APN. I tried that and it didn't fix the issue. I dont understand why they are cheating customers with false expectations. I demand an explanation or refund for this pathetic 2G internet. They can claim for whatever data usage usage happened afterwards, not even 5MB i hope. I just need my money back or a resolution with 2GB data FUP credited asap. Regards, Javid Hussain [protected]

              I am Dr. A. M. Kossambe, from Margao - Goa. India ( 403601 ) Idea has been my cellular service provider right from the time cellular services started in India. My cell is [protected]. On the Bill of 19th May 2015, I was charged for Nepal Roam ( International Roam ) For 24th, 25th & 26th April 2015. The same was paid immediately & in full. On the Bill of 19th June 2015, I was again asked to pay for the same Nepal Roam for the same dates namely 24th, 25th & 26th April 2015. I went through the items & the items were also Same. I immediately brought it to the notice of my Idea Service Agent " Global Telecom" at Pajifond, Malbhat, Margao - Goa. They collected the hard copies of both the above Bills and lodged the necessary complaint to the IDEA Head Office. Till today 5th July 2015 ; this complaint has not appropriately looked into. The following are the SMSs I have got on my above cell from IZ-IDEA : - Wed. 24/06/2015. Idea Mobile bill for 19.06.2015 amounting to 5168.74 has been dispatched. - Fri. 26/ 06/ 2015. your concern on Billing Discrepancy is registered with us and would be actioned within 03/07/2015 09:33:37 AM through Communication Id C1-[protected]. - Sat 27/06/ 2015. as discussed we are unable to process your interaction acknowledged earlier via 66hrs. through Communication Id C1-[protected]. Fresh Communication ID will be sent to you shortly. - Sat. 04/07/2015. today is your due date. Please pay bill for Rs.5168.74 immediately to enjoy uninterrupted service. - Sat. 04/07/2015, Your Payment of Rs. 1770.00 made via ref. number 94929262 has been processed successfully. - Sun. 05/07/2015. Your due date is over. Please pay your bill for Rs.3398.74 immediately to avoid barring of services to non Idea numbers, STD, ISD and Roaming. The above Bill be immediately corrected & the matter resolved.

                My name is Imran Sherwa from Mumbai. I have been using Idea post paid for the last 5 years and have 4 post paid numbers under my name. Last month one of the numbers [protected] was charged Rs 149 for 2 SMS MT. I, in my wildest dream didnt know what this meant. I spoke to the customer service and they said i had 2 game popups which i clicked and so was charged that amount. I told them why the hell did i get the pop ups in the first place and if i did get the pop ups they didnt say any charges were going to be incured. The customer care refused to refund me back this charge which i now came to know is a new scam by Idea cellular in looting consumers as they have lot of consumer complaints in many consumer complaint forum. I didnt pay that Rs 149 and paid the balance amount before the due date. After a few days i get a call and my services were stopped for not paying the scam charge of Rs. 149 for the SMS MT. So i paid the amount lodging another complaint with the customer care talking to the manager but still the complaint being unheard. And now i get this month's bill adding up Rs 50 for late payment charges. Simply ridiculous Seriously this is enough from Idea now. If i dont get the refund of Rs 149 + Rs 50 then its i am switching off all the 4 post paid services to vodafone corporate plan. Atleast they charge what we use and there are no scam charges there with them. If Idea Cellular is listening the give me my hard earned money back or lose business from 4 post paid numbers. I am not going to take this from you anymore. I am very sure these people will beg me for not switching their services when u port your number to another service provider. So for those either refund me my money or lose a loyal customer who is not going to take this anymore form u. Remember unethical practices are not going to help u survive in this competitive market anymore.

                    Dear Sir.Madam The Idea customer care changes my plan without any intimation for changing the plan. After complaining for same they assure to revert back to previous plant, but till date they didnt changes the bill plan. They are charging extra amount also. I have made several complaints to customer care since last 15 days but didn't get any reply.                       I Reacharge Rs 117 at number [protected](Idea), was to reduce call rates.In which the first 100 minutes per month to 25 paise per minute every month after then 35 paisa per minute for 90 days. But let me first 100 minutes each month at the rate of 25 paise per minute call was not profitable.There was no resolution on complaint.

                            My sim no. Is [protected] which I am using in my I Pad, This is only used for internet, not for voice calls. On 29 June 2015 I paid ₹ 248 for top up 3G data of 1 Gb as net setter. The transaction Id is DCMP [protected]. The recharge was not successful. Next day I called Idea customer care services, they informed that it will be done in 24 hours.but I never received it. To continue the data use I recharge it for ₹249 as mobile 3G data online which was immediately received. Please refund my payment of ₹248 which was paid by my credit card.

And i have got one confirmation that there representative will call me shortly to help me in the process of MNP. But as on date 04/07/2015, i have not received any call from Idea Cellular. After this i have checked there website for nearby Idea Store to go for MNP. But again i got the dis-appointment by finding that there is only one Idea Store available, which is in the distance of 25KM. It means for a MNP i need to waste whole the day.                                 I am user of your services from last 15 years but it is very painful and disturbing that your billing system is very much harsh and unacceptable as I was using a Data Plan of Rs. 100/- for 300 MB p.m. meanwhile I informed that my Data uses cross the limit of 300 MB in 7 day so I upgrade the plan to 250/- for 1 GB p.m. and after that I have used only 700 MB Data in the whole month but when I received the bill it was shocking that the bill was of Rs. 2200/- instead of Rs. 300/- or 400/-. So it is requested that kindly check the ambiguity and correct the same as soon as possible so I can pay the justified Bill and in the absence of the correction, will not be able to continue the connection.

                                  My number is [protected] The data session charges that is displayed on the screen showed zero charge, as i had a data plan. But I changed my plan in middle of the month. Now in the bill i am being charged on basis of proration. My complaint is, why the charge on screen after session was displayed as zero. I used the services on the basis of it. Their is clear mismatch, and needs to be corrected from Ideas cellular's end

                                    Sir, I recharged today for Rs. 125 and when I checked on *121# it was shown that pack validity is for 18 days and i got validity of 16 days. Even after I had recharged the same result is there when I check it on *121#. kindly do the needfull to enhance the pack validity.

                                      Respected Sir/Madam, Greetings. This is with respect to my mobile no. [protected]. I have a post paid connection and have a credit limit of Rs. 12, 500/-. Currently I travelled to europe and activated international roaming as a standby as I took matrix for basic requirement there. Now I am billed with an undue excessive billing by Idea Cellular, much beyond my credit limit itself. When I checked, the charges were related to few MBs(appx. 15-25 MBs) which Idea Cellular showed as usage during international roaming. When I further checked, I was billed a total amount of more than Rs. 16, 000 for current billing cycle and another Rs. 12, 000/- and above was showing as unbilled usage, taking my total charges for few MBs so said usage to more than Rs. 28, 000/- rs. My contentions 1. While all the usage there was no warning given that data is being used. no sms or email had come, when I was on international roaming. In fact I was using matrix SIMs all the time and the quantity of MBs also clearly indicate that I have never browsed the data as such. 2. When my credit limit is itself, Rs. 12, 500/- how can I be billed for such excessive amount of Rs. 28, 000/- and beyond and that too without warning or concurrence. The false logic is being given below from appellate authority that update/information was not available during international roaming. The same is false, since bill was raised in between this period(13th June), which clearly shows that Idea Cellular had all the information and intentionally escalated the charges further and further without sending the warning or stopping it. I have been a long time customer of Idea. Idea Cellular calls me as privilege customer or so. However, this unfairness has happened.
