Date of Incident: Thu, Mar 5, 2015
On March 5th, I dropped an email saying please terminate my number: +91-[protected] since I no longer require it since we moved to US. And paid balance amount of Rs: 3400 towards pending bill and was supposed to get refund for deposit Rs: 4000/- because they asked for extra deposit to activate international roaming.
And we were given complaint Number: E1-[protected]
Again on Fri, May 29, 2015 I dropped an email for the same.
New Complaint Number was issued: E1-[protected]
Again on Mon, June 29, 2015, I dropped an email since deposit amount was not received.
Latest Complaint Number: E1-[protected] as of Date: June 29, 2015
Now they are saying "Your complaint regarding Refund has been closed stating that as per revert received from our concerned department no amount to refund has been reflecting against your connection as on date"
How can Idea Cellular eat my deposit amount.
