Hi, I Activate the 3G Internet Pack through you website on 29June, 2015. After activation, I received the mail that you query will process in two business day. I try my internet connection but I am not able to connect the same. I mail to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com and [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com. but mail not send the address [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com. Again I call to call centre but call discontented. Now I call to Customer care and check the 250 3g rent is include in my bill. While activating through internet no details information is available about the pack . Now Customer care ask to pay the amount of 250 for 3G for 2 day . I am not able to connected the same on 29 & 30 July and same is inform to idea by mail and telephonic also. So i requested to you deducted the same from my bill. Regards Anupma khokhar [protected]

    My sim no [protected] sunil kumar jain resideing at mhow dist indore i change post paid to prepaid my number but sorry to you inform that mhow office and pithmpur office harashment and 2-3 days ask that go to indore go to rau sim not availble system not working, mhow office says go to pithampur this type of work not availble at mhow etc, i go to pithampur my sim temp closed i will not inform and bill fully paid throgh private shop at mhow . Pithampur and mhow office refuse to take money excuse that system not working and software problem .

    This type harashment and parshan kiya ja raha hai

      my idea mobile nos are [protected] and [protected]. i use separate phones for the two sims and Rs.3/- is being deducted in regular intervals at the same time. i enquired about this in customer care, they replied that i had used idea power by dialling some ussd code. the deductions had taken place more than five times for both the sims at the same point of time. if suppose as per the statement of customer care, is it practically possible for the user to use or dial the ussd code at the same time for the sims in same mobile or a different mobile, and that too for more than five times?

        This is driving me nuts. I recharged Rs.749 for the number:[protected]. At this point I have some old data left in my account around 9 MB and also around Rs21. After recharging I got a message that my GPRS is activated. For checking I dialled *125#.It showed me that 3G unlimited. Well and Good. I started using and the earlier 9MB got used up and Rs.21 are gone. At this point I'm unable to access internet. Due to emergency I took a loan of 40 MB. I called Customer care regarding this and he says that my Rs.749 plan(4GB) is collapsed and he says it is because of taking loan. Now what the hell is that?. I didn't use even a single byte of that plan and who are you to collapse it. This is clearly looting the customers. I want my Rs.749 back or the data plan corresponding to that. Customers are not fools to play to stories. Please take this seriously or else things will go bad.

          I am using Idea services as a post paid customer since 10 years. My monthly billing comes to[protected] rs. (899/- plan). When I visited their outlet at Titanium Mall and met Ms. Swati and knew that I have been charged about 300 rs. more. Secondly, my billing cycle is around 20th and I received call from company to switch from 199/- plan of 2G to 299/- plan of 3G, I said yes not aware about pro rata n all which they never informed me. But later on knew they charged me for 299/- apart from 199/- for 2G just for 4 days on 16th where as my billing cycle is on 20th. I no. of times complained through personal visit, mails and calls at customer care but they deny any waiver. Lastly I had to change my plan from 899/- to 499/- but still they call me for access charges. Kindly help me in this regards. Minesh Choksi (Cell # [protected])

            This is one type of crime IDEA is doing for common people.when one common man wrongly click *111# they are automatically deducting 5 rupees for 30 mb.Idea dont have update software to ask "do you want 30mb or not?" means alert message.If you click or dial means you have to give 5 rupess whether you dont want.

              ON 30 June customer care told me that unbilled amount is 54.65, and in the same day I didn't even use call, message nor data services, by the night 12 am bill comes to 1124.69. When i am calling customer care, they are saying we can't tell about the bill details. How is it possible, Need strict action against IDEA

              If now bill details than how bill amount.
              Calling 198 and 12345 from past 2 days always they say idea server is down that why may be bill accumulated late.
              if idea server is so slow than please I am interested to disconnect my connection.

                        Date of Incident: Thu, Mar 5, 2015 On March 5th, I dropped an email saying please terminate my number: +91-[protected] since I no longer require it since we moved to US. And paid balance amount of Rs: 3400 towards pending bill and was supposed to get refund for deposit Rs: 4000/- because they asked for extra deposit to activate international roaming. And we were given complaint Number: E1-[protected] Again on Fri, May 29, 2015 I dropped an email for the same. New Complaint Number was issued: E1-[protected] Again on Mon, June 29, 2015, I dropped an email since deposit amount was not received. Latest Complaint Number: E1-[protected] as of Date: June 29, 2015 Now they are saying "Your complaint regarding Refund has been closed stating that as per revert received from our concerned department no amount to refund has been reflecting against your connection as on date" How can Idea Cellular eat my deposit amount. Attached Original Email below "Dear Ms. Patil, Greetings of the day! This is with reference to your email regarding Refund. Our concerned team tried to contact you on your numbers [protected] and [protected] on 24th June 2015, but the contact could not be established. As checked in our records, your complaint regarding Refund has been closed stating that as per revert received from our concerned department no amount to refund has been reflecting against your connection as on date. We absolutely understand your grievance and realize the distress that you have undergone. Rest assured, we have addressed the matter with all seriousness and have instituted measures to ensure that such a lapse does not re-occur. We urge you to treat this as an exceptional occurrence and not as any reflection of our commitment to quality customer service.                         And looks like to avoid refund, you have kept my mobile number active even though I have been asking repeatedly to disconnect it from March 5. Email was already dropped to disconnect this number on March 5.

                        Again On July 7th, I got new bill with amount: -935.58, So again after number is disconnected they charged me and out of 1268/- only 935.58 is remaining.

                          Hi, I would like to inform that my mobile number is [protected] i have issue regarding wrong balance deduction on 28th of June 2015, rupees 132.00 around. i had 1 GB GPRS data apart from that my balance deducted i have recharged on 26th of june 2015, 125 rupees and i got data 1 GB just i have made call in customer care 198 and 12345 number and i have talked with five person first one piked my call and disconnected my call after again i made call and rajesh picked my call and he abused me again i made call someone picked my call and he transfer my call to supervisor ankit kumar and he provide me wrong information after that my call was picked my rejendrra even he provided me wrong information regarding balance deduction he told me you are using dabble side at the same time so you balance is deduct. all five people gave me different information and wrong information even they people don't know how to talk with customer only they know to move the customer in round circle. i got offer to dial *121# that and recharge with 125 and get 1 GB internet 2G balance i have recharged but my balance hos been deducted why. if my internet data about to end why are you not sending me sms your data is about to end recharge now i din't get any sms. Please refund my all balance. I request you just barred my all call whatever call made by me in customer care and listen how else information is provided by your customer care executive. only wrong information and abusing

                            Hello this is Kiran Pandey. I have an idea sim which i was willing to port from postpaid to prepaid. I had done all the formalities asked so by the personal at idea store about 8 days ago. My post paid connection was disabled within next two days but it took them more then 5 days and almost 15-20 rounds of the store to switch onn it to prepaid. The service offered was extremely pathetic and annoying. I was seriously fed-up with the excuses and fake promises made. Such behavior of people appointed cannot be tolerated. And above all they are still not doing the FRC whereas tha money was submitted by me 8 days before with the application. I request you to look into the matter.                               Hi, I am using Idea postpaid connection since 2014. My number is [protected]. Last month i have changed my plan from MH Premium 175 to Privilege 299 plan as my internet usage is more than calling. In 299 plan i am getting 750MB 3G data and after 750MB usage internet speed will go down. The idea bill generation date is 23rd of every month and i have changed my bill plan on 25th may, 2015. Idea has charged me Rs. 239 for internet usage for 2days(23rd to 25th May) on prorata basis. I am ready to pay Rs. 239. They have charged extra Rs. 332 for internet usage (which was already included in my 299 plan) bymistakenly. When i called them up and asked for it so they apologize and inform me they will deduct these charges from my bill on bill generation date and told me to give reminder call again on 23rd of June. I called them up again on 23rd June to remind them for the deduction but they told me to call on 24th again. I got the info that they will generate the bill on 24th so i called them up on 24th June again but they denied to deduct that extra charges. I spoke to Musheer(Senior Executive) and told him that i had already spoken to your executive for these extra charges and got to know from him that it was charged extra but Musheer was so rude as he was doing favour on me and not ready to listen anything. I have sent the email thrice for the same thing and getting automated response stating that will be getting in touch with you in 48 hrs but i am not getting call from them. I called them up many times and spoke to their executives. I have emailed them to tell me my total bill till today so that i can my bill and stop using idea services but they are not telling me. I have paid Rs. 750 for may-Jun and i am going to stop this service from tomorrow. I will wait for their resposnse till tomorrow morning otherwise will stop using this number as i have already paid the amount.

                                I received the message as- Your Juice Up has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 21.0 /- for 1Week. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223 . While i did not even know anything about it and msg for deactivating is not going through. This is shocking for I have been a content user of your service. Please do the needful and kindly avoid the confusion at the earliest.Anticipating your favourable action and thanking for all your service so far. Pls help.                                   i was given a code to activate a booster pack for 3g. but after i saw my june months bill of almost amounting to 10, 000, i was told that it was not a booster pack. it was a code to change the 3g data plan. i was using 3gb monthly plan, why on earth will i change my plan to 300mb. Idea has charged me about 8000 for one month's data usage. this is ridiculous. my average monthly bill used to be 1000 and this month my bill amount is whooping 10000. i am still hoping that idea will take care of this. otherwise i wouldn't think twice to port all my 6 connections to a different provider.

                                      Dear Sir I would like to request you to send the Statement of Idea bill of our hospital, as we had taken Group calling No, we are paying the bills in time, as different No had been given to our Medical officer & Nursing staff & we are collecting the amount & afterwards we are paying cheque to you, as last June 2015 bills Statement we had not yet got, so please send the statement as early as possible, Hope you will doing Needful in this matter,

                                        I wanted to port my number [protected] from VODAFONE to IDEA in Ladnun -341306 in NAGAUR dist of Rajasthan. I submitted my docs on 23 May 2015 for porting. But after 10 days when MNP was not done, i asked vodafone cc about this . They said that the UPC code was wrong. Its ok . I again applied for code and submitted docs on 19 June. But till date there is no response from Idea . And when i contacted Idea cc they said that it will be ported . But they are not porting my number.
