I port in my number [protected] in Idea on 08-Jul-2015 and also succefully completed my televerification on same day by dilling 59059, but after 24hrs mobile number services not activated. I an continuslly calling on [protected] Idea appellate number, but nobody giving me the propare answer. Very bad service by Idea.

    sir/maam i am charvin bagmar and i am using the idea prepaid network services for last 5 to 6 months my mobile no is [protected].sir on 9/7/2015 at about 10.54 pm i had recharged a sum of 100 rs which was came at the same time and after few minutes a named icandytv serviceautomatically started in my no which i had not activated and there was a deduction of 45 rupees from my balance when i called the idea customer helpline they told me that i had activated the same service on 6/7/15 through clicking a link on internet but i had not do so and also i had activated dnd service when i told them that how a service is started through internet with deduction from your mobile balance because it is normally seen that a service can be start with payment through atm/netanking/creditcard etc through internet but they did not give any satisfactory answer and when i told them that i never started such service than they didnt give me a perfect answer and when i demanded my balance they are not ensured me to payback my amount and cut the call

    I want sir quick disciplinary action against the idea customer care and also want to be refunded my balance as fast as possible.it is also a request to not send this type of rubbish link on internet which can be click even by a children unintentionly while playing games so if i want to activate any such service i will activate through messaging you or by calling you and i dont want such type of thing and unsubscribe activation and deduction on my network in future without my confirmation and without my subscription

      I am having 5-6 idea nos within my family, and all of them postpaid connections.Out of these two phone nos.{[protected] in the name of Rajiv Wahi and[protected] in the name of Yogendra Wahi] were being sparingly used and I wanted to switch them over to prepaid since we were unnecessary paying the rent for very less usage. Inspite of my several visits to your local outlets I could not get the nos. shifted to prepaid connection.I also requested your executives to suspend services on these two nos.so that I do not incur further rents, but my requests were not heard and now I am asked to pay rentals for subsequent months also which have piled up and I am not in a position to pay them, my first complaint was made on the 29th of May 2015 and till date several attempts to settle this issue has fallen on deaf ears.Kindly provide me with a fair solution failing which I will feel disappointed with your services and will feel constrained to surrender my other IDEA nos.also and choose a better service provider.         Sir/Madam, I Sunayana Dhir W/o Mr. Sukhen Dhir (Advocate) resident of Hno. C-37/1, Urban Estate, Phase-1, Jamalpur, Ludhiana, had got the post paid no. [protected] from Idea Galary Jamalpur. On 7th July 2015 I had gone to said Jalampur Idea Galary for permanent diconnection of said number but the sales/office excutive lady, Ms. Isha refused to take my permanent diconnection request for the aforemention number on the lame excuse that the deactivation requests are / can be given only at the end of billing cycle. Please note that no such embargo is created by TDSAT or by any other appropropriate authority that customer of post paid mobile cannot get his connection disconnected inbetween the billing cycle. By giving such lame excuse for wrongful loss to me and wrongful gain for Idea and Jamalpur collection centre / Idea Galary, gives me vaild legal right to file criminal complaint against Idea and its staff for misleading me and causing mental agony and physical harrasment, without any reason. I hereby again call upon the Idea and its staff of Jamalpur Idea Galary to immediately take my request for permanent deactiviation of post paid no. [protected].           My name is vikram ghanvat my mobile number is [protected] and Account number is[protected]. I have been charged Rs. 780.31 in the bill for the month of June, 2015 by idea mobile services. My Current plan of Rs. 299 per month includes 1000 free minutes as well as 1 GB free 3G Data for lifetime. If this is so then why you have added additional charges for internet feature . I have used extra data which was out of 1GB limit so you have already charged Rs. 144 (Based on extra volume used) which is fine. But Rs. 250/- charged for internet feature is not acceptable as per plan given to me at the time of Mobile portability. Requesting you to check this and reply back why additional Rs. 250/- being added in my bill for month of June 2015. Kindly check and reply back. I look forward to your response.

              I have three Mobile No. of idea as follows :-

              For my two no.s I want to change the plan of Rs . 99/- only cell no. ( [protected] & [protected]), I have approached your agra office but always failed to do so just because your agra office do not want to pay attention on my request, but at last I had to approached you I want to change the plan of rs . 99/- MONTHLY .

              IF YOU can not change I will go for the portability to Vodafone just next to my office, they have very cooperative staff, and they will do the service according to my need .

              I can not tolerate this kind of behavior of the service staff .

              If the plan is not being changed in 24 Hrs time I will immediately put the application for the closure of all my idea mobile .

              Please revert me back immediately .

                I have checked recharge plan on Idea Self Care *121#recharge inf0 STD Recharge Free miutessRC108 it states "recharge kare rs.108 se aur paye 9500 local/national secs free. pure 28 dino ke liey" but i got only "8600 Seconds", this is not the first time i am recharging with the plan(RC 108) for last 3 monts and every time I got 9000 seconds instead of 9500 seconds. I have called Idea Customer Care but the said the plan has been changed, but Idea Self Care is showing 9500 seconds with RC108 from 3-4 months. I am very disappointed with this kind to act of IDEA. What is the fun of advertising "IDEA Showroom" if it only misguides customers

                  My name is vishakha [protected], i have been using this idea service for the past 9-10 years .

                  I have been badly harrassed by the customer executive by not resolving my issue .

                  My balance is contionuosly getting deducted without any reason and when i am checking my balance in fraction of seconds it is showing diffrent balance.

                  There is a glitch in your system and for which i have lost my rs 400/- above than that mental harrasment .

                  I want one executive to completely adress my problem by calling me as, i am encountering 6-7 executives and in every call i have to explain the same thing

                    I have been charged Rs. 1187.00 in the bill for the month of June, 2015 by idea mobile services while my average consumption has not been more than Rs. 125/- per month since the day I have opted for the above connection. But my query to your local office at idea Salt lake revealed that I have opted for GPRS/Internet option with unlimited plan of Rs. 950/- per month hence the inflated bill during the month of June, 2015. In this context, my request to idea is to kindly inform me how and when I have opted for the same as I can remember neither me or anyone in my family ever opted for unlimited GPRS / Internet connection against the given mobile number. Incidentally, I may also inform that besides the above number I have other three running numbers of idea which are [protected] ( migrated from Vodaphone), [protected] & [protected] (both migrated from BSNL). I am sorry to say that if transparencies are not maintained in your billings, I will have no option but to think seriously about other connections too. As it requested, the requisite documents confirming opting o[censored]nlimited internet connection may be provided in my registered Email ID viz, arunabh.[protected]@nic.in .                             My Idea Mobile No. [protected] My Idea Add-on Mobile no. [protected] For my Add-on mobile no., I had activated a 1-GB data booster pack ( validity 30 days) for Rs 250/- on 30th June 1.30 pm On 6-Jul, since this 1gb plan was active, I changed the mobile iplan from 299 to 199 to reduce the data packs. However the data balance showed as 115 only after this change. So I called up [protected] & spoke to the concerned lady on the status of 1GB booster pack. She informed me that no such plan was active. So I changed the plan to 299 iplan again, since I wanted more data packs. This resulted in 760/- unbilled amount as of now. I spoke to your concerned person again this morning on [protected]. However he could give no details of calculation regarding unbilled amount. Kindly note that data usage was within usage limits and hence no extra charges were applicable or expected. This is for your information. I cannot keep paying IDEA excess amounts for no fault of mine. Pls note that I am now switching over to Vodafone today itself. PS: My bill data 4-Jun had similar problem, but i ignored it since it was the first time of error by Idea.

                            All I am asking is the calculation of pro-rata charges...760/- in 1 hr when plan changed. There was no extra data usage; free data plan was available.

                            No... I have not received any resolution. I had asked for the calculation of pro-rata charges. No details were provided over the call.
                            Looks like Idea does not care about its customers.
                            A simple thing like pro-rata charges calculation details are not being shared. This itself shows that the charges are incorrect...customers are being charged excessively.

                            I think my decision to move to Vodafone is right.
                            Not received any resolution yet from IDEA.
                            Looks like IDEA has closed this complaint. There is no response at all.

                              I am latest victim of idea fraud, yesterday I have checked my balance and realized that there are heavy deductions from my idea number. I gave a call to customer center no response. I have not made any calls still balance got deducted. Worst IDEA. ShameLess cheaters..

                              Idea you are simply cheats.. I got call from idea.. the person called me on roaming number still I picked the call for valid resolution.. All my balance has been sucked by such big cheats.. he updated me that I have clicked some internet.. but i never have inserted you poor sim never in any smart phone.. you are simply snatchers...

                                They have charged me 491 for data use even I had plan upto 10 GB. It was under used, then after they charged me Rs 491. After many follow ups waiver off Rs.375, not fully remains Rs.116. I again fought got refund all. But the same pattern they are started again in this month and says after generating bill for this month they can do any thing. Plz guide how I could take legal action against them. They are cheating. if I would not conscious they charged me the said amount. They must have this kind of practice with other customers. And this time they have charged around Rs1500 for dat usage.                                   It is 7 days post my complaint and 5days past your last reply.I went to the local idea gallery too twice till now but no help & have made several calls to them.I got 2 cafrom your representatives & i.e it.I cannot allow a infinite response time from you guys and keep on waiting...You people are not understanding.I have my LIC EcS schedulesd from the same acc. tomorrow and I don't have any amount in it.This time idea has broken all my trust. I complaint on customer care, but he say talk to idea showroom. I went idea showroom he make abuse word for customer care and say to close number. now what is the solution?                                     I received the bill in 1July with below Feature charges added.


                                    I received the bill on 1july with feature charges as below.

                                    for the 1 No. I already raised the complaint last month and idea deducted the amount of 205.after that I disconnect the connection with immediate effect . but in next
                                    month the 255 Rs charges added in my bill which I already closed in the previous month.
                                    For the 2 No. I activated 3G Plan through u site on 29June at 3.00Pm . received the message your query will solve in 2 business day. After that I check my internet is
                                    not activated .I raised the complaint telephonically and also write a mail but no respone is there. again I mail the same on 30 th June also. received the mail that we
                                    have forward you request. On 1 of July I check the bill on the idea site which show the features charges as per the line 2
                                    again I am not using the 3G network connection on 29 & 30 June is same is intimate telephonically and through written mail also. But same charge is added in my Bill .
                                    So I requested you please look into the same and deducted my charges of 505 Rs. so that I can pay rest of the bill.

Idea team, This is kishora my idea no is [protected] My complaint regards on a my plan... i have cheated by one your of idea telecaller when she was selling the Sim she said some plan so we are accepted for that, but after activating the Sim I come to know that my plan is worst and worst... And I don't want continue in that connection can pls disconnect my connection and make it prepaid only... Below is the details of for your info... If I didn't get any responses and corrective action on these tell callers... I know further action what to do...                                       Till now I am not using idea sim I kept aside, and I didn't get any call from idea customers...
                                      Even I have mentioned my alternative no also u guys not even contacted...
                                      Any how I don't want to continue in idea pls disconnect my idea sim and give me old connection and my money...

                                      U can proof means u can contact that sales persons take a call record to the my no and what she explained the plan details
