Sir,
I was using idea postpaid plan which
is “249 No Bill Shock” plan in which services includes certain Capping amount, Also
Includes 512 MB data free, After 512 MB
data the speed automatically reduced upto 10kbps, but additional Rs 500/- data may be used after
free 500MB data . As this is a fair & economic plan to use for a middle class person like me.
But in Feb 2015 I got message from
Idea that I have charged Rs. 12, 769 for the month of Feb 2015 and Rs. 7468 for
March 2015, so total outstanding amount is levied on me Rs. 20237. It is
shocked to note that the unjustified huge amount is levied by Idea. I really
surprised as the idea had given me high voltage shock in my “249 No bill Shock”
plan.I made a complaint and also made
appeal against this discrepancy on complaint center 198 respectively on 4th feb, 9th feb, 11th
feb, 13th feb, 16th feb 2015 ( 5 times) . When
I did a complaint then Suddenly idea
team realized that they(Idea) had charged extra amount so they reduced the feb
bill to 10, 976/- from Rs.12, 769/-. I again refused this reduced bill and asked
for appeal against the bill that, your executive assured me that Idea will
call me against this discrepancy within 24 hrs. It is painful to say that from that day not a single call has been
received to me from idea . It clearly shows that as a loyal customer I
approached to idea through proper channels.
But still the problem of discrepancy in unfair billing is
not yet solved
