hi, i am vijay and i have postpaid sim vide no [protected] and [protected]. I was requested for E bill subsequently bill is uploaded on my email([protected]@gmail.com) but PDF file is asking for password. i contacted with customer care. He gave me password [protected]@9660 but after entering this password system is not opening and saying that password is incorrect. please help me to open my ebill due to unavailability of the same bill will not paid.

      Hi, All my family members recently ported to Idea Cellular network from other networks. But Idea network is really pathetic and at my home there is no range. We didn't face this problem earlier with other network provider. It is very very very poor. I live in Pune, Bibwewadi.

        Dear Sir, on[protected] I made a call to idea free customer service number 53555 while in roaming but they charged 120 rupees. Call Duration is 11 seconds. I contacted customer executives many time but they said that "you dialed 0053555 which is invalid number so that 120 rupees deducted". As per their statement they charged 120 rupees for invalid format number. Now I'm dialing 0053555 but they did not charge any thing. why they charged 120 on[protected]. They are not giving proper response even though I raised complaint to Idea complaint service. Please help me. Yours Sincerely shaik subhani

            Sir, I was using idea postpaid plan which is “249 No Bill Shock” plan in which services includes certain Capping amount, Also Includes 512 MB data free, After 512 MB data the speed automatically reduced upto 10kbps, but additional Rs 500/- data may be used after free 500MB data . As this is a fair & economic plan to use for a middle class person like me. But in Feb 2015 I got message from Idea that I have charged Rs. 12, 769 for the month of Feb 2015 and Rs. 7468 for March 2015, so total outstanding amount is levied on me Rs. 20237. It is shocked to note that the unjustified huge amount is levied by Idea. I really surprised as the idea had given me high voltage shock in my “249 No bill Shock” plan.I made a complaint and also made appeal against this discrepancy on complaint center 198 respectively on 4th feb, 9th feb, 11th feb, 13th feb, 16th feb 2015 ( 5 times) . When I did a complaint then Suddenly idea team realized that they(Idea) had charged extra amount so they reduced the feb bill to 10, 976/- from Rs.12, 769/-. I again refused this reduced bill and asked for appeal against the bill that, your executive assured me that Idea will call me against this discrepancy within 24 hrs. It is painful to say that from that day not a single call has been received to me from idea . It clearly shows that as a loyal customer I approached to idea through proper channels. But still the problem of discrepancy in unfair billing is not yet solved

              Your case seems to be too similar to me where 3-4 months back after talking/argument to customer care executive from [protected] number I paid my bills and expected it disconnected. I expected SIM to be blocked and didn't took care of it and somehow misplaced it.
              It again raised bill for Rs 1025 which was surprise for me and regarding same I talked to Mr.Alok form complaint department who assured that somehow it was not blocked and he is too sorry for it and just I have to pay my pending amounts and then give them a call back to block it no time.
              I confirmed him that I have misplaced the SIM as I am not using it from last 6-7 months but that was no issue for him.
              5 mins back after paying the bills when I called again their was change in voice and asked me call from registered number which I confirmed earlier that I have lost similar to your case where you are clearly stating in bold that you LOST your SIM card and in reply you are getting that you have call from your registered idea number to block it.
              I have wasted lots of my time calling idea customer care representatives and writing mails at [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com. Not sure if I have to continue paying bills lifetime like my LIC premiums.

                Recently i have changed my 180 rs 2 GB postpaid internet plan to 300 rs 3 GB+ unlimited plan as i was feeling earlier plan was not sufficient for me. So i asked customer care to change my plan. CC person accordingly changed the plan and told something like pro rata benefits will be there. I consumed around 1.5 gb out of 2 gb in around 10 days before starting this plan. I was not aware of this pro rata calcs. On second day morning pro rata benifits started...i.e. they disconnected my phone (unfortunately i was far away from city in some remote area :( ). Saying my unbilled amount is exceeded credit limit i have. Later i called them many time, but they are not ready to listen. Logic is simple...if 2 GB is not sufficient for me, so i asked you clever guys to change my plan to 3 GB. You used some formula..like duckworth luise in cricket and charged me Rs 2500/-. And disconnect my number. Now you want me to pay that amount and then only you will start my number. Blackmailing??? Idea please be logical than spreading education through IIN...!!! Also please tell me to whom i should contact other than 12345, 198, 121, appellate...as all these are

                      On 20-Mar-2015 I am applying a three idea post paid connection through VELOCITY and complete the formalities of the same in same day only, But they don't activate all three connection up to 28 April 2015. After filling of so many complaints to IDEA Customer care they activate my all three connections for a day and next day they again deactivate my connections. As on 29th April I filled complaint again to customer care and written that I am not interested to take this (Due to so much delay in the activation process) please my refund my money which fraudulently charged by CELOCITY on 20-Mar-2015. I have sufficient cash receipt issued by CELOCITY, mails of idea and celocity. Please lodge the complaints and forward for further action to the concern authority. Regrds Acharya V Shastri

                          Hi, I did a data plan recharge from Idea's website http://www.ismartpacks.com/newweb.php about 10-12 days back. I did recharge of 105 rs which gives 300mb 3G data for 28 days (I have attached a photo which shows this scheme). After the recharge i got a message which says plan validity for 21days only. I am continuously making complaints o Idea by sending them emails at [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but i am not getting any proper response. They are closing my complaints by saying that the plan is only for 21 days but the funny thing is plan validity still shows 28 days on their website. This is worst service by a telecomm service provider. I need my plan validity to increase from 21 days to 28 days. I hope this is right place to complaint. Hoping to get some response from you.                             Sir., I've activated a 3g 1gb internet plan of Rs 256 on 07/05/2015 in my number [protected]. The internet speed after activating the 3g plan is just 1 - 5kbps. I've contacted the customer care several times and performed every silly suggestions they said as a solution but nothing worked. I've asked for a refund or quick solution for this problem, then they asked me to wait 5 days to try what they can do. I've been using their 3g internet service for a while and it is getting worse with time.

                              This is to inform you that I am using my number [protected] from last 7 months ago and I had taken the number with the plan of Rs.299 and as I have seen the current bill i;e from December to January my total due amount is Rs.825. And I knows that this is not a genuine bill because as per me the usage is not more than Rs.400. And for this I had already spoken to the agent from where I had taken the sim and one more thing at the time of purchasing the Sim I had facing the many issues and from last three months i haven't seen my bill and the data pack is active from that time itself and i had paid all the bills. But when today i have seen my bill then i am really shocked that from last 3 month i had paid those amount which i had not used.My query is how my bill is exhausted even my call is not so long as I am thinking that you giving me some extra special charge for every month's because of my earlier mail. Note:- Finally i am very frustrated now i decided, Please convert post paid to prepaid but could not be processed resion i don't know. (Complain id-[protected]).                                 Hi, I was using my Idea prepaid number since last 4 years, however recently there were many offers on post-paid plans so i opted for Idea Post-paid and converted my Prepaid sim to post-paid. After the conversion my 3G net speed got worse. it takes lot of time to buffer youtube, open any webpage(*even airtel 2g is better than Idea 3G). i have discussed this with my few friends who has Idea simcard and they are also facing these issues from last 2-3 months but its not yet resolved. i have complained this to Idea offiice as well they also confirmed that this issue is there from last 2-3 months and it willl be resolved soon. so why we are paying for 3G data ? why Idea is fooling us by showing 3G signal with no speed at all? i am ready to prove this to any of the Idea engineer that their signal quality is good but 3G speed is very less. My number is [protected] other number to prove this - [protected] i have several other numbers who faces this same issue but nobody knows where to highlight these issues . Please resolve this as soon as possible .

                                I stay near passport office mundhwa road, the reason m telling you our location is clear .as per your last response you said you couldn't reach us that is because of the network issue. As you can see both numbers are on different location but still network problem. I hav also attached few screen shot for you to check how fast is 3G.
                                Anyways just for your benefit below are the few places where people curse idea so much-
                                1. Pheonix mall, Viman nagar
                                2. Marvel edge, Viman nagar
                                3. Most of the Viman nagar
                                4. Passport office building
                                5. Drdo campus
                                6.there are many places where my colleague stay in pune and all are cursing idea, initially it was not the issue so what happen now? What did you changed recently ? I will be happy if you could provide me the date by when it will be fixed .
                                When your idea authorised centre (Viman nagar) the customer representatives also knows that there is some issue with network then why don't you guys know?

                                  Hi I'm yamee my idea mobile no is [protected] I have been charged for 547 rupees for Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration what ridiculous charges are this I have been using idea mh privilege 299 plan on this plan there is 750mb are 3g and after that there iis 2g unlimited then why I have been charges of this extra ridiculous amount of 547 rupees. When I chose this plan you customer care executive told me there wont be any extra charges

                                  When are going to solve my problem already you have been generated the bill how can you even do that you charged me for free unlimited usage how that even possible. Because in my previous bill I have paid for my extra usage of data on my limited pack but on this one there was unlimited data then why I'm been charged. For that

                                    i have idea prepaid number [protected] is on barred since last 10 days after completing the all the formality, due to this i could not use recharge value and after-all i have lost the communication and got mental frustration .                                       Hi my name isprem narayan ojha. I had ported my number [protected] from airtel to idea. it was a postpaid connection. Than i converted it to prepaid. I was assured that if i make recharge of rs 260 this number will be stay activated as it is a life time validity recharge. This info was given to me at idea gallary ulhasnagar. I recharged as they said. But even after a month my service was not active. Than afer one month i went to idea gallary they said ur number is deativated. U have to go to airtel.                                         I had activated a 3G pack of Rs.100 (300MB) on 3rd of May 2015. My usage was 295MB and the very next day the pack was deactivated and now the unbilled amount shows Rs.1171!!! and all my calls have been barred. Please help me in this issue!
