I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated in 20 February from web for my no. [protected]. for this it took 50 rs.charges per week. I haven't used any service or download anything named Juice up services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used So please deactivate and refund my valuable money. waiting for your prompt reply ...

    Hi, Myself Gaurav Varshney ([protected]) I had been facing the problem with internet on my phone from november 2014. For the same, a complaint was raised in november 2014 with number [protected]. The complaint was not resolved with in the time frame. When I tried to follow the customer care they took again some more time to resolve the complaint and promised me that the backend team will definitely call me with the resolution in particular time frame. But again when I did not recieve the call from backend team, I called customer care team again and my call was transferred to one of the senio supervisors and the guy was too rude, he was blaming me only. After many follow ups and calls, finally I recieved a call from backend team in last week of December saying that there is a problem in the particular area and that will be resolved soon. I waited for that problem to be resolved and when did not get the problem resolved, I escalated the issue to appelate authority with reference id [protected] on Jannuary 23, 2015 and expected time of resolution was given to me was Feb 28, 2015. But on Feb 21, 2015 I recieved SMS saying "Dear customer, we are unable to process your interaction acknowledged earlier for Mobile number 98******11 via communication id C1-[protected]. Regret the inconvenience caused. Fresh Communication ID will be sent to you shortly. Thank you.". When I called customer care on Feb 27, 2015, my call was transferred to one of the senior supervisors Mr Pramod and he mentioned that backened team called me on Feb 21, 2015 and discussed the issue and the complaint was closed. Ambiguity is that I did not recieve any call from your side on Feb 21, 2015. This kind of response was not expected from the top most level of customer care. Since the issue was already highlighted to the so called APPELATE AUTHO RITY (highest level of escalation), and problem is still there, kindly suggest me the proper way / channel through which this problem can be resolved.

      Sir, Its quite unfortunate that Idea is not able to satisfy their customers who has for last three years.None is listening me neither the Idea customer care outlet nor the customer care online. My issue : I purchased the Idea prepaid sim with number [protected] in March 2012 with my college ID as address proof. On 28th Feb 2015, the silicon chip of sim was disloged, it was considered as invalid sim in Mobile.So I called Idea customer care on 1st March for for terminating services temporarily so that I can get a new duplicate sim of same number from nearest Idea Outlet that is Harsaon, Ghaziabad. The customer care asked questions like Father's Name, mother's name and address for verification details, I provided whatever was written on my college Id.He said its matching, you number will be closed temporarily from tommorrow.If you wish you can get same number from Idea outlet within 30 days. When I went of 2nd March to Idea outlet for getting new duplicate sim, they said this sim is in someone's other name who is from Aligarh and his ID is mentioned on this number .You need to catch that person then only we can issue that sim.He said that during uploading data may be wrong data be uploaded against your sim. I just want to ask what is my fault in this case.Customer care terminated the sim with my college id verification and Idea outlet is saying it is in someone's other name. The number is mentioned everywhere banks, college etc. So I request you to kindly look into this issue and solve this as soon as possible as I am facing so many difficulties as my number is not in use otherwise I have to go to Consumer forum for my complaint .         Regarding [protected] mo no, i use this no last 7-8 years .Yesterday my mobile was stolen after that i inform to police station and go to idea service center for immediately deactivate that sim and give me new sim for that number [protected].they give me a new sim and says your that no will activate within 4 hrs but idea administration allotted that no to other person which is activated now.Please do the need full.

              Sir I need an mnp applications to change network. I visted idea store to apply MNP. The people in idea store at vijetha hospital vijayawada are not caring customers behaved very worst using abusing words on customer Not given any application/sim card to customer. Waiting customer for long hours. You need to take this as complaint and resolve properly.

                kindly provide a waiver for unethical charges of internet buses and late payment fee

                late payment fee- due bill not received on mail id late made late but all payment done no dues


                internet charges- bill is showing my internet charges are extra use on 26th feb.

                but my mobile was off till 12:30 am night how can i use internet while mobile was off

                  Description : Internet 3g speed is too slow to run even google.i am so much irritated.i need to submit my many application please help me. I recharged my pack but I can not use properly due to net very slow speed. I can not do my work which only depends on internet thats why I used Idea but from 3 months Net speed is not properly.
                  I called many times to idea care number and 12345 number, But I faced so much problem but i couln't resolve my net problem. Some times net speed ok but most of times net is very slow even not working. I also complained to idea care, my complain number was [protected]. They gave me time that was 25 feb 2015 to resolve my net problem. My idea number [protected] remains in dongle so I can not attend any phone call on this number. Thats why I submitted my another ph no. ([protected]) to your idea customer care to contact me. but they did not contact me even single time at this number. My net problem is not resolved till now.

                    Hiii, To whom soever it may b concerned. My name is Munawwar Chauhan I m ur so called customer using ur Idea no [protected], I m really exhausted, fedup, upset with your PATHETIC SERVICES... Okk the story go like this I hope u will enjoy my story and laugh on me. In the first week of January I got an outcall from your company, Your executive told me sir as a SPECIAL CUSTOMER I m decreasing 25 rs from your rental which was increased by our company, I said ok so he confirmed I have changed ur plan to the previous plan only and disconnected the phone. Let me tell you other than my plan on my no gprs plan was activate I.e rental 149, 2g speed & 2gb data. Now my bill date 12th jan, I m shocked my outgoing calls have been barred because I have exceeded my credit limit I called your customer care I was told dat I hav crossed my credit limit, and I was told dat I hav used internet, I told him dat my plan is actived so how I will b charged, he is saying dat ur plan has been deactivated, I told him I hav not deactivated so he says wen u changed ut plan at dat time it has been deactivated so its not my fault u guys have deactivated my internet plan and because of dat I jave been charged so much, I was using Internet in dis intention dat internet pack is activated, ur agent didnt inform me dat if will chng ur plan ur other plan will b deactivated nor I received any kind of msg dat ur plan has been deactivated, As per my knowledge I was told dat if any service is activated or deactivated u will receive a msg but I didnt received. So I raised a complaint regarding the same at that time but ONE THING I WOULD TELL YOU YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS WORST AND EXECUTIVE DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK WITH CUSTOMERS AND THEY GIVE FALSE PROMISE TO THE CUSTOMERS. And then my net plan was deactivated, when I told them to reactivate it they r saying that is not eligible on your number ANOTHER INCONVENIENCE, I was using that plan from last two years and now I m not eligible for that net plan I was told to visit my idea gallery I visited over there and I got another plan activated for rs 98 and the chrges were around 1000 Rs but 500 and above chrges were billed and rest 400 and above was unbilled so ur executive reversed the chrges of billed amt which is of 500 and above and for the remaining amt I was told wen ur next bill will generate call us at that time we will reverse that as well... Now my bill has generate, in this bill net charges are reflecting so I called u guys I raised a complaint again for the reversal, Today I received the call, Priyanka was the name of the executive, she was using very harsh tone and top of it she is saying charges are genuine so it cannot b reversed, I asked for the escalation so I spoke to Satish and I need to tell him the whole story from the start after listening to it satish is sayong cnt reverse it u send the mail for the same so i mailing u guys this is the last time I m saying the story... If I will not get the resolution so I will disconnect Idea services permanently and I have five other numbers I will disconnect them as well the numbers are as follows 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3. [protected] 4. [protected] 5. [protected] And my no as well [protected], please do the needful on HIGH PRIORITY BASIS. Please dnt make fool of the customers (no ullu banawing) Conclusion I just want the charges to b reversed which has been chrged to me for the internet usage & kindly take the feedback as well for the customer care services.                       I have idea cellular cell no: [protected]. i had a balance of Rs. 48 and I recharged it on 12/2/15 of Rs.120 and on 24/2/15 of Rs.120 and Rs. 17 for net usage for two days.today on 3/3/15 my balance shows Rs. 51. As i am not using this number for out going how they have deducted my Rs.254. can they provide me details of my call? I contacted toll free number but they are not giving any satisfactory reply. i want refund of my Rs. 254 if it is not used by me.

                      Dont use this site as i received a call on my cell to solve my problem and told that we will deposite amount in your account i lost Rs. 1500 +Rs.1500 + Rs. 3500 within a five minuts

                          It is my great surprise to see my balance cut due to any VAS service by Idea cellular without my knowledge..I just want to know, will Supreme court or High Court will take any suo moto recognition of this open Lootings..Or will companies stop to cheat their customers like this.

                            On 28th Feb 2015 I have activated GPRS Plan for three days of 19 rupees via sms activation process and 19 rupees deducted from my account. On 1st Mar 2015 again 19 rupees was deducted from my account but this time I didn't request for activation for same plan still they(idea customer care) used to tell me it was done by me. They are not listening my request. I have call and sms record to prove my complaint.

                            On my previous complaint I have received call from Idea Cellular customer support and they told me "your concern for wrong deduction couldn't be resolved". One of there customer representative told me that the plan I have activated can only be activate by calling VAS number but the same plan I have activated by SMS on the day before issue (28th Feb), How can possibly they activate the service that activated by wrong way. I have a record on it that I activated service by SMS. Still they are telling that it was done by calling VAS number.

                            First they activated requested service ( 28th Feb) of three days by wrong way and again activate it on the day after ( 1st Mar ) without any request from me. I have my all call/SMS detail for both the days to prove my point that I didn't request for any Value Added Service on 1st March 2015 by any mean of procedure to activate the service.

                            I am again requesting to credit my balance that was wrongly deducted.

                              Idea is not able to give services due to network issue however is charging for the services. When you call the customer services they say they can not do anything and there is no time also when the services will be working.Why should the customer give for the services which he or she is not getting. They charge for the services in the advance and then they refrain from giving the services

                                Dear Sir/Madam, On 27th, Oct I recharged my idea number online for Rs. 15, as their self-care service (*121#) showed Rs. 15 is full talktime. But I got message from idea that I was recharged for 2G internet pack 100MB with 3 days validity. I confused to see the message, and contacted their customer service (198), they told me that the offer is only for paper recharge, not eligible for online recharge. If that recharge is not eligible for full-talktime, then I should be given the talktime eligible for online recharge, my biggest concern is that the recharge also changed my internet plan to 2G and my existing 3G plan with 650 MB & validity up to Mar, 20th expired. This is very strange, I lost my 3G plan & 650 MB, also no talktime for my Rs. 15. Idea is not accepting to get my 3G plan back, and they are not understanding how customer affected by thier confusing recharge denominations. Complaint no. Plan which hs 3g 1gb free nd aftrwrds unlimeted il get on speed of 40kbps...( nw its not even 10kbps highly disappointed) but in my rs150. Plan i stil hd 200mb remaind wen i activated rs 299 plan..nd while acttivatng 299 plan dat customer call fellow ensured me dat i wont gt chrge a singl ruppee aftr a month on 30/31.. But wen i chkd my bill i gt srprised..i gt 1253/- is it possibl to gt huge bil in unlimited plan..nd.                                   i opted a post paid scheme of idea vide number [protected] with a plan of Rs. 477/- (may be somewhere nearer to that i forgot) suddenly in the month of March 15, they alert me by mail and sms that my internet usage have crossed 512 mb free and more usage which already billed for Rs. 1870/- whereas the fact remains i never use so much of data in the mobile because the fact remains the speed is virtually pretty low.
                                  ultimately being aggreived i prefer to port my number with some better service providers and request for port. for nearly 5 time idea rejected the request on the wake of outstanding bill whereas the bill period is 15th to 15 but after 15th of march 15 though the bill amount paid, they were taking the stance of outstanding bill. there again i paid Rs. 571/- so as to nullify any rejection. ultimately when i receive bill for March and April by April 15th i found there is an over payment of Rs. 109/- remain balance in my account. i drop a request to the customer care for refund of the amount. today morning some one from customer care called and informed they cannot do anything i shall have to visit the idea shop in this matter. i am sure, even if i visit the shop they will also come out with 100 excuses as to how to harass me. when they already have my online bank payment details, this amount requested to credit to my account which too they did not do yet. i am sure idea is involved in malafide thereby cheating customer by such fake data usage information. i do hereby again advise the service to refund my money immediately.

                                    Hi, I have idea mobile number [protected] .On dated 27-02-15 company deduct Rs. 39+39 for smart pack and we have received sms mentioned below for reference: (Thank you for Recharging with Whats App Pack Rc39) but this pack not activated. I will call to customer care but he told me that recharge activated for other pack. And same problem, On dated 28-02-15 they Deducted Rs.26, for instead of 124 Pack. When i call to company they did't give me satisfactory answer. please revert me asap.

                                      Hi Sir After making my 4 the request (C1-[protected] ) for post paid to prepaid migration of my number [protected] at least post paid network is gone but in prepaid also network is not there. When i have contacted to post paid customer care the said we have closed this number for always means the have done migration and please contact to idea office. When i have visited to idea office they said they number is yet not migrated to prepaid it is still in post paid.
