My name is Munawwar Chauhan I m ur so called customer using ur Idea no
[protected], I m really exhausted, fedup, upset with your PATHETIC
SERVICES...
Okk the story go like this I hope u will enjoy my story and laugh on me.
In the first week of January I got an outcall from your company,
Your executive told me sir as a SPECIAL CUSTOMER I m decreasing 25 rs from
your rental which was increased by our company, I said ok so he confirmed I
have changed ur plan to the previous plan only and disconnected the phone.
Let me tell you other than my plan on my no gprs plan was activate I.e
rental 149, 2g speed & 2gb data.
Now my bill date 12th jan,
I m shocked my outgoing calls have been barred because I have exceeded my
credit limit I called your customer care I was told dat I hav crossed my
credit limit, and I was told dat I hav used internet, I told him dat my
plan is actived so how I will b charged, he is saying dat ur plan has been
deactivated, I told him I hav not deactivated so he says wen u changed ut
plan at dat time it has been deactivated so its not my fault u guys have
deactivated my internet plan and because of dat I jave been charged so
much, I was using Internet in dis intention dat internet pack is activated,
ur agent didnt inform me dat if will chng ur plan ur other plan will b
deactivated nor I received any kind of msg dat ur plan has been deactivated,
As per my knowledge I was told dat if any service is activated or
deactivated u will receive a msg but I didnt received.
So I raised a complaint regarding the same at that time but ONE THING I
WOULD TELL YOU YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE IS WORST AND EXECUTIVE DON'T KNOW
HOW TO TALK WITH CUSTOMERS AND THEY GIVE FALSE PROMISE TO THE CUSTOMERS.
And then my net plan was deactivated, when I told them to reactivate it
they r saying that is not eligible on your number ANOTHER INCONVENIENCE, I
was using that plan from last two years and now I m not eligible for that
net plan I was told to visit my idea gallery I visited over there and I got
another plan activated for rs 98 and the chrges were around 1000 Rs but 500
and above chrges were billed and rest 400 and above was unbilled so ur
executive reversed the chrges of billed amt which is of 500 and above and
for the remaining amt I was told wen ur next bill will generate call us at
that time we will reverse that as well...
Now my bill has generate, in this bill net charges are reflecting so I
called u guys I raised a complaint again for the reversal,
Today I received the call, Priyanka was the name of the executive, she was
using very harsh tone and top of it she is saying charges are genuine so it
cannot b reversed, I asked for the escalation so I spoke to Satish and I
need to tell him the whole story from the start after listening to it
satish is sayong cnt reverse it u send the mail for the same so i mailing u
guys this is the last time I m saying the story...
If I will not get the resolution so I will disconnect Idea services
permanently and I have five other numbers I will disconnect them as well
the numbers are as follows

And my no as well [protected], please do the needful on HIGH PRIORITY BASIS.
Please dnt make fool of the customers (no ullu banawing)
Conclusion I just want the charges to b reversed which has been chrged to
me for the internet usage & kindly take the feedback as well for the
customer care services.
