Idea Cellular — cheating customers by service messages

I am vinay, i had got a message stating "win rs.50 talktime calling 53111 free" from 533333 and there were no other terms and conditions in that message.I called that number and answered questions.For every answer they have deducted 2 rupees where i lost 26 rupees in total.I had called customer care regarding this and they told that they cant refund.This is cheating.My interaction with supervisor saleena is recorded with the ref no-Q1_[protected].i requested her to escalate this issue to her superior but she denied doing that.I hereby request the concerned authorities to take action on this issue and refund my deducted amount back.
