    Sir, My Name Kundan Kumar and My Mobile No. [protected]. Where i will port my number your DSA committed me Plan 149 with benefits 600 min. local and national and 400 SMS. But he gives me 199 Plan. After that i submit complain with your costumer care on dt. 28.04.2015. On dated 05.05.2015 my plan change and idea costumer care executive confirm my that my plan change in 149 with 600 min. local and national and 400 SMS. But on dt. 28.05.2015 my bill will raise with 450 mins. Again i complain in idea costumer they will committed me my complain will resolve on dt. 04.06.2015 but my complain is not resolve till 10.05.2015. When my complain Closed on Dt. 10.05.2015 at evening they will not inform me. When i call customer care on 198 they will told me he will inform me. But they will not call me. After that they are told me you have corporate plan and we are not solve at over site please contact our corporate department. Whenever i call customer care every time they are wrong committed and mis-communicate me. i will harass to call every time in idea customer care at 198. If i have a corporate number and if they are not resolve my problem then why they are mis- communicate me. I have all telephonic recording if you want i will provide you. And please solved my issue as soon as possible.

          I(Rajendran) applied for idea broadband on 08/06/2015. The POC Mr. Ganesh Visited me and i opted for 1099 scheme, he charged me 2000. He told that I will get connection in two days. So I paid Rs. 2000. I've paid the whole amount on cash and submitted the documents he requested. He gave me a receipt.He promised that by 10/06/2015 I'll have the connection.                   Yesterday I got the message of Subscription to video talkies will be renewed on 10.06.2015. Then I send STOP message to 155223 to unsubscribe. But I got message soon that 'currently you don't have active services. Though I have unsubscribed for Video talkies package, today idea has deducted Rs.35 for its renewal..                         I have booked for idea mobile No.[protected] on[protected] at Hyderabad, Telangana State after call from idea mobile No.[protected] to our mobile No.[protected]. I have called on [protected] on[protected] at 2-32PM from my mobile No.[protected] and later one Hari called on me at 2-39PM and took details of me. Later one Siva deliver boy called on me by mobile No.[protected] and came to me on the same day and collected Rs.525/- in cash from me and also xerox copy of my Aadhar card and my photos 2 in number and since then I was not delivered any sim card so far despite many reminders. I sent mail to Hari also regarding my aadhar card. This is a bitter experience to me and a practice of cheating a customer . I have made innumerable calls to [protected] and [protected], but in vain.                           I am writing this post after dialing many times on 12345 and waiting more than 30mins on call, for a senior customer care executive to talk to me, regarding my complaint. My complaint is, few days back my internet data balance got over, I asked my friend (a vendor) to get me a net recharge and so he did, since I was running out of time I went from the shop, waiting for the message to come giving me the confirmation but it didn't appear. Since I was in urgent need to internet I myself made a recharge of Rs 5/- to get temporary data. When I contacted my vendor complaining about not receiving my data pack, he said he has made the recharge and I called the customer care. Here is the response I got. "Sir, your recharge for 198 was about to be activated but since you have activated Rs. 5/- recharge after that, so Rs. 198/- recharge has lapsed" What I can’t understand is how come a recharge made afterwards is activated first.

                              I have opted to 3g service from 2g around one month back, since than I am being harassing by the poor service which never get connected to 3g network and most of the time network automatically switch back to 2g service. Even surprisingly some of time whenever I switch to 3G the phone display "No service" Tag. I had made this complaint several time to idea customer care and even discussed the matter in detailed during telephonic conversation, they had given assurance me to that their executive would came to my home and check the network issue. However, later on they just inform through mail that due to poor network service this problem is occurring. When I ask them to take back their service they refused to deactivation. In earlier case also I was forced to use internet service in my another number for whopping 9 months without any request made and every time they billed to me. After series of complaint on several forum somehow I get rid from it. Now again IDEA is using their cheap tactics though this time I made the request but they are not able to provide the service for which they are asking to pay me and refusing to deactivate. Now I seriously thinking to switch to better and fair service provider having good network connectivity of 3g. Navneet [protected] [protected]

                                I usually recharge online on the site ideacellular.com for my 3G idea netsetter with number [protected]. On 7/6/2015 the previous gprs validity was over, so I recharged it the next day 8/6/2015 at 7:00 am with unlimited 3G pack of 3GB costing Rs. 646/-, but after I typed in the OTP for confirming the transaction, the site said transaction was not complete and asked whether to recharge again (the transaction Ref. No. was IG0ADNCGX8). I waited for 1/2 hour and recharged again with the same 3G unlimited 3GB pack (transaction Ref. No. was IG0ADNDEO9) at 7:33 am, this time the site said the transaction was complete. So I waited for the GPRS pack to be activated for the second transaction and then came two each messages on my tablet for both transactions about the payment received and about GPRS activation. Now I am finding that only one pack has been activated because after 3GB now the net is below 80kbps speed( I planned to finish atleast 3gb because I dint want to lose entire 6 GB). What about my other 3GB? I want it for the following month. Or should I recharge again, that should be a great loss for me because with Rs. 948/- I could have made recharge for 6gb. Or is it that this loss comes with the online recharge. Should not have said "Transaction not complete" when it was going to completion. Please activate the second transaction.

                                  As i want to change my post paid no. into pre paid no. . For this i went to your store at vinayak enterprises in chattarpur, New Delhi. first at 11.10 am at that time i was told that no idea executive is here. when i asked at what time that respective person will come, one lady working their named mrs pooja told me that she don't know who will come and told you can come, after 2-3 hour. but not informed who is on duty. I went again in evening at 7.20pm for that purpose that lady miss pooja shouted on us and told us no executive is here and she dont know her executive name and told us that why dont you go on other idea store.                                     I am residing near Gaya Airport and i am facing problem with your network. There is no network (2G, which was available earlier) from the morning of 08.06.2015 and the customer care executives have no idea about the network failure. Also there is no 3G network at this place.

                                      Dear Sir I am using idea post paid connection. Issue is that on dated 07.06.2015 my Bill had generated of Rs 2590.28 & then I applied for change in Data plan. Today ( 09.06.2015 & Rs 2600) I have paid my Bill in morning & I received confirmation form Idea. But in afternoon I have received msg that my outstanding left i.e.rs 2800. When I talked to concerned Deptt, They are saying no benefit will be paid during plan change thats why I have to bear the charges. But pls let me know when My bill already generated and I applied for new Plan then How I liable to pay charges If company have that kind of terms then why they don’t block my services during the changes. And without informing to me they make me liable to pay further & become my number BAR. Please look into this matter urgently. I already faced loss finically. Raj Kumar [protected]@gmail.com

                                      Dear Sir, issue is still pending they generated bill of my num [protected] on 7th July 15 amount is 4615.73 in which unathorized data usage of 8th june 2888.60 is include and on that that date i had 4 gb data so please do needfull asap regards rajkumar
