A group is working as a team of fake IDEA employees and looting the consumers by alloting fake sim numbers, it is against the goodwill of idea company, its a very serious matter of concern, kindly genuine idea employess stop all this fake activities going on, i myself a victim of this and can tell you better . its all about your details and id proof which they take away with them and pretends like as genuine idea employees. Stop this nonsense and wrong activities which are rising day by day, whom to trust is a matter of concern .

    As I am using my idea number [protected], I am having problems related my balance deduction, as I called on the idea customer care number 12345 ... As I asked about my balance deduction from the representative of idea customer care ... No solution was provided to me as they transferred my call 2 times to there senior officers, that call was about 20 minutes and when I ask about to provide me the nodel officers number, they provided me a wrong number saying that is the nodel officers number, as that number was not correct, as they are making a fool out of me and may be other customer also .

      i getting problem with incoming & outgoing calls except my 2 CUG number, since last 3 days i m followup with customer care but everyone given same solution restart phone, remove sim card all this faltu advice more than 20 times i have done this but still my problem is not getting solve.

        This is a complete disgrace for a company like idea (mobile number [protected]) as how they harass their customers to extract money from their pocket. Even after repeated efforts to rectify a billing dispute and promises made by idea customer services collection rep to get back to me with the final amt after waiver of the extra charges today I got a msg stating if I do not pay the whole amt in the next 2 days the company is going to take legal actions and there was a phone number mentioned spoke to the person whose number was given said either I have to reach out to a senior manager who is in their head ofc at santa cruz for dispute or to avoid inconvenience I should pay the total billed amt – this is how the company is making money extracting small amts from customers and making millions - if any one wants to contact me can do it at [protected]

            I port my number in idea. But after port i faced many problems. And if i contact to customer care they always give excuse like system not update your information.. I recharged many time 3g pack but i dont get 3g speed.. Now please i want to port my number again in airtel. My no is [protected]. Dont go with idea... Really bad experience...                   The mail ids stated here doesn't work. I get a reply that these ids' are full and hence the mail cannot be delivered to the recipient. People at customer care doesn't have any detail regarding the number I once owned. So where do I even file the complaint? (They even say that this is not an Idea number so why do I get calls from Idea asking me to pay?)

                    I am using a corporate connection [protected], Company charged Rs. 613/- as sms charges in my bill circle from 01.01.2015 to 31.01.2015 and Rs. 405/- as sms charges in bill circle 01.02.2015 to 28.02.2015. but i had not used this kind of sms. kindly reverse the charge in my account

                        Hi Idea, I have bought new idea SIM as MNP on 14 April 2015 and after 10 days I got SMS on my alternate number to activate SIM by calling 59059 .From that time till date I am trying 59059 but it is not connecting . When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying pls try calling 59059 .I think these less skilled resource just work like parrot and only say single line and don't give logical answer nor try to help . I am every day getting SMS on my alternate number to call 59059 and get your connection activated but 59059 is not connecting .Pls provide any other number or activate services of my new idea number [protected] My alternate number is [protected] I think buying idea was worst decision .                             Ref: Idea number: [protected] (which idea was not able to activate number any single time and get back the sim and now charging money for no service) Summary: We had purchased idea internet post-paid sim from nearby idea store. We were being told that By the staff there that it will be activated within 2 days. We waited, but it did not get activated. They asked us more time as sat/sun had come in between, but still it did not worked (could not be activated).at last we told them to take back the sim as it could not be activated, and we returned the sim and they told they will cancel the activation request and NO bill will generated. We got request no. also. [S1-[protected], S2-[protected]] After around 1-2 months, we got the idea bill, we were surprised, as why this bill has come, and as the brand could not provide us the service (internet activation) .I went to the same store and showed Them the bill, they told us cancellation request have been sent, they again mailed for the same. The person I was in contact with in that store was Tanaji ([protected], prestige plaza, shop no.2, Mumbai-Pune road, Akurdi). Other persons I had contacted - Sanjay fransis, Sangeeta Jayas, Veena Acharya. Mentally we are disturbed, repeated phone calls and no result after assurance has helped us. It’s really very disappointing that brands focus on customer satisfaction, but it’s truly not the scene, Here the customer is worst sufferer. Very-very disappointing and sad ….

                                Dear Sir/Ma’am, I bought a post paid CUG Home ministry no. on 27th march 2015 with advance deposit (300 Rs) also. I had a word with Ms. Monica (Mobile no.: [protected]) about the postpaid plan of Power199 and 3G 1GB data @ rs.125. On welcome call your customer care executive told me that you are getting plan super199.I said no @ that time but later on when I went to idea center they said you say yes on that verification call and later on we will change the plan. On 20th April, I got a bill of 330 in which rent for sim and plan super 199 was included which I’ve not used and sim was defected when it was provided to me. And even 3G cutter plan was added into my account without any written/verbal confirmation. From last five days I\m keep calling that executive Monica and she disconnects my call or misbehaves. I’ve recordings too as a proof. I’ve tried register complaint also in customer care but they are also not listening. I’ve written mail to TRAI and appellate authority also. I am totally disappointed with your services and for sure will go to consumer court . Idea is cheating with their customers and as an lawyer I cannot tolerate this anymore. If you can still sought it out this problem Please do needful ASAP.

                                  On 21 jan 2015 i was called to custmer care number and said to disconnect my number. She was asked me why? So i told that the internet pack is increase. . And she offer me 1 pack rs. 99 350mb for a month on 50% ;less charge. . But when bill generate its 99rs. Charged. . And same next month charged 99 means in two month 100rs extra chagred from me. . I complaint so many time to custmer care no. . 198. All given me surity to less ur extra charge from my bill. . But today stil my number's outgoing barred. . Today my total bill amount is rs. 498 pending. . If idea less rs. 100 then i pay my all pending payment.

                                      Complaint 1: This number [protected] was earlier with Dr. K. P. Singh, Director, Apex Institute of Tech, Rampur. But, for the last five years it is with Dr. R. C. S. Mehta who took over as Director from Dr. K. P. Singh. A certificate to this effect from the institute was submitted with Idea Centre Haldwani about 20 days back. The phone got activated. Now, for the last 5 days outgoing calls have been blocked without any reason. All bills have been paid. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                      Complaint 2: Idea mobile number [protected]: The outgoing calls were blocked about two and half months back. Though a scheme of Rs. 150 /Month was opted, but the bill received was Rs. 1500/- which was paid. It was requested to close this number or convert it into prepaid. Bit again without any calls for two-three days the bill was Rs. 200/-. Now I have requested for changing the service provider but since 1st March no action has been taken and the mobile has been deactivated. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                                        We have following No. [protected] and[protected] respectively in the name of Vijay Lodha and Pradip Lodha.

                                        These numbers we are taken in our firm M/s. K. M. Lodha as group account.

                                        Before including group account previous outstanding of above mobile numbers paid on 04/03/2015 Total Rs. 1750.00.

                                        In the month of April 2015 many harassment incomming calls from Idea athorities to make payment of previous bills, (which we are already paid on 04/03/2015) and forcefully they recollect amount of Rs. 1750.00 on 18/04/2015.

                                        Try to contact Idea many times on 12345 to resolve the problem, but they are unable to resolve and says they are helpless (Last Conversation with Mr. Bhausaheb).

                                        Idea Collect double payment Forcefully, besides that harassment by their people through mobile calls.
