Idea number: [protected] (which idea was not able to activate number any single time and get back the sim and now charging money for no service)
Summary:
We had purchased idea internet post-paid sim from nearby idea store. We were being told that
By the staff there that it will be activated within 2 days. We waited, but it did not get activated.
They asked us more time as sat/sun had come in between, but still it did not worked (could not be activated).at last we told them to take back the sim as it could not be activated, and we returned the sim and they told they will cancel the activation request and NO bill will generated. We got request no. also. [S1-[protected], S2-[protected]]
After around 1-2 months, we got the idea bill, we were surprised, as why this bill has come, and as the brand could not provide us the service (internet activation) .I went to the same store and showed Them the bill, they told us cancellation request have been sent, they again mailed for the same. The person I was in contact with in that store was Tanaji ([protected], prestige plaza, shop no.2, Mumbai-Pune road, Akurdi). Other persons I had contacted - Sanjay fransis, Sangeeta Jayas, Veena Acharya.
Mentally we are disturbed, repeated phone calls and no result after assurance has helped us.
It’s really very disappointing that brands focus on customer satisfaction, but it’s truly not the scene,
Here the customer is worst sufferer. Very-very disappointing and sad ….
