Idea Cellular Showrooms are reluctant to change regular sims to micro-sims in case of prepaid connections and come up with the excuse that they do not have micro-sims. Idea Cellular is blind to such complaints and takes no action against the errant dealers. Perhaps they encourage such behaviour without realising that this will drive away their customers.
