This has become totally intolerable now. I have been complaining about usage of internet pack on my IDEA no [protected] since long but till date it has not been resolved. Soon after I got my no portable from Vodafone to IDEA the free limit of internet pack getting finished even before its expiry has almost got doubled even keeping the usage same as was in Vodafone network. I complained, you people didn’t resolve, disconnected my services w.e.f. 7th Dec 2015. Since then I have not used IDEA internet pack. Today i.e. 4th Jan 2015, when after a month I switched the data usage in my phone to IDEA network I got a message saying almost 40MB has been used since 16th Dec 2015 (as my Bill cycle starts from 16th every month). Kindly see the attached screenshot for your reference which clearly shows deduction from your end of 40MB. Now this time I need a proper explanation for how can 40 MB of data be deducted when I have not used the IDEA internet for even 1 sec from 7th Dec 2015 till today morning when I took the above screenshots. I also work in Service industry just like you people and we resolve customer issues with proper care unlike you people. Request you to kindly resolve this matter and refund the excess amount of 563 Rs. I have paid for the last bill which you have charged for the excess usage of internet above free limit ( which is definitely a fault at your end) otherwise I am going to take this matter with your higher ups and I ensure you I will do that.

I didn't request any socialbook activation...but they deduct 45rs for socialbook activation...I don't know what is socialbook use also...waste of money...stupid network

Dear Sir/Madam, See attached picture, I have 40 rupees AC balance in my mobile No.[protected]. I make call on this mobile no. [protected] on 25/12/2015 at 2.09 PM for 42 Second only. On 2/1/2016 I recieved a message from Idea stating that 45 rupees has been deducted as I am subscribed to socialbook package, which I did not subscribe, nor do I have a clue of. I'd appreciate it if I was unsubscribed and the money refunded. Thanks.

Dear sir, I have requested through IDEA web site to port my prepaid Idea No- [protected] in postpaid plan-199(600 l/n minutes) as it was described by idea agent through call back and agreed by me. After collecting papers from home and verification done by IDEA personnel yesterday on 02/01/2016 I got a massage to call for verification on 59059, while verification IDEA representative told that plan-499 is activated on your number I requested him to please add plan-199 instead of plan-499 as I was agreed on but he refused and said to contact with the agency again I requested him to provide address of the agency but he denied for the same and did not activated the number, as my prepaid number was deactivated I became unable to use my number. Today morning I again made call on same number to verify and agreed on the pasted plan to activate my number within 5 minutes my number got started for use. All these act of company and its agent caused me mental agony and heavy stress. You are kindly requested to instruct the concern to update my agreed plan and instruct all agents /officials of IDEA cellular not to pasted un agreed plan to its customers with immediate effect. Dear Concern, I was ported to Idea Delhi since last 1.5 months and from the day one I am facing N number of issues. Initially I was unable to received calls from Airtel numbers. After so many follow ups it has resolved in 10 days. The very next day vodafone users are unable to call me. They getting same massage that the number you trying is invalid. after five days it has resolved. Again from past fifteen days I am unable to received calls from Airtel ( Other than Delhi). I have called several time to there customer care but still not resolved. Please suggest that what is the procedure to complaint in TRAI or consumer board. Imtiyaz

have recharge on idea cellular number [protected] - 2g internet of 178 by *800*178# at 12:05 am on 27 dec 2015, but they deduct 178 twise. Idea customer service associate call me on 29th Dec 2015 at 7: 42 pm from number [protected]. they accepted their mistake and told me to give me refund but i still doesnt get my refund. i called customer care twise today but they are not giving proper answer and refusing to give me refund. IDEA is cheater. i hope Consumer complain will help me out. Thanks..

I and my son are IDEA Cellular Post Paid Customer from a very long time. Since last couple of months. If we call up IDEA Customer Care the Service Desk behavior / questions are as if it is only me or my son facing the problem. So in short its not me but surely even a group o[censored]sers around me who are affected by Call drops. Many a times the network bars / network strength keeps on varying.

My Mob no [protected], since last one month this no is not getting Range in Mumbai Area. As I am transferred form Nagpur from 2007, I wanted to shift this no for Mumbai. When approach to Idea Gallary, they confirmed me that you have to change the plan too while transferring from Nagpur to Mumbai . Due to such reasons I can not use this no fully in Mumbai as I have to pay roaming charges. So I have to use another card of other Co, though I want to continue with IDEA . So my earnest request you is that please continue the same plan of Nagpur by allowing me for use in Mumbai so that fully I can use IDEA connection at Mumbai Zone. Dr D N Mahajan, [protected]. I have a corporate category group connection (idea cellular) with master no. [protected] whose service has been stopped by idea cellular without any reason since yesterday i.e, 1st Jan 2016, 11:00 am. I have done complaint to idea the same time on 198 and 12345. But service has not been restored till now. Please take necesarry action. My alternate no. is [protected]. Note: On contacting to my master no. My [protected] number changed operator by portability from bsnl to idea on 30/12/2015, after that calls from bsnl number do not connect to the above number.

Dear Sir/Ma'm I have recieved a call from your Idea Cellullar executive & offer me for port in Idea postpaid on date 4/9/15 with A gift (Travelling bag after paying first 2 Bills). He came to me on 5/9/15 & collect all documents & Give me voucher of Travel bag. after that I have paid 3 bills ie Oct, Nov & Dec But till that I have not recieved that bag & the persons are not attending any calls now It means they are cheating to peoples on behalf of Idea Cellular. Because they are authorised from your company So this is your responsilibity that You are allowing cheaters to cheat public on behalf of your company.
