Dear sir My idea no[protected] has been activated by juice up by web without any confirmation .they have deducted Rs 45 . It is very unfair and conspiracy of idea and juice up jointly. I want my money back. This is a well planned handiwork of idea and juice up.

    Respected sir, I am Vijaykumar Ramchandra Marathe, currently residing at B-98, Ektaa nagar, Opp. Walchand college, Solapur. On October 23, 2014, I lost my Mobile at the Jodbasvanna chowk, Solapur. The mobile is an Samsung Galaxy Grand 2, with a white colour on body and flip cover and removable black color case. The IMEI number of the phone is *352116/06/871185/0^ *352117/06/871185/8^ and the serial number of the device is RZ1F41F5TVJ. The mobile number of the IDEA SIM used in the lost phone is [protected]. Approximate value of the new device of this model is Rs. 20, 000. You are requested to kindly register the complaint and give me an attested copy of this complaint so that I can submit this to the service provider to block the phone number and prevent potential abuse of my SIM. I shall be obliged if you kindly take action to trace and recover the lost device.       my mobile number is [protected]. my balance was 800rs as i rechaged a day before with 550rs... on 7th of oct when i checked my balance it showed Rs.0.. i called up customer care they replied to me by saying that recharge of 550rs has not been done ... i explained them and told them that i have recieved a message of recharge done from the company and so asked them to lodge up complaint.. but they said they cant lodge a complaint and hung up the phone... then i mailed to appellete officer... from there also i got the same reply... that the recharge has not been done... then i went to the shopkeeper from where i got recharge done... he called up customer care and from der they told recharge has been done... but when i called from my cell they told recharge has not been done... then i told them to refund my money or else i will file a complaint in consumer court... but still i have not got my rechare.. please help me regards

I asked the idea customer care regarding the same, they said that has been deducted for game downloading. Although i have not downloaded any game not activated any value added services, still they are not refunding my balance. I am cheated by idea. Please do the needful. My mobile number is [protected].           Hello . Today Morning at around 8 A.M. A service called Juice Up got activated from web on my number, [protected] . As I have not used this service till now, I demand a full refund . Last time when I had faced such an issue, I wasn't treated well . So I'm complaining here about it . A request : please DON'T fool anyone through web activations . I'd expect swift resolvation of the issue

            My Idea mobile no. [protected]. Always there was a signal problem with Idea. Even though I have taken 3G services, it has never delivered it properly. In August I have changed to I plan of higher value thinking that they may give better services on that. At that time they dint charge any Pro-ration charges. Since I am not satisfied with the Plan and no improvement in the signal, I have changed to 499 plan from 999. From here Idea started there tricks by cheating the customer.I tried to change the plan on 21st Sept., it was continuously showing "unable to process the request". Again I have tried on 25th Sept 2014, it worked. Now Idea bill shows on pro- ration Rs.964 and Usage of GPRS Rs 2092 for those 5 days. Isn't it crazy by idea, person changed plan from Rs 999 to Rs 499 and he has been charged for Rs 3057 extra. The plan 999 contains 2700 MB free usage. And continuously I am getting the update from Idea about my GPRS usage 20th Oct, that i have some MB to use, Till 2200 Hrs of 20th Oct 2014, I got the update that I have 20 MB more to use it. When I saw the bill they have charged me for extra usage of GPRS of total Rs 2092 + Pro-ration charges Rs 964. This can be My plan Rs999 itself. Apart from that they have charged Rs 27 for MMS usage, which till now I have not used it. This is completely cheating by the IDEA cellular. On 18th Oct, 2014, there was no signal from 10.00 hrs to next day morning, I personally went to Idea show room and enquired about it and I got to know that they were doing technical maintenance. They dint even bother to inform to the customers for such kind of inconvenience. Family was worrying till I reached Home.This shows Idea does not have any ethics also towards the customer.

              Hi, i got the following message as SMS from Idea, i have not requested any such service to Idea but still i received SMS and email as well. When i wrote to Idea about the same to "[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com" but not any reply for the same asking for evidence of i am requesting the same. Dear Customer, Your request for GPRS 3G, GPRS 3G Pack has been successfully processed via C1-[protected] for Mobile No. [protected] w.e.f 22/10/2014 8:25:20 AM. The new tariff will be applicable after 2 hours from now. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to service you. Previously also Idea generated self request and change my plan C1-[protected] without my confirmation on email.

                Company deduced amount from my account as I exceeded to 100 sms limit. As company is deducing money you should inform it to customer that you have finished your 100 sms's and we are deducing money. These is not fair. When you are deducing money 1st you should give warning to customer. It seems like you people are just waiting for deduction.

                  Idea Cellular Limited as company not only seep out my call details but also misuse that details. Your recovery agent are calling to all my most close relatives & friends, then using abusing slang language with called my Name. Today Ms. MANJU SINHA called my mom and started saying disrespectful things about my sister. She said what for you have send your daughter in Delhi, she is a ### and lot more which I cant even write. This all was to recover Rs. 600 for that number which is not in use for past couple of month because my sis is out of country and she forgot to stop this no. Before calling close relative of a customer don't you guys see that for past couple of month this no is not in use, no incoming no outgoing no messaging. Unnecessarily you keep on adding you post paid plan charges. Answer me IDEA ? If some customer of yours forgot to stop the number then you order to your Recovery Department for doing such and rude, disrespectful behaviour with your customers? IF your answer is “YES”, then I suggest all IDEA Subscribers that please Disconnect all the idea connections………Because it’s really 'An idea can change your life’ …….If the threatening call going to your company’s Boss, Mother, Father, wife or such like those types of Important Relations. After such an insult I am going to lodge a police complaint against this MANJU SINHA and from the no she called.

                  May I request you to kindly train your personnel to talk politely to customers. Ms Manju Sinha telephoned me today regarding and o/s payment which is disputed and called me names including 'logo ko loote hai'. Is this the way to talk to a customer. I have worked for 16+years in the adityabirla group and was DGM -Mktg at Indo Gulf. This is the least expected. When I asked for her designation; she said." kal aapke ghar pe sab pata lag jayega " in a threatening manner. Please initiate disciplinary action against such crude mouthed persons. Thanking You..

If someone of your customers doing late payment of the timing just 2 months, then you order to your Recovery Department for doing such like this behave to the customers?                       Idea cellular is charging me VAS charge on continuous basis as I have activated my GPRS pack of Rs.100/-, This thing they are doing it from several month and by registering complaint against this several time in their complain department they are unable to resolve the same. They are charging for those site which I am not using also. Please help me for the same.

                      My name is Paresh Soparkar and my mobile no. is [protected] I have been charged additionally from Idea cellular. This is happening with me from last six month. I have made several complaints but every time they wer doing the same mistake by charging me on the GPRS Usage were I have activated the Internet pack. I am getting 300 MB free by activating Rs. 100/- GPRS pack but when I am using 256MB the IDEA cellular charge me on the same. I was fighting with this issue from last six month but When I checked my this months bill they have charged me for the sms that I have never to done. They charged me Rs. 5 against the no. 91. Which I have never done and also charged me against those nos which i have not at all messaged.

                      I request you to help me to fight against this malpractice done by IDEA Celleluar.

                        My name is Pritam Bhagat from Mumbai I had requested for No. portability for idea. I got card from idea agency on 10th Oct. 2014. But after 10day still its not active. I am facing so much issue due to this. I called continually to agency person (Sameer [protected]) but every time he is giving false commitment. And after 2 days he has stopped to pick my call. I am really unhappy with the idea that they have untrained agency and staff who cant resolve the customer issue. Hence finally I would like to port this no. to Airtel also I will port my other idea no also in airtel[protected]. I informed agency the same thing that time he said “ok no issue pl cancel if you don’t want” that means they don’t have any issue if any customer want to leave idea.

                            I had purchased idea cellular two weeks ago. The scheme is u get 4GB internet first four month and after 1 month 1GB 3G internet at 50% discount. Which still i didnt got.They r saying that i had recharge 9 rs internet due to which i didnt got the net benefit. but it is not written in bill. and event i wasnt informed by idea cellular representative.

                                    I had got an loop postpaid network & switched to idea they had promised me 299 plan for new loop users which has 1000 std & local all india calls free but when i saw my first bill they had given 199 no bill shock plan which is of no use to me i had also reccomended 5 loop mobile users to idea cellular who have got these plans as i had confirmed with all of them i went to the gallery they said it is not possible i also called customer care but he aslo told the same So please see that idea aditya birla changes my plan as soon as possible When i knew this i felt i did a biggest mistake by giving them reccomendations for 5 loop mobile numbers My name is gopal rawtani & mob no is [protected]

                                      In 35 years of my life I have never seen cheated company like Idea. I have a smart phone with micro SIM slot. Idea is not given me micro SIM and give me Normal big SIM. When I seen it, I am choking as now days All SIM are coming as micro SIM with Normal frame, I thought so it would be Micro. When I go back to Idea out-late at Gandhinagar (Guj) Sec-16 Gh Road and meet to Mr.Parth. I have explained the same. I have talked to customer care at 3:13PM to 3:32PM with Binal Makwana on 18th Oct 2014. But she didn't give me right answer, Her Behavior is not like a professionally. They don't give me money back or don't take responsibility to replace the SIM with Micro SIM. I advice to All India people please don't go to Idea or don't use service of Idea.

                                        Dear Sir, It is very sorry to say that i did port to my no. from airtel to idea.When my no. has been port it means this no. is completely shifted to idea cellular.I have paid already one bill of Rs 1096 to Idea on due time.But on 13/10/2014 at 5 p.m. all of sudden my outgoing services did barred & i got a E-mail from Idea cellular that it is your request again on 13/10/2014 my services got unbarred again a Email.that there is my request for unbarred.Iam not understanding being a big logo of company why such type of activity was done .Second when it was happened i was on my professional tour out of city.so you are requested to tell me should i continue with Idea cellular or no.
