I have face a fraud from the DSA company of yours in Delhi . I have purchased a connection on 4th Oct sim no 899104350814179521565 from Tathaastu BPO, DELHI . I have duly submitted my document by the connection is not activated till date. I have complained to you 10 days before also and after your request I went to idea showroom to deposit Id proof again but they denied stating that we cannot do anything nor they have accepted my Id poorf as the connection is not purchased by us . I request you to please take necessary action on the same as Tathaastu Bpo is also not replying to me over the phone I am following up for my complaint status on FB also but no reply from idea Regards Neeraj Singh

    My mobile no is [protected] using idea services, almost 20 days back I requested idea to convert my black berry plan to 3g Internet plan, since then the Internet is not working . I have talked to technical team of idea almost 20 times in last 20 days but no result .
    This may please be noted that if the Internet services are not activated immediately, I will stop paying and surrender the connection

    There is no network in my mobile since yesterday 22.09.2017 in any location.
    please find a solution for this problem.

        I mostly use my Idea number ([protected]) for 3G internet. On 31st Oct 2014 I was not getting 3G signal in my area for many hours so I called up customer care to report the issue. Unfortulately my experience with customer care was not pleasant. I was telling him that I am not getting the signal for 3G and he kept telling me to check the settings. I told him I am using idea 3g for many months and there is no problem with my settings. I told him that the call was to report the issue that I am not getting any signal. Strangely he rudely asked me to contact some senior representative and before I could ask him to transfer the phone to his senior he disconnected the call. I tried again to reach the customer care. This time there was another person on the call, he seemed helpful initially and he asked me to hold while he tried to contact some senior member from his team. Strangely this call was also disconnected. This was really bad experience which I had with Idea customer care. I had infact ported my connection to Idea as I had unpleasant experience with cust care my previous service provider. It seems that I now have to port to another provider!

            This is Raghavender and I am using idea mobile with no 991****83. As per last month bill my no billed around Rs.499.96 for data usage, which is free under under my plan AP_Seg_2G Idea Super Combo 249 upto 11/10/14.My plan chaeged to AP_Retail_3G Idea Super 249 w.e.f. 12/10/14. I charged of Rs 499.96 using around 122MB of DATA upto 11/10/14, this is very insane to charge me for data, which I am eligeble free under postpaid plan. This is second time IDEA CELLKULAR sent me wrong bill. They charged me DATA, in previous month bill, but after I raised complaint they rectified and corrected it. But same mistake has happen in this month bill also. THE IDEA NEVER CHANGE I complained on 25/10/14 through E-Mail, They sent Email Reference Id E1-[protected] and mentioned that it will be within 48hours.BUT TILL DATE NOT SOLVED. I complained through phone call they given id no:C1-[protected].BUT TILL DATE NOT SOLVED. And they stopped out going w.e.f. 24/10/2014. to unbare calls IDEA instructed me to pay the amount imdtly. IDEA SENT ME WRONG BILL, IDEA STOPPED CALL AND ALL OUTGOING SERVICES. The IDEA will chrge me w.e.f. 24/10/2014 in next bill. which i am not providing any service. I am thinking porting about out from IDEA. DONT PORT TO IDEA, PARTICULARLY POST PAID.

                  I purchased the sim [protected]. after that more sim purchased by me for use in modem & mobile phone. Last purchased number is working till now but the number closed by compeny without any information. When I talk to callcentre the person says to me that I purchased more Idea sim so that your number be closed. If I purchased more than limit, then lastly puchesed sim will not be activate by the compeny. Why they closed my number that used in, after a recharge with main balance & net pack. so I want to solve it and again activate my number [protected] with balance.

                    Namastay sir/madam, I gave my idea 3G cellphone to its own service centre for repairing of screen damage. I gave cellphone on 27/09/2014. And they gave time for 10 days to completely repair. But when i reached at time they told me that after 7 days. I say ok again i reached at centre they tell me for more time today 31/10/2014 Yet they didn't gave me my cell they tell me for more time.i am very frusteted I have also paid repairing charge.                       I got phone call from [protected], which i oversaw earlier though its landline number, they represent them self as SBI creditcard division and ask me to convert my reward points to 4999 rupees as cash back . Initially i though they from sbi, they asking me to confirm my date of birth which i did so, then asking my card number, i give them card number 16 digit... then they asking my validity of card i gave, when they ask my cvs i got confirm i m getting fooled... i resist not to give then they immediately transfer call to some other guy representing him as manager from sbi . and asking they are sending pin code from bank, instead i m getting one time password message they are doing the transaction right prarallely, i just said i will not give...it was close shave :) i went and check this number is from utter pradesh [protected] mobile number. so complaining to check the owner of this number for doing forgery in the name of SBI credit card division

                          Hi, I have done 3G Data recharge of 126 Rs (1GB) on 29th Oct 2014 and my recharge was done successfully and I have got successful recharge message. But when I am using Internet data charges are deducted from my talk time balance and 3G data balance remain same. When I called Customer Care and they don't know about ISF, Next day I went to idea store to ask regarding and they told ISF means Idea Smart Phone. I don't have a Idea Smart Phone. They are not written ISF meaning nor given terms and condition for it on their web site. I have requested to revert my balance but they denied my request told me it is not possible. Please help.                               Hi sir, This Sairam, My mobile number is [protected]. I am not getting any proper response from the idea customer care and they are literally disconnecting the call when I am irate on them. They are not giving any proper response and it's not the 1st time, I am facing this problem from last month. Coming to my issue, toady from morning onwards I didn't receive any balance deduction alert after the call get disconnected and sms sent, So I sent the so many sms from my mobile thinking that still I have sms balance. At last I came to know that all my balance was deducted. I tried to check my balance through USSD process, but it is also not working from morning onwards, For launching the complaint I make a call to the customer care and they kept the call on hold more than 5min for transferring the cl to higher authorities, but I didn't receive any response. I just warned the agent before transferring the call to the higher authorites that "IF the call is not transferred to the higher authority I will send an email to the TRAI" but the call was not transferred, The customer care for the IDEA cellular was worst in Andhra Pradesh when compare to the other Network operators, Please look into my issue and I want the money which was deducted from my main balance to be credited as soon as possible. There is no mistake from my side, USSD and alerts are not working from morning, If there is any grammar mistakes please ignore them and resolve my issue as soon as possible

                                My idea no is [protected]. I've recharged 3G data plan and it finished in one day and also finished my Rs.160 balance approx. I called customer care but they are not sure why it happened or not even to bother about the origin of this issue. Now I'm frustrated and going to change network. Whenever I again recharge it again finished all the recharge done within a minute not even I can call the customer service.

                                My mobile no is [protected] (prepaid), On 27/11 I have received a message that your request forSMS package activated and Rs 47/- deducted from my balance where as I have not send any request for such activation and i contacted cust. care on same time regarding such wrong deduction and false activation but they unable to solve my complaint. Therefore I request to resolve my complaint early.

                                  Dear Sir, 1. I had applied for porting / migration from post-paid to pre-paid for my number [protected] as I want to retain the number. Since, Friday, 24 October 14, my mobile services on the previous SIM (post paid) have been stopped. But the the new SIM (for pre-paid) has not been activated so far. 2. I was told that the services on prepaid SIM will stop at night and by morning the next day services on prepaid SIM will resume.But even after full five days the services have not been activated on the new prepaid SIM. All efforts to Idea personnel at Jabalpur, every day since Saturday morning have not yielded any results. 3. If the services are not activated on my number by tomorrow, I will be constrained to go to other service providers, if at all I have to change my number. 4. Umpteen number of requests to Idea Jabalpur, have not resolved the issue. 5. I have already submitted all the documents required for the purpose. 6. Will be great to see, if somebody at Idea Cellular, cares for the customers at all. 7. I can be reached on a Delhi number [protected]. Thanx

                                      I activate the 3g plan at 8/10/2014 and bill generate on 14/10/2014 in this bill I have full Internet rental with 125+ 12% tax I call to customer care on 8/10/2014 he says bill generate on daily basis but in this bill have full rental 107 rupees extra and I consume data only approx 200 mb. plz solve my problem my no is [protected] sunil verma
