I'd like to bring to your notice that I'm really disappointed with the services provided by IDEA to me.. I assumed that its the best network and now i genuinely regret being an IDEA customer..
I'm Puja Chopra from Visakhapatnam, A.P. The sim is on my name. And the number is [protected].
I've been a postpaid customer of IDEA.. Since I have moved to Raipur from Visakhapatnam and I still wanted to use the same network, I placed a request for migration from Postpaid to Prepaid on the 6th of October 2014 and was given a new sim assuring that it would be done within 3days.. I had also cleared my unbilled amount. It did not happen.. I called the customer service twice and I was given no proper response.. On the 10th Oct i received a call and was assured that this would be done within the next 3days. Also, have I received a text msg getting a confirmation about the migration:- "Dear Customer, your request for Postpaid to Prepaid migration is registered and would be actioned within 26 hrs. through Communication Id C1-[protected]."
From the 10th evening till date, i.e, 25th October 2014 my sim is in deactivated state!! I have called the customer service a several times getting a response that it would be. activated shortly or that the documents have not been received (where as the documents were submitted on the 6oct itself) .. After my repeated calls, a week back, I was adviced to visit the branch.. Now here, I get to hear a totally different story stating that the sim card which they gave me on the 6th oct is not being accepted by the system.. They give a new sim card assuring me that if I send my id proof, it would be activated within one hour.. Two days later after seeing no change in the status of the sim, i visit the branch again and they say that the system doesnt accept even this sim card.. Im right now in Chattisgarh with a deactivated sim card facing so many issues.. I trusted the network and decided to carry this even on Roaming.. And now I'm stuck up with a deactivated sim card since almost 15days now.. Ridiculous service!! This is the worst service provided by any customer care!! Im really disappointed and irritated right now!! I regret being an Idea customer and that's why I'm writing this mail to u assuming that atleast now the query would be sorted!! Im so frustrated that I just want to port to a better network, i need my sim to be activated ASAP!! I'm done with this irritating network! Kindly help me on getting this sim activated. My alternate contact number is [protected].. I'm stuck on roaming with a deactivated sim!! This is really the worst service ever provided by anyone.. You should realise how many problems the customer faces on not being able to use the sim for about 15days and that too on Roaming!! No man can survive in the present world with no means of communication!!! This shows how irresponsible the company is.. No sense of responsibility at all!! Such a waste of time!! Terrible!
Highly disappointed as the service centres are just not living up to their expectations!! Assuming that you will look after the issue and provide me a resolution ASAP without dragging the issue further as this is totally against the policy, TREATING CUSTOMERS FAIRLY .. This is just not how u treat a customer.. Trust me if this continues, you might end up losing a lot of loyal customers!
