Dear sir, As i have recd the huge bill i want to complain about it. I am the teacher in school and the usage shown in my bill are during the school hours, it is not allowed in the school to bring the mobile, the usage are shown 1. 5 GB . My mobile no. is [protected], if you will go through the previous amountb, you will notice that never i ve crossed 350/- also . please take the action and revert the amount of bill, as i will choose the portability, i will switch the no. I am not going to clear the bill, as it is not my use, all the usage is during 7.00 am to 3.00 pm, and that time i am in school . Take fast action . Smita Deshpande [protected]

four months back I took new post paid connection
And Plan is (No shock bill) 549 [protected]
Includes
450 minute call
100 sms
2gb 3G data
Bill cycle date is 6

In 3rd month I used my all(freebies) 3G data within t 10 days and I wanted more Internet
So I send request to activate 2g 180 pack by sms on date 16 8:27 am
Suddenly message came from idea ( photo of mails from idea I attached )
That your request of removal 3G 549 plan is processed new tariff will apply after 1 hour
Within a minute I called to costumer guy and told them To cancel my activated booster pack I don't want to change my plan
And I request him to cancel my latest request
and
restore my previous plan. He accepted my request
And restore my previous plan.(photo of mail attached )
But next day my unbilled amount increased by 1400 rupees and due to credit limit they stopped my outgoing facility I tried to tell them problem
I wrote mails to them for unfair charges
But they asked to pay bill
I told them give my fair bill I will pay
And after month they stopped my both service (incoming & outgoing)
I have no option I took another sim and started my service
Now they quit my service right from next day of problem occurred and yet they not closed my account and charging me monthly bill

      My Idea no. is [protected] and I am very dissatisfied with the GPRS Billing amount that has been levied from last three months.Though I have no problem with the August Billing but I really want to know how the Idea Cellular has charged me Rs 878.64 .<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> I have spoken to 3-4 customer care executives from last 2 days but no one has the answer to my question. The problem has started when I have started using 3G internet as my internet Plan. Firstly, customer don't get regular msgs for the data that has been consumed and how much has been left for the Usage according to the Internert Plan.Its only after we receive the Bills then one comes to know that the msg we receive and the MB which has been consumed (after calling Customer care) is totally different. Secondly, Customer care admits that they have not sent timely msgs as per their records so the customer has to bear the over utilized MB. (I fail to understand why these Co.s stop mgs for available MB when one EXCEEDS its Limits, I guess just money making Business) Thirdly, I have contacted Ajay Thakur (Customer care executive) for which he said that I would get reversal for July Billing ; which NEVER turned Up and eventually I had to pay the Bill. 3 Days back I spoken to executives : Rinku Ram, Amandeep Singh who have different calculations to justify my GPRS billing Then today I got a call from a lady[protected] who actually tried to justify but said would call back but I am still waiting. Lastly, when I was using 3G, which according to executive charge 5p/MB on the Extras MB used my billing came to Rs 802.44 in the month of July for 9, 79, 855.32 GPRS Vol. Usage on 376 Extra MB consumed by me. Then how come when i have I have been charged Rs 878.64 for 5, 93, 830.21 GPRS Vol. Usage on 104MB Extra MB (4P/MB) She kept on telling me its on Prorata basis might I have been charged Service Tax or 3G charges has been levied. But when my Billing Plan for 3G has run from 1st Sep-8th Sep and 2G has been converted from 9th Sep itself. CAN ANYONE KEEP A TRANSPARENT SYSTEM HOW YOU GUYS ACTUAL PUT ON CHARGES.IT IS REALLY SHAMEFUL THAT I DID'NT GET ANY CLARITY FOR THE 2 BILLS I HAVE ALREADY PAID.

        On oct 09-2014 at about 3pm, i got a message from idea in which i came about to know that idea had deduced Rs 21 from my main account. i called customer care who explained that balance was deduced because of my VAS request via Internet to vuclip video site which i never made. Actually this service was activated by idea itself. i request u to refund my balance.

          I have a Company own 30 CUG connection ..My CUG Executive is very careless and Pathetic ..he is one of the wrost person idea have ...i always pay bill Regularly to him but he never put that CHQ for clearance in time and always my all connection got Suspended.. Every time i suffer..I want to Cancel my all connection and Move to another company... Shame on you, Idea is loosing business because of this kind of person My Mobile no : [protected]..             I have an idea Cellular Prepaid mobile connection bearing Number [protected] from June 2013.The same connection is not working since 30.09.2014.I have lodged a complaint with their customer care Ref.No.1102319 dated.01.10.2014 and 1102256 dated.01.10.2014. Till now they have neither restored the service nor replied .I have tried to contact them over telephone to which also they are not responding.               i m new idea customer, my new no. is [protected] i got call from idea for verification and my no. Activated, i rechaged 110 for voice call & 95 Rs. for data through my sbi netbanking, 205 rs. deducted from my sbi acount and not revert till date, i talked by idea customer care they assured to pay in my account but till time i not recieved amount in my sbi bank nor recharged amout get in my mobile, i like idea company, pls. help soon, my other no. is [protected] i have sbi netbanking payment done snap shot.

                Sir, My Name is Jayantilal L Makwana, mobile No [protected] of IDEA Cellular. I am regular user of IDEA 3G internet from last few years. I have recharged my IDEA sim (mobile No [protected]) by Rs.945 on 3rd Sept 2014 and get best Idea 3G speed So i used my 6 GB 3g data upto 16th Sept and i further recharge my Sim with Rs.945 on 16th Sept 2014 than also I got very good 3G spped so I again used my all 6 GB 3G data upto 26th Sept and than after I got slow speed below 2G speed So I again recharge my Sim for Rs.1495 for 12 GB 3G data, But from that date (29th Sept 2014) I didn't get 3G Speed till today. I complained first on 1st OCT 2014 but they asked me to change setting as per they advised. I done what they said but I didn't get speed 3G speed. After that I again complained on 4th Oct 2014 with Complain SR No.1-[protected] and got message that your issue would be actioned 10th Oct 2014, But they dont understand that upto today I could used only 500 MB data and my 12 GB data's expiry date is 28th OCT 2014. So i again called appellate authority of Gujarat on Number [protected], as my issue is not solved till today, but they also said that refund of amount may be not possible and the date of expiry of my plan in 28th Oct 2014 and till today i could not get solution of 3G speed in same area where i was getting 3G speed from last 1 year. So i could not use my 3G data properly and the date of extend is also not possible as per talk on 4th OCT 2014 with customer care executive. So please help me to get refund of amount OR to get extended date after getting solution of my issue of 3G speed as till today I did not get 3G speed and can use only 2G or below speed.                     i have activated blackberry internet service rs;399 after contacting blackberry customer service executive bb customer service given information that my mobile is eligible for bis 399 recharge after recharging my account with bis399 no service is activated on my mobile i did contact bb customer care, now they are saying that my mobile version doesnt support bis service, iam using bb q10 mobile.i asked to refund my money or activate any other service, they are not responding, everytime they are putting me on hold for half hour ..PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS CASE

                      I got one msg from idea(12111-Toll free Number) to know the offer to my number.I wished to made 3G Internet pack.actualy in that offer they given Rs.348 =3GB 3G data for 28 days.I made recharge on 1st October 2014 but got only 1.5 GB 3G data into my account.I given call to Idea customer care they are saying your number doesn't have that type of offers.but still I was getting same offer when I was calling to that toll free number.I given call to idea care on 5th October one of the customer care executive(Mangalapalli) spoke with me seriously &amp; shouting when I was explaining my problem.The way their response was too bad.till now they are resolve my problem. this is my mobile number:[protected]

                          I received the message as- Your Juice Up has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 21.0 /- for 1Week. Renewal charge is Rs [protected]@15Days as applicable. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223 Your balance is Rs.1.17/- While i did not even know anything about it and msg for deactivating is not going tthrough. Pls help.

                              I have applied for idea wifi broadband after consulting the salesman name "Ganesh" on 27/09/2014. The salesman ca, me to our society verified the accessibility and told that if the application is completed today by fourth working day the connection will be done. I have selected 799 plan whose upfront fees including installation is 1460. Its almost the second week but still there are no response from the idea center. The salesman always make false promise. He even gave another number who is supposed to install the device. My application id 22850. I am fed up with the follow up and want to get my refund. Even the call center is helpless as there is no customer id generated. I am thinking to making a police complain against this fraud guy. Please accept my complain and suggest how to proceed further.                               After many follow up, I personally visited Idea main center at Pune. I spoke to their internal team and they told that the problem will be resolved within 3 hours. I really appreciate their efforts and they kept their promise. The salesman himself came to my house and hand over the documents alongwith the amount. Thanks.

                                Dear, Sir, I'm using idea SIM card and on 27 august I have recharge of Rs. 199 for Internet pack. And I got 1.25 GB (2G) Internet data in order to use. ( Internet Data validity 28 Days) Now the thing is when I used today I see that there is no INTERNET DATA in my balance. (IT IS SHOWING 0.0MB). How can it happen that data get ended within 3 days. So I tried to call your customer care to inquire details of the information by using following contact number: [protected] [protected] Though, I'm getting the option which was provided by above numbers, however it did not redirect me to your customer care executive. your IVR was roaming me to nonsense option, instead of CUSTOMER CARE I don't want to use such profanity words, however I forced to write this for your lousy service. After I tried with this Contact No – 91 [protected], however all in vain, again ringing no response. Further, In such, I have been charged for more than 60 Rupees for useless options. Is this your business to deduct the money from main balance. pathetic. SHAMEFUL.. Ridicules that, even you have brand name, however your customer is Craving for single C.C number. I hope you will first look into my SIM card information efficiently. Then you will take further appropriate action to resolve my issue In connection with this i think i'm using decease and oscillate for treatment which attract penalty for mental agony. I looking forward to prompt reply. NOTE- AND I CONTACT THROUGH BY AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT NOT RESPONSE MY MAIL THAN I'M VERY IRRITATE, SO PLEASE SIR, I PERSONALY REQUEST TO YOU.                                   Hi, I, Mrs KAMINI GUPTA r/o B-2/2206, Vasant Kunj, New delhi-110070, applied for portability of my reliance mobile # [protected] to Idea( through Mr SHUBHAM RAJ, mob # [protected] representative of Idea Tathaastu BPO: [protected]/[protected], Email:[protected]@gmail.com) on 3rd Sep 2014 with plan 199, completed all documentation, gave id proof and paid Rs.300 in cash vide their receipt ser. # 2612 dated 3rd Sep, 2014.He assured and gave me in writing that portability will be done in 3 to 4 days, but this is not completed till date ie 7th Oct 2014.For some days he was available on his mobile to answer the delay, but later his mobile is either switched off/out of reach or he will not take the call. I was able to contact Mr Sorabh on mob # [protected] and he said portability is delayed due to some fault in Reliance software, we will pursue it now and it will be done by 2nd or 3rd Oct.This is not done till now and Mr. Sorabh is also not available on his contact number as it is switched off/out of reach now.Idea should complete the portability by 11th Oct 2014 or my money along with compensation for mental agony be paid back to me.                                     Hi, I am dharamveer sisodiya a consumer of Idea postpaid. My number is [protected]. My bill cycle is 23th of every month. i have already lodged complaint 6 times for not having coverage area but problem is still not resolved. Without having sorted out issues i have received last months bill of Rs. 1539/- which is i have to deposit till 08.10.14 Yesterday i have communicated to person from customer care Akhilesh singh rawat claiming that he is the manager of the group and i am totally disappoint communicating with this fellow, instead of resolving problem he is blaim on me. I have already given all the information but still problem remains same. I have been given misleading and false assurances in every communication from different person of customer care. I feel that Idea should be made known of this imense mental harrasment that I had to go through. please note without sorting out the issues i am unable to pay the bill 1539/- or else you provide number of your legal depar tment with billing issues.

                                        My mob. No. Is [protected] Today 35 rs. Is deducted from my account for video talkies service. I was just searching something on google. what i clicked cant explain. Also i deactivated the service . Also spoke to 198 representative. He told me that there is no refund. Idea cellular has to refund my 35 rs. and be candid to customer.
