My mob. No. Is [protected] Today 35 rs. Is deducted from my account for video talkies service. I was just searching something on google. what i clicked cant explain. Also i deactivated the service . Also spoke to 198 representative. He told me that there is no refund. Idea cellular has to refund my 35 rs. and be candid to customer.

    My Idea Netsetter SIM number – [protected] and I recharged for 3G Internet plan for INR 445 through ICICI net banking (Bank transaction ID 010400) on 27.09.14, 07.31pm. Till now Recharge amount is not appearing in my IDEA account and I am totally disconnected from services. I made many calls to helpline number [protected] but no result. I sent two mails to "[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com" on 29.10.14 & 30.10.14 till now No Resolution. All help line calls are directing me to get resolution from MY IDEA SHOWROOM but MY IDEA SHOWROOM "OM SAI TELECOMMUNICATION -MY IDEA" placed in SILVASSA refusing to help me stating that As this recharge transaction is done through net banking MY IDEA is not responsible for attending this complaint. I LOST INR 445 and frustrated with service disconnection by IDEA. Its vicious circle that helpline [protected] telecallers directing to "MY IDEA" show room and "MY IDEA Show Room - OM SAI TELECOMMUNICATIONS -SILVASSA" directing to get resolution from helpline. Finally I decided not to use IDEA services anymore..."THIS FIRSTRATION AND DISAPPOINMENT IS THE ACHIVEMENT CONTRIBUTED BY MY IDEA franchise ...AS CORPORATE ADITYA BIRLA GROUP SHOULD TAKE CARE ON SELECTING MY IDEA franchise...and monitor THEIR OPRATIONS towards customercare...       Complaint written to appellate after a month of harrassment : My phone number is [protected]. As a final effort from my side... I am writing this email.. To which if no positive response is received within two days...I wud like to discontinue with idea. I have been complaining since the 5th of august against the unfairly charged GPRS amount to me. I was told initially that the problem wud b solved within 72 hours. Well today is the 10th of the next month and the date for resolving has been shifted to[protected]. What kind of harassment is this? My GPRS has been deactivated since 6/8/2014... Outgoing on my phone has been stopped since 20 days. I have made 'n' number of calls to customer care... Wherein each time a new date is given to me. I keep getting calls for recovery everyday at least 4times a day... And many such messages. The next months bill due date Wud also pass on the 11th. So the cycle wud continue... Late payment charges... Phones for recovery... Messages and to top it all... No SERVICE. I can't use my phone then why shud I pay anything at all? And yet I am the one calling customer care time n again? I repeat... If this email does nit generate a response for a solution within 2 days... I wud wish my Sim to b deactivated. There is no dearth of service providers that I shud continue with you... Where no service ...no solution has been provided for over a month. Not to forget the harassment that repeated calls and messages for recovery cause. To ensure that I am not hassled after deactivation... I wud send the same email to the telecom consumer greivance cell. Awaiting quick action. Kamal Bothra [protected]. I am being at my cooperative best and you are sounding as i[censored] r doing me a favour. Thank you sir. But now I wouldn't make any payment and refer the case to the consumer court first. To which ... The appellate after another month of no service... Cancelled the wrongly charged amount... But the late payment charges and base fare for tge month of no service continue to b charged. I am very harraased. Please help.

        BALANCE DEDUCTION BY IDEA (MOBILE NUMBER [protected]) Respected Sir, I want to inform you that I am new customer of IDEA of mobile number [protected], I get 82 rupees, 1 month free hello tunes and 50 MB internet when I buy the SIM. But when I use internet then 60 RUPEES deducted from my main balance on 21 September 2014. This deduction is wrong because I checked my internet balance after deduction then it is still some MB left. Then I call to customer care they told me that THIS CHARGE IS DEDUCTED BECAUSE you use INTERNET, then I explain the full case but still that he was not refund that. And saying that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND” which irritates me but still that I didn’t lose my temperament. AND ALSO, after few days they deducted 15 rupees for hello tunes from my main balance on 23 September 2014. This deduction is wrong because I did not activate any type of payable service. Then I call to customer care they told me that THIS CHARGE IS DEDUCTED BECAUSE you activate hellotunes, then I explain the full case but still that he was not refund that. And saying that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND” which irritates me. Now, I kindly requested you to please solve this complain, refund my balance and don’t do it again .           i am a customer of idea cellular, whenever i call customercare they transfer my call to seniors whom never attend my complaint and hold me line for a long time and every minute they are charging 50 paise so customer is fooled by way of money and time by some tricky conditions without solutions. my issues are not solved so i need compensation for this so i request decan chronicle

            I am the customer of Idea(my idea no.[protected] ), yesterday i have recharged my Idea for rs.95 for the recharge of 1 Gb 3g balance and the same offer coming again, when i was showing the remaining balance. then i have recharged another rs.95 for the recharge of 1 Gb 3G and totally my 3G balance will be raised around 2000 MB and again i showed the same offer today also then i have recharged rs.95 for the recharge of 1 Gb 3G but my 2000 mb of 3G balance was gone, only i got 1 Gb 3G balance then i asked about this to the irresponsible staff of Idea. They are saying previously there were given 4 time this offer given 5th time if you recharge that the other plane will be cancel this the way idea treats its customers. They are keeping their policies on their own without intimating the customers and we have to suffer finally. I have 2 question on their policy 1.               The worst 2G ever seen. While activating, they will never say anything reg. proration (if you are activating 2G pack in the mid of month, they will take half amount of pack for billing and they will give half data amount only. So if you think that you have 1 or 2 GB to use, you will be having only 500MB and they will charge like hell for balance 500MB) and after activating and using the worst network, they will charge you extra for 3G which will be very high than normal pack rate. Don't believe in Customer Care of IDEA. The worst Customer Care Executives so far I have seen/heard...have tried to console and comfort mr dipesh shrivastav...remember this name..I have never find any body rude but him and apprently he was the so called supervisor who listen ppl instead of being judgemental, but despite of many attempt I could not make him understand that 6 year old customer is not satisfied with his ans, and doesn't listen the plight of the customer...I have very much sent the request to not to activate one service and got duly ack in the form of msg from idea network, but while confronting with cust care person espply dipesh shrivastav that giving the request is not everything but to follow up and read the service no.                   Dear Sir, I'm using idea SIM card and on 27th August I had recharged of Rs. 199 for Internet pack. And I got 1.25 GB (2G) Internet data in order to use. Now the thing is when i use today I see that there is no Internet data in my balance. ( IT IS SHOWING 0.0 MB DATA). How can it happen that data get ended within 3 days. So I tried to call Idea Customer Care for inquire of the information on following contact number: [protected] and [protected] Though, I'm getting the option which was provided by above numbers, however it did not redirect me to customer care executive. Idea Customer care IVR was roaming me to nonsense option, instead of customer care I don't want to use such profanity words, however I forced to write this for your lousy service. After I tried with this Contact no. 91- [protected], however all in vain, again ringing no response. Further In such, I have been charged for more than 30 to 40 Rupee's for useless options. Is this your business to deduct the money from main balance. Pathetic. SHAMFULL, Ridicules that even you have brand name, However your customer is Craving for C.C number. I hope you will first look into my SIM card information efficiently. Than you will take further appropriate action to resolve my issue in connection with this I think I'm using decease and oscillate for treatment which attract penalty for mental agony.                       Respected Sir/Mam, I am using Idea as my service provider. Recently on 30 September i have done a recharge of Rs.28 for net pack. After the recharge i started using net facility and on morning of October 1st i find that both my balance as well as my data has deducted. Data will be deducted that's not my concern but why balance if i have net pack. I complained to their customer care and they said when you use more than one application using Internet both balance and data pack will be deducted. Please act on this complaint.                           Since I activated 3G service on my number. I am facing network problem as sometimes my phone network fall to no network and sometimes my net data automatically get off . I called customer care and they had not taken my problem seriously as they said that Idea have tied with Airtel for 3G network. I think that Idea network is not good which i was thinking was right I did call to customer care but there is no proper response from customer care side. Don't believe in Customer Care of IDEA. The worst Customer Care Executives so far I have seen/heard. Idea customer care don't know how to talk with customer. They talking very rudely. I think that Idea customer care don't know how to resolve customer problem. This is my number [protected], if you want some more information about your service then call me if you Dare. If my friends ask me which care we take then i really appreciate don't go with Idea care please go with other care but don't go with Idea care it's really I said ridiculous. Best Regards Amit Gupta

                              Hi, Im a consumer of Idea postpaid. My number is [protected]. My bill cycle is 20th of every month. For data usage, I have been charged 969.8 Rs on a prorated basis for the plan 2024_HH_3g_iplan for the dates between 20 July 2014 and 30 July 2014. I had raised a request on 23 July 2014 with Idea Store "VKC Communications" to change the above plan to No-Bill-Shock 399. (PFA) Due to lack of response from this Idea Outlet despite repeated calls and visits, i later sent an email to change the bill plan on 26 July 2013. (idea email reference id :E1-[protected]) I did not get a response from IDEA within the stipulated time of 48 hrs. Hence i reached out to the customer care again on 29 July 2014 (idea communication id : C1-[protected]) I sent SECOND email on 30 July 2014 (idea email reference id :E1-[protected]) I followed this up with a call to customer care (idea communication id: C1-[protected] ) My bill plan was finally changed on 2 Aug 2014. I have been made to unnecessarily wait for 9 working days between 23 July 2014 and 2 Aug 2014 to change the bill plan. This includes repeated attempts to follow up with both the Ideal Outlet "VKC Communications" and Customer Care. I have been given misleading and false assurances in every communication. This has cost a huge monetary loss also. I feel that Idea should be made known of this imense mental harrasment that I had to go through.

                                The worst 3G ever seen. While activating, they will never say anything reg. proration (if you are activating 3G pack in the mid of month, they will take half amount of pack for billing and they will give half data amount only. So if you think that you have 1GB to use, you will be having only 500MB and they will charge like hell for balance 500MB) and after activating and using the worst network, they will charge you extra for 3G which will be very high than normal pack rate. Don't believe in Customer Care of IDEA. The worst Customer Care Executives so far I have seen/heard.

And also have submitted All regarding Document but SIM is not activated till Now. Its very shameful for IDEA Service Against customer . Many time talked to Mr. Amit ( [protected] ) . Now he is saying that your SIM will not activated. So give me my all submitted document .

                                        Not sure if I may be a one-off customer when I say Idea 3G speed isn't good. In India, Idea 3G may be better in terms of speed as compared to other service providers, but having stayed outside India most of the time, I know the way 3G works, performs and serve its customers on the speed front. I've been using Idea 3G on my mobile since January 2014 and I get terrible speed (BSNL 3G would beat it). Kindly do something.
