This is regarding my Idea postpaid connection (Account No.[protected]. I have to make two complaints regarding the above said connection1. First rental on my post paid plan has been increased without taking prior concern of me whether i want to continue with my current postpaid plan with increased rental or not 2. The second is that the features of that postpaid plan has also been changed without bring it to my notice. By August 2014, I had Power 149 plan in which my STD Calls - Fixed/WLL comes under the free call limit. Now with increased rental of DL_Zoom_175, my STD Calls - Fixed/WLL does not come under free call limit. And this change has not been notified to me. Due to this my monthly bill is higher than my previous monthly bills. This is not regarding increased Rs 200 that is hurting me. It is the broken faith that is hurting me. I change to Idea because of its good reputation in the market and years of good faith. But due all this bad experience the image in my eyes is tarnished.I request you to kindly do the needful from your end. And if you are unable to to do some thing satisfactory i request you to kindly take my request to terminate all idea services provided to me.     Hi, I have this idea number from 13 years. I had been satisfied with the service provided but until i got issues with billing. Recently i changed my tariff as i had lots of outgoing calls. After this my billing is really messed. Sometimes i get more call charges(which i had not utilized as i was out of town) or my Mobile data network has high billing. I also paid an extra Rs.1000 for all the charges thinking Idea will be satified with the amount obtained. But its more jealous to obtain more amount ?? Recently i obtained my monthly bill for August 2014. After extra payment thought my bill would be nominal, but again an Service charge of Rs.240 was charged for Idea Talkies for a Year. I had not subscribed for this and not availed any services of this paid service. When enquired with customer care, i got to know this service is de-activated and also i have not availed any services. When i asked if i want to avail the facility of this service, the customer care person told me that i will be charged again Rs.240 for this service. Where does the previous amount go? I dont understand why this is happening. I dont want this service and somehow this gets activated on my account without my knowledge and also deactivated. I dont utilize the service of the package but still go ahead and pay R.240? Can you tell me the reason for this? This matter is really pissing me off. I am not ready to pay Rs.240 for this.       Idea cellular is not allowing me to switch towards voadafone as idea is making subsisting contractual obligation after being 115 days from activation of my number and also their customer care is not be ready to make a complaint or request to inform me how much time are left for this subsisting contract applied on me by them Regards Himanshu [protected]

        I am Thanniru Naresh and holding 2 idea post paid numbers ([protected] & [protected]). Paid the August billed amount on 16-Sep through Idea website. But payment details are updated to one of my number ([protected]) in idea systems. Due to this I am not able to make calls from [protected]. Payment Transaction Number: MICI[protected] I have called customer care and they have logged a complaint against this issue. But, they are saying they need maximum of 5 days to resolve this. Could you please help me on this. I have couple of questions to you: 1) Why there were no messages/email to me when I didn’t make the amount ? 2) Why you need 5 working days to enable the outgoing calls even after payment? 3) Can you train your support guys to provide better support to customers? 4) Is someone look at the emails send to '[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com' ? 5) Is someone listen the responses given to the customers by your support guys? I had horrible experiences with them. a. Application is down call after 1 hour b. Will forward the call to supervisor and no one picks there even after 10 mins

          sunrise associates for idea tower installtion. they have ph no. [protected], [protected]. this s a fraud company. they have charged me rs. 57500 for installation charges like file charges rs. 1350, N.O.C. rs. 24900, advance tax paymnt for rs. 30900. despite of all these payments they demanded rs. 36900 fir certificates from different departments like TAX and TRI. I REJECT the contract and according to the rules if any of the party refuses the contract, the whole payment would be refunded after 45 days. now 70 days hav passed. neither they are taking calk nor refunding my payment. despite they are demanding 15000 rs. for file cancellation charges. which was not mentioned in the contract. please help me to get my money back.

            Sir, my name is kumar sadnani & i am from lucknow.sir on sept 19th, 2014, I recharged 98 ₹ net pack. When recharged on 19th sept, I got the sms from idea company which mentioned the expiry Of 18 days but expiry date was mentioned 3rd October 2014. it was a contradictory msg that shows 14 & 18 days expiry.your website shows on ₹ 98 expiry is 18 days but i got 14 days.It happened with me twice in a month.I launched a complain at your Idea office on 22nd sept & I revisited on 24 sept but Sorry to say that they are not serious to sortout my complain.Please take a suitable action against lucknow office.I hope that your main official will sortout my problem.

                we are staying in sector 36, kharghar, new mumbai. our total jail police officers and staff is near about 300 and plus their families. 60 to 70 percent of these peoples ARE WITH IDEA CELLULAR. But we are unhappy about your NETWORK PROBLEM. Since last two days here is no network and cant communicate with anyone or with our family members in out district or cities. Regularly there is also have network problem in day and night. we have network in our house only in hall but not in bed room, kitchen, gallary also. so do something as early as possible. shamkant shedge.

                    Dear Sir/Mam, My name is Amit Kumar and am from Delhi. I am using Idea postpaid from last 1+ year. I deposited by bill payment to nearest idea store which was very far from my home and one day when I saw new idea store in Geeta Colony (East Delhi branch) by the name of VARUN TELECOM, I was happy to see it and i thought i would not go to very far for bill payments but the service of this idea store is very very very bad and poor. I am pissed off. This is my 3rd time when i make my bill payment from that. I gave cash to the store boy and he only give a hand written paper and says that you will received a confirmation message after 3 hours but not happened anything. They all store boys did not working properly. When I call them, they did not picked up my calls. I have already gave cash to them and they are not forwarding my payment to Idea and due to non payment I got disconnected my service and I dont want this. I always used to go their and remind them to make my payment but sometime they said that system is not working properly and server is busy it will take some time but I want to know that how much time system take to restart this is my 2nd day. Please Sir/Mam, make a necessary action agains them. They are spoiling Idea's goodwill and market value. Thanks

                      dear idea cellular, my no. [protected] have been using idea post paid services for more than 6 Month, what i found in this bill is a SMS -MT charges of 54 Rs. for no reason, i find this happening with other customers, this is a kind of cheap trick played by your renowed service, please correct the same and issue the fare bill..if no action is taken by you the trust on you will be dissolved and i prefer switching to other network in no time...

                        For the past 3 days VAS services like star plus tv store, skillderby gaming service, store 5, movie portal were activated automatically on my idea sim ([protected])...and other services like appy store, game mania, video vogue pack were not processed successfully only because i didn't have sufficient balance..now im reluctant to recharge my phone for fear of these autoactivation and deduction of my balance...so can you please tell me a way to prevent these autoactivation and reimburse my deducted balance..thank you

                          Since I activated 3g service on my number. I am facing network problem as sometimes my phone network fall to no network and sometimes my net data cutting automatically. I called customer care and they had not taken my problem seriously because they said that Idea have tied with Vodafone for 3g network. I have activated 3g from 2g to download data and to surf easily but now i thing that Idea network is not good which i was thinking was the best. Well u can check it on my number [protected]... I am currently in Delhi and this number is o[censored]P west and kindly dont say me to select VODAFONE IN on my mobile network as i did it every time i turn on the data.

                              Idea Postpaid, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Mitesh shah on 24-09-14 third class customer service and mentally harasment I need postpaid card on urgent basis just for a week. i take it from idea company agent and he told me that card will be starts with in 2 days. and i choose 149rs. plan per month . and company starts my card after 10 days with plan of 399/month. i told this everything in his customer care executives and they simply said, Sir we are very sorry for this all. is it proper ?? so i didnt pay anything till i got my first month bill . coz y should i pay ? and after 1.5 month i lost my mobile in bus and after 3-4 days they call back me to inform about pending bill and i told that executive again this all matter and also told him to stop my card . Now after 3 month they send me bill of 900rs. and when i asked him about this they saying me that your card is still working. why such reputed company doing this ? y they providing such third class frustreted services to us ? this is the reason why customers are going for portability . is it company's new way to get money from customers by doing fraud ? company's card, company's agent, company's customercare executives. and we are normal customers who are taking their service. although they saying that we don't know and we are sorry . how to handle this all.. ?? pls advice company doesn't providing positive feedback regarding this.

                                I recharged my SIM [protected] with Rs 102 on 15 sep2014. This gave me 300MB balance. I used only 30 MB uptil 25 Sep2014. But my internet balance came down to zero on 25 sep around 7pm. When i did *125#, it showed NIL Balance. I had to recharge urgently today 26 sep morning with 102 again.

                                  I have been with Idea for a while now. Phone Number: [protected], Name: Srikaran. I am on the Idea 3G Champion 499 plan, revised to 525 from last month. Part of the plan is 1 GB of free 3G Internet. My billing cycle is from the 19th to the 18th. On 2nd Sep, I realized that I have exhausted my 1 GB free usage and for the remaining month, I wanted extra data. So, I placed an online request to activate the 3G Pack for 600 MB for 200 rupees assuming that I can use that until the 18th and should suffice. I got the bill this morning and was shocked to see the amount. I called up customer service to find why I was charged extra and was even more shocked with what I found out. Apprently since I placed a request for extra 600 MB, my free internet usage of 1 GB (part of my plan) was removed and I only had 600 MB for the last month and that too the 600 MB was prorated from the 2nd to the 18th and I am now charged for all the extra usage. I was also told that since new pack is activated, I lose the 1 GB free usage and still have to pay the 525 plan amount and wil be charged 200 extra for the 600 MB pack that was activated. I asked the customer service executive to remove that pack right away and put me back on the 1 GB free as part of my plan and he said he could not take the request and can't help. This is complete cheating on part of Idea and I honestly never expected this from a company that boasts of a great pedigree. Please resolve my bill issue right away. I should only be charged my plan amount + the roaming charges + the 200 extra for the 600 MB pack. Also remove the extra pack added as I only needed it for the last month due to usage and put me back on my original plan that has the 1GB free usage. I also wanted Call conference activated and the customer service cannot handle it and I have to now run to the Idea showroom to handle it, which is completely nonsense if you think about it, I placed two requests for this already online and they have just been closed blindly without doing anything about it. Too many complaints already and hope all of them get resolved right away. I complained here on September 20th and was assured that it is being followed up. Till date no action has been taken. To make things even worse, I keep getting a popup on the screen that my current Data usage is X MB and the charge is Y Rs for the usage. This happens throughout the day, which goes to show that my free 1 GB Internet is completely ignored still. I called up the customer service like 5 times to complain about it and everytime I get the same response that I should ignore the messages and also that the previous bill amount is correct. The last 3 times I reached out to customer service, my call was disconnected in between the call instead of trying to help me out. I am running out of options here and have to take a legal route now unless this gets resolved ASAP. Here is the history from the previous complaint I made here. I am now not sure if this us Customer Service / Support that is being provided or just a way to keep fooling the customers.                                     BALANCE DEDUCTION BY IDEA (MOBILE NUMBER [protected]) Respected Sir, I want to inform you that I am new customer of IDEA of mobile number [protected], I get 82 rupees, 1 month free hello tunes and 50 MB internet when I buy the SIM. But when I use internet then 60 RUPEES deducted from my main balance on 21 September 2014. This deduction is wrong because I checked my internet balance after deduction then it is still some MB left. Then I call to customer care they told me that THIS CHARGE IS DEDUCTED BECAUSE you use INTERNET, then I explain the full case but still that he was not refund that. And saying that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND” which irritates me but still that I didn’t lose my temperament. AND ALSO, after few days they deducted 15 rupees for hello tunes from my main balance on 23 September 2014. This deduction is wrong because I did not activate any type of payable service. Then I call to customer care they told me that THIS CHARGE IS DEDUCTED BECAUSE you activate hellotunes, then I explain the full case but still that he was not refund that. And saying that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND” which irritates me. Now, I kindly requested you to please solve this complain, refund my balance and don’t do it again .                                         Dear sir/madam I am Anshuman Goyal My number is [protected] On 15th September 2014, i visited Idea showroom (Aurora Electronics, Dharampura Bazaar, Patiala... contact no:[protected])requested to convert this postpaid number([protected]) to prepaid.They asked me to pay Rs 215 as fee, which i did and they gave me a new prepaid sim card) Next day, 16th september...in the morning, my postpaid number was disconnected.Since then, i have been regularly visiting the idea showroom and also calling them... Each and every time..they say just one thing "YOUR SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED TOMMORROW" and their tommorrow hasnt come yet. If i try calling them, then they dont pick the call and send a sms saying they are busy as if my concern is not important at all. I tried calling customer care on 12345 many times using my another postpaid idea number([protected]), each time they transfer my call to prepaid department and then they say that your documents are not with us. Then, 2-3 days back...i tried calling on 198(Idea complaint number) two to three times, each time they said that i will get call from executive within 24 hours...but it has been 3 days...i never got a single call. Nobody is taking any responsibility neither the customer care nor the Idea showroom. It has been more that 9 days...that my number has been dead I lodged a complaint on idea website as well...Email Reference ID E1-[protected]...but i havent got any remedial solution so far.My number is still dead. If there is problem in activating my prepaid sim...then i would request to activate my postpaid sim again so that atleast i can get access to my number. I want to ask Idea Punjab that what kind of system is this ? they closed my postpaid connection immediately and hasnt activated my prepaid number for the past 10 days...I have been using this number for the past 7-8 years and this is what the rewards i got back as showing loyality to this company This horrible system is not there even if we port to some other company, they first activate the prepaid number and then disconnect the postpaid number. But, here the same company is harassing me by disconnecting the number for the past 10 days I have been facing tons of problems because i am a working person.                                         I have already done first recharge through local dealer but still problem persists, there is some problem with recharge settings which doesnt allow my number to be charged online

                                        On paytm.com website : Idea has declined order as you seem to have selected incorrect operator or incorrect billing type (prepaid / postpaid) Your money has been refunded to your Paytm cash.

                                        On freecharge.com website : Sorry, your Mobile recharge for Rs.330 failed
                                        This is because of a technical error at Idea's end.


                                        Earlier recharge done through idea website of Rs 20 also got failed.

                                        Every time I recharge my number ([protected]) online the recharge gets failed. I m trying to recharge my mobile since 1 month then to the recharge gets failed. I can recharge my mobile from shops nearby but if I m trying to recharge online but I get problem and it says that "Idea has declined order as you seem to have selected incorrect operator or incorrect billing type (prepaid / post paid) Your money has been refunded to your Account. I don't understand what's the problem..??? So can u plaza help me??????
