[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — high bill

Dear sir, As i have recd the huge bill i want to complain about it. I am the teacher in school and the usage shown in my bill are during the school hours, it is not allowed in the school to bring the mobile, the usage are shown 1. 5 GB . My mobile no. is [protected], if you will go through the previous amountb, you will notice that never i ve crossed 350/- also . please take the action and revert the amount of bill, as i will choose the portability, i will switch the no. I am not going to clear the bill, as it is not my use, all the usage is during 7.00 am to 3.00 pm, and that time i am in school . Take fast action . Smita Deshpande [protected]

four months back I took new post paid connection
And Plan is (No shock bill) 549 [protected]
Includes
450 minute call
100 sms
2gb 3G data
Bill cycle date is 6

In 3rd month I used my all(freebies) 3G data within t 10 days and I wanted more Internet
So I send request to activate 2g 180 pack by sms on date 16 8:27 am
Suddenly message came from idea ( photo of mails from idea I attached )
That your request of removal 3G 549 plan is processed new tariff will apply after 1 hour
Within a minute I called to costumer guy and told them To cancel my activated booster pack I don't want to change my plan
And I request him to cancel my latest request
and
restore my previous plan. He accepted my request
And restore my previous plan.(photo of mail attached )
But next day my unbilled amount increased by 1400 rupees and due to credit limit they stopped my outgoing facility I tried to tell them problem
I wrote mails to them for unfair charges
But they asked to pay bill
I told them give my fair bill I will pay
And after month they stopped my both service (incoming & outgoing)
I have no option I took another sim and started my service
Now they quit my service right from next day of problem occurred and yet they not closed my account and charging me monthly bill
