My name is Arun my idea post paid number is [protected] - I would like to change my mobile number post paid to pre paid . So i will contact your all idea shoroom in Coimbatore . But not any one response - all showroom people has saying that pl change your network to airtel or vodafone . So i will given portel request to vodafone . First I will ask your Idea showroom what is my unbilled amount for my number [protected] - He saying that Rs. 367/- i will pay Rs. 400/- than again one time to given request to vodafone - but again today one time has rejected - i will contact your customer care - He is ask for my [protected] bill payment also - i would like to change my [protected] number only change in other network but your customer care officer like i will change my to number to other network - So I will dicided to change my two number to other network - your coustomer care ex will say that outstanding amount is rs. 400 Apx - will pay tom Rs . 600/- will change immediate to other network .

    i recharged 15rs 2g pack after 95rs 3g pack .after 3days i saw my main balance is zero i talked to customer care they told that 3g pack expired as i recharged 2g after 3g. this is the worst service provider i ever faced.that means they got 95 rs and i lost 95 rs.if this type of fraud happened then this will hamper the sentiments of the general customers who earn money by hard work and gone through huge work pressure. so i request govt should take some legal action against such type of fraud so that customer cant face such type of problems in future.

      BALANCE DEDUCTION BY IDEA (MOBILE NUMBER [protected])
      Respected Sir,
      I want to inform you that I am new customer of IDEA of mobile number [protected], I get 82 rupees and 1 month free hello tunes when I buy the SIM. But after some days they deducted 15 rupees from my main balance on 23 September 2014. This deduction is wrong because I did not activate any type of payable service. Then I call to customer care they told me that THIS CHARGE IS DEDUCTED BECAUSE you activate hellotunes, then I explain the full case but still that he was not refund that. And saying that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND” which irritates me.
      Now, I kindly requested you to please solve this complain, take action against him and told him to refund my balance.
      I am highly THANKFUL to you.

        Dear sir my mobile no [protected] and I recharged with rs 25 net balance on 22/09/14 at 10 pm and used up to 11.50 pm when I turned off I received message that 50 MB data is used . Actually iam not downloaded any thing just kept my phone mobile data on. In this regard i called c care office first time I interacted with harika and not able to give any information and she transferred call to superior and I have been waited around 20 minuts in phone but I am unable to talk. And second time called this I recieved very bad response from executive there is nobody to give correct information this is very bad customer from idea

          My mobile no. is [protected]. Recently i converted from Airtel postpaid to Idea post paid. I am getting a problem with internet. while GPRS setting activating it was showing error(not activating) and i called to cust care 15 to 20 times from last three days(20th sept to 23rd sep, 2014) and i went to idea showroom. The tech person manually confugarated my GPRS settings but he was also not able to solve the issue and they kept a mail from their end. when i am calling to cust care(12345) they were telling pls give compliant to 198, then calling 198 they said pls call to 12345. Finally to whom i have to concern?

            I duplicated my idea sim (+91-[protected]) on 12th september 2014 from the idea service center at Kaloor (Kochi-682017) and few days later I received an sms from idea stating that I have not submitted my documents and this may lead to the barring of my sim. So I contacted the same idea service center from where I duplicated my sim and they said that all the documents have been submitted and also to ignore the sms.On 21st september 2014 my sim got barred and when contacting the customer care I was asked to resolve the issue directly with the service center from where I duplicated my sim, which I was unable to do as it was a sunday. So on the very next day (22/09/2014) when I raised the issue at the service center, it was found out that the person who I submitted the documents to in fact I quote "FORGOT TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS", and the person there confirmed that he will immediately sent the documents and the barring will be removed on the same day, which didn't happen.So then I contacted the customer care and registered a complaint and it was said to me that the issue will be resolved within 9.35AM (23/09/2014). Since the issue hadn't been resolved, I contacted the customer again and they responded by saying that the first complaint had failed and they will file another complaint which would be resolved by 3.30 (24/09/2014).For three days my sim has been barred due to mistake made by your employee and I find it hard to believe that such a long is required to rectify your mistake. I hope the necessary actions will be taken in order to rectify this problem.

              Hello Team, I suppose this is my last email from an agony customer like me with IDEA that changes our life. I have requested for post-paid to pre-paid conversion dated on 12th August, 2014. And can you can cross check the today's date if you required. I paid my unbilled amount along with the request and also they provided me new sim and also requested not to use the old sim. I didnt used that old sim even for incoming calls. On August 18, i got a confirmation call from idea executive that they are going to process this post-paid to pre-paid migration process. And immediately i got a message in the evening saying that this process is cancelled because of some negative balance of 2 Rs. So i tried to pay that 2 Rs through an online but system is not allowed me to pay that 2 Rs, min amount is some around 100 rs for payment. And i am at out of Maharashtra so i am not in a position to pay that 2 Rs amount through an idea outlet. Still, i got frustated and waited for next month bill generation to pay that remaining amount (i.e. 2 Rs, but i paid the total bill some around 250 Rs including the extra deposit amount i.e. 30 Rs(15 times of that unbilled amount (2 Rs)). Even i tried calling the myidea center where i have requested and submitted form for this migration, they said that they have lost the documents and proofs. How silly to lost the documents. You are forcing the customers that documents are mandatory and once we provide those documents you will misplace those documents somewhere in the bin. I understood that the priority that you are giving to the customers. Still, i have sent a signed copy of documents and photo through an email on september 8, 2014. [Check point: If require you can check the today's date]. From sep 8 i am calling that idea center jus to process the process with just a one click. They said something like( call them in next 5 mins, 1 hr, 4hrs, evng, afternoon etc etc bla bla). Sometimes even i get that phone is not using by any one, out of coverage area, no one responds to those and all bull . Here is my things: 1. I am not going to pay any bills, i havent used the mobile even for incoming calls and this request is pending at you. Why should i pay the bill with out any fault. 2. Due to this all bull , i have decided not use this number in future any more. So if you still want to proceed with pre-paid conversion it is up to you. But, i will use this mobile for all incoming and outgoing calls from now until it allows me and i will not pay the bill. How many months should i wait for the conversion process. Almost 2 months is completed. Do you want customers to requeat the post-paid to pre-paid migration before 1 year or so. 3. Kindly dont try to reach me on my email or mobile. If you want try show in the pre-paid conversion process. 4. For 2 rs you have cancelled my pre-paid process. What can we do with that 2 Rs. Can we build some any such big buildings with that? What do you think? And dont say that this is the business process. It would be better if you have added the negative balance into my pre-paid account. This is the customer friendly. 5. You decide now what to do. De-activation of number/post-paid to pre-paid conversion/let the number be post-paid and active and allows me to make unlimited calls/sms or so. 6. Please dont try to reach me for furthur queries. I have mailed and logged many such compalints to you through an email and idea wrb portal. No one responded me for any of those queries. I am attaching the bill payment where i did the payment on myidea store on August 12, 2014. If you want you can refer to the attachment for the address. I am looping them in the email too. Thanks for your excellent services and support provided you for the customers like me. I never prefer IDEA in my life. This IDEA needa to change my life from now. Regards, Santosh

                Dear Sir, This is very shocking for me to hear that it has been more than 16 days that my sim has not been ported from BSNL to IDEA, I Cannot even advice anyone to Swith to Idea like worst company i had ever seen and experienced, customers care are like hell. just keeping Abhishek Bachhan as brand ambassador doesnt make your company a good one, for that you need to value the customers which your company doesnt know.
                and moeover for proper learning you can go to the customers care like VODAFONE & AIRTEL, their you will get to know that you are like nothing in this world, sorry for language used but it was out of my temper as its more then 18 days. i have ger formalities done from the AMBAVADI STORE, AHMEDABAD.MY NUMBER IS [protected]

I was asked in idea service center, they are failed to find the problem. I am not understand what is the problem, why it is pending. Please look into this matter and do the needful situation is damaging my faith and reputation in the market.. Present using the no. [protected]. already I raised a complaint last month, from 30 days i recivied a call and said pending of 288 Ruppes with Airtel, I was paid that amount in Airtel and subimtted a copy in Idea Showroom suryapet, but still my problem was not solved. Please do the needful. If my problem was not solved within 24 hours, I am going to send a Damage suit against Idea with INR 5 Crores. But when I use internet then 60 RUPEES deducted from my main balance on 21 September 2014. This deduction is wrong because I checked my internet balance after deduction then it is still some MB left. Then I call to customer care they told me that THIS CHARGE IS DEDUCTED BECAUSE you use INTERNET, then I explain the full case but still that he was not refund that. And saying that “YOUR BALANCE WOULD NOT BE REFUND” which irritates me but still that I didn’t lose my temperament. Now, I kindly requested you to please solve this complain, take action against him and told him to refund my balance. I am highly THANKFUL to you. THANKS.

                    My reperience o[censored]sing idea mobile is also same, they deduct money without our knowledge not once but many times whenever you recharge your mobile., Before it gets late send a written complain to their appellate authority, customer care and keep a copy for future reference. You can send complain through e-mail address and keep that record for future reference.

                    Fight for your right against corrupt practices. But keep a record of your every correspondence to proove your truth.

                      I have done a 3G recharge of rs. 249 through website www.justrechargeit.com on my mobile no. [protected] on 20/09/2014 at 22:48 but i get failed due to network failure then I again repeated it and it get done at 23:07. But after few minutes i got another message that my failed recharge also get done but instead of 2 Gb data i got only 1GB and money got deducted of 2 recharges that is wrong.So either transfer 1 GB data more in my account or transfer rs 249 to my JRI card of www.justrechargeit.com

                            MY MOBILE NUMBER IS [protected] WHICH IS LIFETIME POSTPAID CONNECTION OF IDEA. SINCE 2 MONTHS THEY ARE CHARGING SMS CHARGES AS GAMEPIND20. I HAVE NOT SUBSCRIBED FOR THE GAMEPIND20 SERVICE. I DONT KNOW WHY THEY HAVE ACTIVATED THE GAMEPIND AND WHY THEY ARE CHARGING LIKE THIS. I HAVE BEEN MAKING COMPLAINTS TO CUSTOMERSERVICE IDEA BUT NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. I DONT KNOW WHAT IS GAMEPIND. SIMPLY THEY ARE CHARGING WITHOUT CUSTOMER NOTICE. THEY ARE LOOTING THE CUSTOMERS BY CHARGING WITHOUT ANY REQUESTS. THE SERVICE PART OF IDEA CELLULAR IS VERY WORST. THE CHARGES HAVE TO BE REVERSED AS THERE IS NO REQUEST FOR ACTIVATING GAMEPIND FROM MY SIDE. N S SUDHAKAR ONE OF THE VICTIM OF IDEA CELLULAR

                            My mobile number is [protected] which is prrpaid connection of idea. On 21 februaru early morning they automatically deducted rs 35 for gamepind service . I have not subscribed for the gamepind service. I dont know why they have activated the gamepind and why they are charging like this. I have been making complaints to customerservice idea but no response from them. I dont know what is gamepind. Simply they are charging without customer notice. They are looting the customers by charging without any requests. The service part of idea cellular is very worst. The charges have to be reversed as there is no request for activating gamepind from my side. Masihuddin one of the victim of idea cellular

                              I have submitted my documents for porting from airtel to idea on 13th september, 2014 and on 20th september i received a message that my number is ready for tele-verification and i should call on 59059 for tele-verification. But when i tried i am unable to call and also i m not getting any networks. when i called idea cellular they were not able to give me any answer.

                                My contact no. is [protected]. This is 3G card but internet works like 2G. I'm suffering this service from month. whenever i tried to call customer care, i cant reach to any person of CC department. Today(21sep) i called to 121. they told & given me (by sms) 1 number. Number is [protected]. This is normal call charges no. I called this no but there are no service to contact Customer care. I tried it 5-6 times but waste of time & money. This is the worst service i'm suffering from month.

                                      When I try to send a voice SMS by dialling star before the number, the recorded instructions are all in Hindi, which I cannot understand. When I phoned Idea at [protected], I was told I only have to phone 2222, and I can change the instructions to English. But when I try dialling 2222, there is no connection.
