Hi Idea, I have bought new idea SIM today and in evening I got SMS on my alternate number to activate SIM by calling 59059 .I tried to call 59059 but it is not connecting, its says you don't have sufficient balance but i have 22 rupees in my number Pls provide any activate services of my new idea number [protected].       Amount deducted for 2 times for same plan. Hello, Same plan activate 2 times (Plan 124 for 1GB). First time I will try this option *121# -- 3 -- I got a alert as "Invalid". After that i tried with another option provided by the customer care executive *800*124#, then the plan got activated and I got message [Amount Rs.124 was debited and plan is activated]. After some time I got another message that amount 124 has been debited for internet activation. But as of now I got only one in active mode (1GB) but amount has been debited twice. Could you please refund the amount or add more 1GB data to my account. Please do the needfull. Thanks Rajesh My Idea No: [protected]

        HI, The MUMBAI CALL CENTRE PROVIEDS WORNG INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMER REGARDING PACKAGES AND AFTERWORD TERAT RUDELY IF I AKSED TO REVERT THE PACKAGE. My cellular network is Maharashtra and currently I m in Mumbai . SO STD CALLS are very expensive so for that I asked for the package and I explained all the situation and after that they suggested my one package and accordingly I did the recharge. After i did the recharge, and wrong package got initiated which i doesn't required so i called back and ask them to revert back and not only they refused but they behave rudely and also i asked them how to do the complaint and they refused that there is no system for complaint. The first person who provides me wrong information named "Yogesh" and another person who refuse the revert the package and behave rudely doesn't give or send message with his name that is again the against the policy.

Report also shows recharge successful, but no recharges done in SIM. Kindly look into its details, so that recharge can be get or refund into Bank account. The amount for Rs.248/-.

              Hi, I have delhi Postpaid Idea Number ([protected]). Yesterday morning i have check my unbilled amount was 15 rs. and my 999 IPLAN was activated on my phone. In Iplan they office IPACK which customer can use according to their need. yesterday afternoon i addon some idea 3G 135MB i pack, and havent change my plan, the plan was the same. yesterday evening i have recieved a sms that my unbilled amount is around 9500/- and my all services has been bared. I have called to customer care but after 1/2 hour of disscussion they said they dont have any info in system, and if i want service restored i need to pay unbilled amount. before add on my 3G 4GB plan was also activated event i havent fully consumed that also.. they have charged me for data which i have used and start as new plan from yesterday without any notification.. i believe they should adjust my previous data in should not start as new paln, because i havent change my plan i have only increase my add on pack. i believe you will help me to get it resolved, if it will not get resolved i will also filed compaint in TRAI and Consumer court also.               it almost 3 days and i haven't received any call from idea, i have also complain on Idea Customer via email and received that they will contact me within 48 hours. Now its almost more then 48 hours i have register complaint and i have not received any communication from IDEA.

              It's really a painful and poor example of service quality.

              Could you please let me know how it has been charged correctly.

              i have just add on few 3G packs and how can you start this as a fresh pack. and charge me for the data usages which was under my 4GB 3G Activated plan.

              and let me know one thing suppose for example i have 2GB data plan for a month and i have use only 1GB and between a month if i need to add 1 GB more and i have found that 1 GB plan is avliable and i subscribe it.what you will do you add in 2GB+1GB or charge for previous 1 GB and start my plan fresh 1 GB. or give me total 3gb. in this example i should get 3GB and this is the correct way.

              what you guys are doing if some add some add on pack you start whole pack as fresh and event not notify customer and doing cheating with him.

              if still you guys think you did right i will file a complaint against this in consumer court and challenge your decision in court i have all your iplan advertisement and screenshot of when i select plan that there is no notification that you start it as a fresh paln.

              The Bill has been generated for my mobile no. [protected] and "Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration #" has been charged 8234.00 INR.

              In My plan there is already 5 GB Internet plan is activated and Before i have changed my plan 3 GB Internet was activated.

              Why 8234.00 INR has been Charged for internet i have check my bill and i have only used around 3.5 GB internet.

              Could you please check and let me know why it has been charged so high.

              please look into this asap and let me know the reason, i will not pay a single extra amount untill it will not get resolved, it seems you have cheated charged me and if needed i will also go and take legal action as well.

                Hi, I got IDEA post paid bill with some extra charges. I haven't use the internet in my mobile. But they charged about Rs.2300 for internet charges only. I called customer care for couple of times. They didn't respond properly. And finally I stopped using that number. Now they sent a legal notice for not paying the bill.                   i have my internet package of 400 MB and 104 of balance. both got over with in few seconds with out doing ny thing. and got nice response from idea customer care is the net data pack got over and becoz of tht balance got over. i have a question that made me shock how come net balence of 400 MB and 104 rupees of balence get over with in few seconds with out using mobile. such a BAD and WORST WORST WORSTEST idea network is... they simply making money steeling the peoplelike this.

                    My name is Rajinder Kumar & I have a Idea cellullar Postpaid Connection Since 9 Years. From some month it is in the inactive state, Many time, I have to call customer care to convert it to prepaid as the usage is nill for this connection, But they suggest me not to leave idea postpaid. on the 17 april idea activate net plan on my no. [protected], I unsubscribe it by calling on 20th april. Idea cellullar again activate this plan on my number on 20th april without my confirmation, When i check my balance on 27 may 2015, I knew that the net plan was in active state, which again i deactivate by calling. By customer care calling they told me not to worry about bill of net plan which was activated by idea. They promise me there will not any addittion in the bill. But on 6 june biiling cycle i got message of 184 biiling amount for net pack which i not use, not subscribed. I am very sad with customer care reply that I have to pay this amount, they understand that this is unfair but does not help me in this issue. Now i have think to port my number to any other cellullar company in prepaid plan. My idea postpaid number is [protected]

                      On 20.6.15 at 15.59 hrs I had recharged my mobile:[protected] for Rs.251 through net banking to get 3G benefit. Though the money was deducted vide info:INB/[protected]/IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED but I Could not receive the benefit.So I had to make the similar recharge again at 21-18 hrs on the same day vide info:INB/[protected]/IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED.

                        From tommorrow dated 21.06.2015, there have a big problem in idea cellullar network. When we call to anybody (incoming or outgoing), then we does not find any ringer on outgoing call & when recieve incoming call then does not receive any voice of calling person.                           I Gopesh Chandra Biswas have made through online 3g data recharge for Rs.248/- on 19.06.2015 vide Transaction ID-DUTI[protected] but no amount recharge on Data Card no.[protected] (Idea 3G Sim). Kindly arrange to refund the amount of Rs.248/- in to my Bank Account.

                                Dear Sir, I am ex costumer of Reliance company since 2011 and i have used reliance no very smoothly but for last few days the network is not covering properly so i decided to port my reliance number in idea, in first month my idea bill is in proper limit but in current month my number has barred for last 1 week and told me that i have used it by Rs 1900/- for sending messages sir i m telling you that how can you barred my number without generating bill second thing u that i have not use this by 1900/- no messages have been sent by me. i ma not able to make outgoing calls for last 4 days my no is barred and when i reached the idea outlet they are not giving proper response . My IDEA number is [protected] please u look into this matter urgently and activate my number urgently and waiver the extra charges as soon as possible otherwise i m bound to knock the door of Hob'ble court .                                     Dear Team I gave my documents for a postpaid connection to an executive named Shubham from GTB complex branch of bhopal. It has been more than 15 days and my number is not activated. I dont what happened with my documents but if some miuse happnened with that who would be held responsible.

MNP WILL done in 7 working days and its over. I got a call from your charkop idea office on last friday from miss puja . when i call on the landline number its not pick any one and other a incoming call from Mr. Suraj number [protected] this time he also not pick my phone. please inform me what can i do.                                         Sir I purchased an Idea SIM (SIM No.[protected] and Mob No. [protected]) from NAJ Agencies, Idea 3G Shoppe Vatakara, Kozhikode Dist on 9th June 2015 (Tues Day). Till date I have not got any use with that SIM. I gave a complaint on[protected] to the appellate authority of idea. I got only a service request no (Q1-[protected]) from idea side. They (idea) are always lying, saying that they are tried to contact with me in [protected]. A network company never speaks this type of cheap messages. Actually I purchased that SIM for getting a connection other than your messages. Today I took a connection of AIRTEL within 2 hours time.
