Sir, i used idea number last two years([protected]) from Kerala.13 of the june i buy a android phone and put it in microsim on 13 th june evening. my normal phone charges between 400-500 monthly.today one mail come to mail that i use 525 mb data.i never ask any customercare to activitae my internet connection.now i have to pay 2361 Rs.how is it happens?can you give any more suggestions to my query?
