Hello Sir/ Madam, My name is Yogesh Amone form Pune Kharadi. My mobile number-[protected]. Form last 2 year i m Idea user, I have 3 postpaid Idea connection on my name. I don't know what's wrong with Idea Service... Today morning at 9.29 am Suddenly get massage from Idea service "Your limit is over your crossing more than 1700 rupees." Then contact with CSR as they told me your activate 3G pack on 15th June at 10.51am . Then i told them actually i am doing night so 5.00am to 2.00 pm my sleeping time and i m bachelor so no one living with me then CSR told me actually it's back-end issue, (i have call recorded history) then i ask tell me the person who call me or history about 3G pack. still he saying it's back-end issue. I know it's back-end issue why i suffering from your issue, they stop my outgoing calls . i already using from last year net pack then why i need extra net service. please think on that and reply me and start my outgoing call ASAP. other wise i don't continue IDEA Regards, Yogesh.

What about toady's status my outgoing has stop even i am not allow to you activate this plan on my number

it's really horrible when I call you first time you told me "you get a call from customer care center" and when i again complain for I have already activate DND pack then you told me "you requesting for these service "...
really Idea providing worst service
.If Idea need money then beg no need to lying charges.

      Dear Sir, We had purchased a sim card from one of the Idea Cellular outlet in Pimpri, Laxmi Kripa, Sai chowk, Pimpri. While purchasing the card we had told the person on the seat that this no. is for our daughter. He gave us all the cards and nos available. From that bunch we selected a card with no.[protected]. As soon as the no. got activated calls at odd time were received asking us for some Mr. Francis. Truecaller notifciations shows Francis from Karnataka. When we approached the concerned authority, possibly the owner of the shop, some Mr. Anil Tilani, he was very rude to speak, and said that you came at shop closing time i.e. approx 8.00 pm. When we told him that at least he should have intimated us about the recycled no. or you should have provided us with at least some information regarding this, he started to quarrel. I would request you to kindly look into the matter if possible and take action against the owner because there was another acquaintance who also complained similar behavior against the person. We have disconnected the no. but the behavior of the outlet owner is really not appreciated. We got another no. from another outlet from Kalewadi, the owner of which was very transparent and explained us all the information before giving the no. Thanking you.

            MY IDEA MOB NO.[protected] DUE TO NETWORK PROBLEMS AND EXCESS BILL AMOUNT IN THIS REGARD I HV COMPLAINED BUT NO SOLUTION FRM THE COMPANY.               I am vinay, i had got a message stating "win rs.50 talktime calling 53111 free" from 533333 and there were no other terms and conditions in that message.I called that number and answered questions.For every answer they have deducted 2 rupees where i lost 26 rupees in total.I had called customer care regarding this and they told that they cant refund.This is cheating.My interaction with supervisor saleena is recorded with the ref no-Q1_[protected].i requested her to escalate this issue to her superior but she denied doing that.I hereby request the concerned authorities to take action on this issue and refund my deducted amount back.

We have not request anything to idea to deactivate our no not we provide any confirmation or any written request then how Mr. Chandra Prakash without taking my confirmation deactivate my corporate no.. it is clearly seen that he do this for his own personal benefits this is possible that our competitor offer him something to do such practices we required strict action against this strore and Mr. Chandra Prakash (Murlipura) Jaipur. and kindly provide us the proof of the request ... Mr. Chandra Prakash said he had the written request on our company letterhead with sign and seal this is very serious concern that our company letterhead and our seal and sign is with him without our knowledge. Plz revert on Most Urgent Basis we look forward for our cooperation to find the guilty...

                          Payment and ID prof taken by that person whose mobile number is [protected] and second person is Atin, mobile number is [protected] who was taking charge of varification and all that for number portabiliy. Now both person are not picking my phone calls and not provice any right solution. Payment taken date is 23.05.2015, between this period i got some phone calls and messages for IDEA company regarding varification and all that. Now i dont want to port my number in IDEA network. Please refund my money and ID prof (All Document)ASAP, otherwise i have to take another action.

Bill showing i sent 5 SMS of Rs. 21 and 1 SMS of Rs. 49 But i havent send any sms like that then why idea charging that amount from me?? its totally unappreciable thing from idea .                                 Sir?Madam, My complaint is as follows: Registered Order::::ESYM[protected] RECHARGE IDEA ID::::PMGW[protected] ON 11/06/2015 FOR Rs, 248/ Number IDEA..[protected]. I had to recharge again on the 14/06 /2015 for Rs. 248/ ... which was done.                                   Sir, i used idea number last two years([protected]) from Kerala.13 of the june i buy a android phone and put it in microsim on 13 th june evening. my normal phone charges between 400-500 monthly.today one mail come to mail that i use 525 mb data.i never ask any customercare to activitae my internet connection.now i have to pay 2361 Rs.how is it happens?can you give any more suggestions to my query?

                                    This is to bring in your knowledge, that, Post paid Idea No- [protected] under Account No :[protected] is in the name of Siddharth C Singh The Bill No: [protected] for Bill Period:15-May-2015 14-Jun-2015 has been overcharged by Rs.2280.12(+ Service taxes).There has been a migration of CorporatePlan to 599i Plan on 13th May 2015, At that time I was not informed about the "Data Pack Pro-Ration charges". The data is being charged from the main bill without giving any intimation. Being a Privilage Idea customer(using your services since 6 years) i am feeling humiliated seeing my bill today. I was not aware and was not informed about any such charges during my conversation with the customer care executive. Please wave off these charges asap and notify me the actual amount that i have to pay.

                                    Could you please justify/explain/elaborate these charges. You have standard template that you paste to all your customers who are facing your harassment. I opted 599i plan after speaking to customer service executive and he clearly told that no hidden charges will be their. when i altered the 599i plan it was just an adjustment with the existing plan(ie 599i) and not the plan change then how come you charged me this heavily.
                                    Please send me the call records or any proof that you communicated to regarding me any such hidden charges. Also, on your website (where user makes login to modify the plans) nothing related to "Data Pack Pro-Ration charges" is mentioned.
                                    I will drag you in to the court and will public this humiliation across networking sites. You wave off these charges because i am not going to pay this.this is robbery and you people cheat your customers.

                                    I got few calls from your customer service department and the person was trying to make me understand the bogus calculation against the charges levied in current bill. How can you charge me when my data consumption was within the limits. This is robbery. I never changed the data plan but made some modifications in existing packs and ANYWHERE on your website, there is NO mention that this change may lead to heavy charges in terms of Pro-Ration. Any person on this planet may have no idea about such charges other than the Idea people. Why NO TRANSPARENCY is billing process. Why these hidden charges enforced to the customer who is using your services since 6 years irrespective of your bad services.
                                    Tell me where you have mentioned that I can't change my 599i packs and if changed I will have to pay "Charges on Data Pack Pro-ration #". I checked the “Term and Conditions” section available on your website but found nothing relevant to these charges imposed on me. Your representatives also never told me about any such charges.

                                    Please re examine my bill and remove the Pro-ration charges which I can't pay and PLEASE reply to this mail asap.

                                      I have recharged my SIM([protected]) assisted modem with 3G DATA; message appeared like this: MRP:Rs 103.00 Credited Vol Kb 358400 Final Vol Kb 358415 Exp Date 29/06/2015 00Hr PRP: 3G Internet expiry29/06/2015 Serv_tax: Rs 12.649 Proc_fee: Rs 90.350 Rec Time: 6/15/2015 2:52:47 PM. But recharge done by Idea on my 2G network. why??? when I contacted Idea, they told previous subscription of 2G was over-wrapped. But I never used 2G on this Idea number.This kind of cheating occurred to many, I heard. KICK OUT BLOODY IDEA NETWORK. ABSOLUTELY FRAUDULENT Please help me !

                                        I dialled[protected]Uska hi bana song from 1920 evil returns) from my number [protected] to set the song as my dialler tune .Rs.36 debeted from my balance.but the song is not set as my dialler tune still now after it already crosses 24 hours.i have called customer care more than 15 times .but nobody listen to me .the customer care exucutives are saying that please call after few minutes.so what can I do in this situation.
