Iam using a 3g phone for past few years .but nowadays it's becoming to slow as my download speed is less than 60 kbps . I couldn't use the data anymore with this speed. And Iam also having a great network issue on my SIM. Other members in my home gets a decent 4g speed in idea network .my mobile no. Is [protected]

    I'm using Idea services from last year and every month i received a notification for recharge your account, even i have a balance then also.

    And currently i'm not able to use my number even i have a balance.

    So, please take a strict action against IDEA company to force his customer to pay a money every month even they have in their account.

      The internet speed in my area is becoming worst from last month. We cannot use some payments aaps. Because of lack of internet speed. And i nothing tell about downloading speed.. It is zero

        I have got an idea prepaid number ([protected]) since 2012 and never had any issue with idea services. Few weeks ago my number got deactivated without any consent or notification, so i visited idea store located in noida sector 64.. I told them to reactivate my pre-paid number. They told that i'll get a new sim card and that might be postpaid/prepaid number based on the approval. I told them that i am not interested in a postpaid number and it should be prepaid only as i have been using it as a prepaid number. They then agreed that it'll be a prepaid number and i don't need to worry about it
        Inspite of my requests and instructions to them, they booked this number into a postpaid connection and got a blank postpaid sim in their store. Since 8th of april they have been calling me and telling me to collect blank postpaid sim of my number ([protected]). I told them that i never requested for a postpaid number rather requested for prepaid then why it was converted to postpaid#?
        Now the thing is, why the number was converted to postpaid without my consent? I never requested for a postpaid number then why did they convert it and harassing me that either to collect it soon or it will be given to somebody else???
        This is the first time i faced this kind of issue with idea and that too a harrassment and threatening by customer service... First the number got deactivated without any notification and then it got converted to postpaid without my consent. Is this kind of service they are providing now??
        I already contacted their nidia and appellate authority but no proper response from them even.

        I want this number to be reactivated and should be a prepaid connection not a postpaid.

        Interenet speed is become worst from last 20 days .. even i cannot surf properly ... befor 20 days its speed is soo good it can download mivie eithin half an hour . But today i take 1 -2 hour in download 100 mb video ..and youtube is buffering at 360p ..

              Hi,
              Peoples are unable to contact me, even though network is full. Another major issue is call drops almost every 2nd calls being dropped.
              People have to call me kr msg me on whatsapp due to this issue.
              It's been a months i'm facing this issue with idea.
              If its unable to solve within 48hrs. I'll be porting to other opts.

                As i am using idea data plan of 199 per month but after 8:30 to 9:00 pm the data speed is reduced to very low, to regain the speed i have to put the network type on 2g and then after waiting for some time then on 4g, by doing this only i get the speed only of 2-3 mbps which is comparatively very low to before times as it was giving 5-6 mbps downloading speed. Now it has became my daily grind, whenever i have to use data after 8:30 or 9:00 pm i have to do the same procedure again and again.

                I have no service in mobile while i have selected Network automatically and also manually as IDEA and VODAFONE both, but the problem remains the same.
                I have also restarted my phone several times at least 8 to 9 times but problem remains the same.

                    I have been using idea phone for last twenty years and today i am ashamed to be called a idea customer today … now my phone is not working from 13 apr 19

                    I have raised complaints # c[protected] / c[protected] / e[protected] / e[protected] and[protected]

                    I have mailed / made calls and visited vodafone and idea service centres several times … when i make calls to customer service they give all kind of reasons and mention it is escalated or will be sorted out in 30 minutes … this has happened at-least 5 times

                      I have a complaint against a recharge. Previous night (12 April, 2019) around 7:21 pm, I recharged my number [protected] with 12/- from paytm wallet. I asked 3 different egents though live chat. They confirmed me that my recharge was successful. But I didn't receive any massege from IKIdea after recharge. Even when I'm checking blance using *121*4*51#(as referred by the egents), it is showing invalid request. I want my money back or SMS service should be started right now.

                            My phone supports volte service. But idea sim was not showing volte. Then i sent 'act volte 'message to 12345. Then i received this message 'dear customer, your request for volte activation is registered and would be actioned by 04/13/19 10:00:00 am. Sr no.[protected].                               Currently i am using idea network is not good at home and office so decided to change network. I tried to send message to 1900 to port my mobile network but it’s not delivering the message. I called to idea customer care they told that 15 days ago i converted from post paid to prepaid so have to wait 90 days to port the number. Not sure what is the logic behind this. Post or prepaid i m using idea since very long time, why they are telling prepaid is different. Could you please help me to get out of this.

                                I am very angry about this incident.

                                As per our recent communication, we've informed you that you've been charged for WAP service for the given number. Hence, we request you to send a SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset. For further assistance, kindly contact us on 12345 or 198.

                                Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-

                                - Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
                                - Click on Idea Flash option
                                - Tap on Activation
                                - Click on Deactivate

                                This is VAS scam that idea is running to cheat their customers. They are cheaters. Same way they deducted my balance a lot of time my number is [protected].custmer care tell me I can't help you and can't refund your money. so I have declared idea cheaters company and now I don't recharge more money .

                                  Or if call connected...
                                  Then no voice there...
                                  We have called to customer cares and local stores of idea...
                                  They said for small no. Of peoples...
                                  There we have no choice...
                                  We can't do anything... For that...

                                    Your idea company of internet network speed is very slow and bed conditions in uchana kalan disstt jind haryana ward no 10 near boosting station and park. I lodge a complaint online against the bed and slowly sleed but anyone interest and resolve this so you are again requested to please resolve problems earliest otherwise my recharge amt will be refunded so that we can port my number in other company.

                                      I have recently ported to idea.in my previous network i have some pending bill and cleared in time. But idea team has stopped my incoming and outgoing calls. When i check with there customer care then they said i have not paid my bill, but which is already paid they asked me to call idea postpaid team from a postpaid mobile or bsnl land line, where i dont have both. Idea dosnt have any escalation matrix where i can send a email to them. I am trying to reach there "

                                      Till now no one has responded to the issue. Worst customer service... Don't have any ethic in there work...

                                      I will definitely move to different network. I would suggest please dont port to IDEA...

                                        We requested the waiver of 740/- being lived due to internet charges charged being informed on email in 6th Aug 2018 to Stop

                                        On 3rd April 2019 I got mail you will not receive a waiver... after many mail communication...

                                        They before Yesterday, 9 April 2019... I got a call from+[protected] your Idea Office - Sharada Center-Pune Mah India

                                        We will give you a waiver of Rs 740/- please pay another outstanding amount..We will start your services as early as possible. So we had paid Rs 1630/- your numbers will start from in 2 hr...till dated its 48 hr over my phone is blocked...

                                        Today 11 April 2019... I call Customer Care [protected] regarding the present issue. I come to know such waiver is not given to me .. and only after an outstanding amount... my connection would start. its a straight your are cheating for the collection of money...

                                        Please, the advice it's a straight way to cheat Customer.
