This is very really surprising to see that even after sending so many reminders i didn't get the resolution for my raised complaints till now by the IDEA company.
Can you please update me the status for my following raised complains:
1) What action has been taken by Idea against their cheated employee ( Ms. Renu)?
2) What is status for migration of my mobile number ([protected])?
3) When this mobile number ([protected]) will convert from Postpaid to Prepaid?
Please sorting out these queries otherwise I will have to port my mobile number ( [protected]) into some other operator because of your cheated employee only.

Dear Sir,
I am a Postpaid IDEA customer and I have a big trust on IDEA services. This mail is to highlight a cheating, fraud, misguided issue done by IDEA executive which I am facing and for which I have already registered complain on IDEA complain section.
Actually I had received a call on my mobile ([protected]) from IDEA executive (Mrs. Renu - [protected]/[protected]) on April 1st week regarding “Addon” to any family mobile number and she told & confirmed me that I will have to pay only your post paid bill as you are paying currently and your Addon mobile number will work as “FREE OF COST”. Then I said ok and I have given my another mobile number ([protected]) which was Pre paid earlier. She told me and confirmed me that your postpaid plan will not be changed and your bill will be remain same as you are paying currently hence after lot of efforts she has added my another number with my mobile number.
Now April month’s bill has been generated (01.04.2019 – 30.04.2019) which having a high amount compared to which I was paying earlier. When I checked the breakup of the bill, it is quite surprising & shocking to me that now my another prepaid number ([protected]) has been converted into Postpaid number and it is under a different high value Postpaid plan (NIRVANA 399), which I was never communicated by her earlier.
Only to covert Prepaid to Postpaid plan and sell the NIRVANA 399 plan, she has done this activity, which I was never expected from her. She has completely washed out the brand value of IDEA in front of me.
Now I want proper action should be taken against her and migrate my mobile number ([protected]) from my main number ([protected]) and convert it from Postpaid to prepaid as it was earlier. Otherwise there is no option for me to port my idea mobile number to another operator (AIRTEL etc).
