I get a sms from 51988 and balance is getting deducted. This is the third time it is happening. Once in jan (₹8) once in march and once today ₹3 each time. I have not asked for any service from 51998. Please do not send such sms messages and deduct balance from my account. Also please make arrangements to return the amount deducted so far ₹14.

From 20 days my internet isn't working properly, i'm getting 2g speed even i have 3g/4g pack activated but this only happens in my area. My area's address is zahid pora hawal srinagar kashmir. When i shift to any other area the internet works fine but the internet speed i'm getting in my area is absolutely ridiculous. Please fix this issue asap, it's a humble request.

I tried to send port message to 1900 from my idea number [protected] by using format port to port to vodafone how ever the messages are not being sent, it shows sending failed. I have tested sending messages to other numbers and it works but messages sent to 1900 are being blocked. I have talked to idea customer care who repeatedly states that they couldnt find any reasons why port messages wouldnt be delivered. Please help

Idea Cellular company issued a cheque No. 362824 issed by Deutsche Bank IFSC DEUT0797BGL DATED 11/06/2018 for a refund amount of Rs 373.68 which was deliverby by courier to Applicant [Mr DIVYANSH SRIVASTAVA, No. 305, 1st Floor, 2nd Main, 8th Cross, Chettiappa Lane, Udayanagar, A. Narayanapur, Bangalore North, Bangalore - 560016 but when its validity was to expire; whereby that counld not be accepted by bank for any credit. As a result, this cheque was deposited to one of th Idea Cellular branch office located at Kagadasapur, Bangalore location who sent it to their main office at Mumbai and assured that a fresh cheque they will issue. Till date it is going to reach now almost a year time but idea is least bothered to look into such apathy; ispite of my several running to their office in Khagadaspura branch. Now nobody picks up the phone also from their office. What to do now. Could the concerned authority wake up to resolve this issue. This refund amount is related to post paid security refund pertaining to Idea Cellular sim No. [protected]. Very funny it is to bring out is that the complaint No. that is given by idea cellular, keep on trying but you can not get contact of any their customer care person whom you could convey any detail. The dialed complaint number keeps on giving their own sterio type details only but not bothered to conversate with complaint. What is the use of such complaint no. viz. +91-[protected]. Anyone can try this complaint No. to lodge aforesaid type complaint but he will be fed up but not be in a position to talk to anyone. How a complainant shoudl seek redressal or resolution to his problems faced from Idea Cellular Company particulary from their main office of Mumbai for getting refund amount in time.

Last 10 days idea network is worst. I complain through customer care calling option on 15/04/19. That the i am suffering from idea network since last 5 days no data or either call drop on every call and get the confirmation on behalf of idea team that your complain is resolved but the condition is same as previous no work has been done on my complain and making as fool that ur complain is resolved....

Got a message of rs. 3 deduction from 51998 for mr. & mrs. Services, i called idea customer care about it they are very rude and told me not to worry about it, this will not be refunded but the service will deactivated. I told them that i have no need for this service and i never opted for it. They said this is our company policy not to refund any deducted amount.

My number [protected] idea haryana. Incoming calls not received at this number from other numbers. I am facing this problem since a long. Customer care e. I [protected] haryana is also not attending the calls. Please resolve my issue at the earliest to avoid facing difficulties to receive incoming calls from other numbers. It is my urgent need and required to resolved on priority.

Sir some one ask me to installa the tower and give a rent and job for ur family member 25k rent and 20lakhs adavance payment, he is deposit 5000 for the bonda paper agriment and his say deposit amont of 12300 for sevice tax, so i cant belive this man so how can i belive its trur r fake tl me sir please confirm.

I'm unable to get any otp or bank transaction sms on my mobile. Please resolve this problem. My mobile number is [protected]. This is happening from past three to four days. Can you guys please look into this. I'm getting sms from my friends or family. Request you to please resolve this asap. Idea people this is my postpaid connection. Please let me know any details are required.

Today 22.04.2019 idea cellular has issued me a illegal demand notice through advocate. Rs.1591 is outstanding amount of my idea postpaid connection as per the bill. My mobile number is [protected]. If you check my voice and internet flow chart on my postpaid bill you will notice in Month of March I have used few mb internet only and zero voice call. Actual problem is related to my network issue. It's been a 3 months that I have been consistently raising complaint against my network issue and internet so called 4G connection. If I didn't receive single service from Idea then why should I pay my bill?

I am also an advocate. I have collected entire data against the idea and I'll fight for this in consumer court. My main complaint regarding data speed and network.

I have raised time to time proper complaint to Idea Customer care but everytime I get false commitment.

Hi sir i'm harisha i'm using idea number from 2.5 years number is [protected] since last 3 months i am not able use that sim for making calls or etc i used this number for my every education purpose and getting jobs purpose also. Due to non usage since 3 months it gets deactivated please sir reactivate my number. I put this number for my rrb and ssc application for any information i require this number please reactivate my number. My job future on this sir please sir reactivate my number sir please sir. Idea calls me daily and gives headache about my plan that expires after 10 days. They constantly call me, even in the morning when i am sleeping. I complained them regarding the calls and messages, but now they send me more than before. They continuously call me and harass me even when i am sleeping. They just sending more and more unnecessary messages.

I had an Issue with Idea customer care (contacted 3 to 4 times but no proper response), i hold one bill payment so that they would contact me.
Instead, they added late payment fee and suspended my serviced. I am ok with that.
services were suspended on 16th or 17th April 2019. Even after services suspension, they have generated new bill (Bill generation date from 20th of every month)

When services were suspended, why would they charge for the next month generation period. and i get a call from Idea saying i have 2 months outstanding bill. I asked the same question, when my services were suspended before billing period, why did you generate new bill ?
he keep on saying that the bill generation date it will be generated and they've added 50 for each bill as late payment fee.

Logically, i used services for last month, i should pay last month fee.

I even asked, since few days ( 4 to 5 days) you suspended services, how come u charged for full month in the new bill ?
when i was late to pay last month bill you added 50 rupees as late payment fee. Why not reduce bill for the lose of 4 to 5 days of service ? No answer from them.

Its been near 2 months that i have been facing internet connection issues with idea cellular and also complained 4 times but every time i receive response from idea cellular that network team has fixed the issue and incident has been closed.

I have tried my best to reach idea customer care immediately to raise my concern that issue is not yet resolved though it is fixed by network team.

I am still facing the issue and now no support from idea cellular to work on this issue.

Please help to escalate this and get this issue resolved.

I have been provided a sanction letter for idea 4g tower installation in the name of idea network pvt. Ltd., by a person named bhanuprakash representing himself as executive for idea cellular through contact no: [protected] and is asking for deposit of certain amount for court approval for the same. Please verify the authenticity of the document attached herewith.

I got message from 51998 number on the name of "jammu & kashmir bank (Jk bank) (Ramban main branch)" and deducted rs.10.00 at 21/04/2019 12.20pm.
My screen is off and phone is locked at that time. Later i read message of deduction.
When i called customer care, they did not provided any proper information regarding deduction. I have call records.
If money is not refunded i will take strict action.

Not receiving sms text messages from my friends and other senders, but they are successfully able to send the message to my idea number [protected], and they are receiving the delivery reports too. But i am not receiving them. It is the technical fault of the telecom company providing the services to me. I contacted with idea customer care but not resolved. I am missing important messages from the senders to me. I want this fault from service provider should get resolved as soon as possible.

I want to say it from the past 2 weeks ago that in our locality the signal is very low even sim doesn't support for calls also i requested you to please look on this matter because of this i can't able to study and i missed my calls also it is happened not only me but also to my villagers who used idea network.in may i have exams so kindly request you to solve the problem as soon as possible. Without my permission, idea is deducting my balance from my prepaid account. I didn't buy any game. Right now, i'm using feature phone and it has only one game which is full and not on the trial basis. I got a message from 53010 that thank you for purchasing the iappgame. Enjoy and have fun [protected]@iappgame.com. Whenever i got this message, then everytime rs 3 deducts. I didn't buy any game. I called the idea customer care, they were saying that i had purchased the game but fact is that i didn't buy any game. My no. Is [protected]. Idea customer care is saying again and again that i've bought the game. Thay are not providing the solution. They are not refunding my deducted amount.

I have purchased one number 85*37888 number from idea from 5 years ago.. Idea executive has visited my office and collected my documents and gave the sim.. However last year in 2018 i came to know that the due of 85*47888 is pending which is not mine.. I have marked mail to appellate team they said i will not receive any communication or recovery calls regarding this number. Idea executive has misused my id against this number. Now after one year idea has disconnected my number due to outstanding bill of another number which i have never purchased.. I again mark the mail to appellate team but they said that at the time of activation of both sim they have sent communication regarding the activation.. But i have received activation msg of my number only.. I have purchased only one number and used the same from more than 5 years. Now idea is doing this type of fraud activities.. I have also visited idea store and the uneducated people are sitting there.. They don't know how to talk or how to handle customer complaint... Even misbehaving with me and said go and port out your number with idea.. This is really unacceptable.. I asked them to check the call details of my number and other number... Make call to any one number in the bill of [protected] and asked them if they know me or not.. I also asked them to check my bill details.. I have paid all bills on time.. Idea company is harassing me for the bill of [protected] which is not mine. That was their executive mistake who has attached my documents in another number.. Just for rs. 740 they have disconnected my number.. I request you to please look into this and take action against this type of fraud activities done by idea.. Many peoples are facing this type of issues with idea... They misuse customer ids and provide sim to someone else for money and after use when bill generates.. They call customer and ask to make the payment..
