Two of number [protected] and [protected] was ported from idea celluar to other company without informing me on my primary nirvana number as above number was under family plan. The above mention number has been ported to third party name. And the new company registered numbers without verifying documents for port. And i think as per rules the new company has to verify details of registered user from the company from which number has been port. Now.. Neither idea and new company noticed mismatch of documents.

Dear sir, this is anilkumar from bangalore idea cellular company, my monthly post paid plan changed with out intimation. Last month february my plan was rs175. This month suddenly they telling your plan was changed to rs299. Therefore this month im paid rs 320 today. For changing post paid to prepapaid plan. This is i can't accept. Then also paid. Please enquire and give me justice.

My idea no. Is [protected]. For the last one week there have been issues with the mobile network and now its gettin worsen as on saturday for almost 2 hours there was no signal on my connection from 11:30am to 01:30 pm. Even after that when the network service resumed there was no internet connectivity for the next 2 hours.

Since then the network has been switching on and off. Today also since morning i am nnot able to use the internet as there is no internet connectivity, not even to use whatsapp.

I dont feel like paying my bils if i can not use the data service for which i am paying so heavily. Even they should compensate me for the trouble i went through as on saturday my parents arrived at dehradun on 12:30 by the train for the first time and i had assured them that i'll book a cab for them bbut i could not. Infact i was not even able to contact them for almost half an hour. After that i called them from my maid's mobile no.

This is rediculous from idea and vodafone both.
Kindly resolve the issue and compensate me for one month bill.

My idea number [protected] are deactivated on the basis of not recharging the no. I visit twice in the idea gallery for reactivate the same number but they ask for recharge of rs.555 & ignore completely the trai regulations of minimum recharge of rs.20 for reactivate the same number and i ask for bifurcation of services included in rs.555 they idea gallery personal is said i don't know the bifurcation if you want then you visit main gallery. As per trai "consumer handbook on telecommunication, 2018" chapter 1 point 9 clearly mention that "a subscriber whose connection is deactivated shall be given a minimum grace period of 15 days within which he can reactivate the same number by paying an amount not exceeding rs.20" this book available on trai website also. Kindly provide your extensive support. Idea gallery personal not ready to register camplaints also.

I have deposited rs.700 to get idea post paid service and disconnected from post paid service on 2nd june 2018.

After 3 months of disconnecion i have submitted a request for security refund of rs.700 and got reply to provide address for future communication and i have provided proper address.

Next got reply like this "cheque re-issue is registered & would be actioned by 07/feb/2019 01:51:29 pm. Through communication idc[protected]"

But till now did not receive proper reply as well as refund amount.

I am using idea service next 8-9 year but i have no any problem but last one year i have many times deta speed slow problem i have many times complain but there are no any proper solution provided to me if you have no any solution please tell me, i should port my sim other network because i can not use idea it condition.

I dial mistakenly dial *123# to check my balance, but they charge me 10₹ .I told them that i don't want your that service give my money back but they are say you do have to you that service what kinda company is that. You go to market you dont like potato and shopkeeper is saying you have to buy it.are we not enough free?
I know your company has a hard time, it doesn't mean you have to consume your own customer moreover by this way you will loose many more.you wanna make money make with fare means.

When i make a call, show mobile no not registered in network &also my 4g net closed, either mobile no automatically clsed without intimation, i have taken decision for went to another network, I had recharged 199 for 28 days and also recharged with 35 the date ok 30th march due to not understand for mobile number not active,
Please reactive my mobile no

Hello,

I get a message from 51988 saying that I have been charged with ₹3, sometime back there was a similar message (in Jan) and the balance deduction that time was for ₹8. I have not asked for any service from this number. Please reverse these charges at the earliest and please ensure that additional unauthorised balance deduction does not happen from my account.

My idea number has stopped working (Deactivated) from 1st march 2019. Earliar i had network issues but sim was active.
Now if i dial on this number it says "dialed number does not exist. Please check the number dialed".
Please can you quickly check and resolve this issue.
Please let know if any other procedure is required to reactivate this number.

I am using your network since 10 years but in last 15 days i m facing problem of slow speed of internet in my area. About that i m complain in ur customer care executive in 10 days back they give me reply that ur network improve up to 30 march 2019.in 30 march 2019 i m receiving a call from ur executive that sir we r improve u area network plz checked it and sent me message that my problem is resolved through communication id[protected] after that i m checking my net speed then problem remain same "my fb not working properly youtube not running smoothly" then i am again calling u r executive then tell the whole problem then he told me that sir ur problem solved upto 4 april 2019 and my complain id[protected].
So my only concern that please improve ur network speed and the whole my data days which i m not using ur net properly which is arount 15 days are give to me extra in my package or i m port my network to some other good network.

My number is corporate account and i am owner and my number was sim exchange request raised in mi but idea store is rejected request in two time i call in kolhapur manager but he wrong word use and call rejected please and request you to change the manager and help of all customer very bad service from idea

Todays idea service is third class very bad

The situation is like... My bank account is linked to my idea number...

Since that was my first sim..
Once i got jio, just like everyone else, i don't use any other sim any more... Very rarely would i need to use it..

In such a situation, i got a message a while back saying that your sim will be deactivated if you don't recharge every month...

How is this fair...

I was due to recharge this month by 28th.. And since i was low on money i was hoping i'd be able to delay it a bit further and recharge in the first week of april...

Guess what... My sim got deactivated today after just two days...

How the hell is this fair to a consumer... And since all of my accounts are linked to that stupid number... I can't even get otp...

I had called up the stupid customer care... And their response was just the standard one.."worry sir, we can't do anything"... Sent a request for porting to jio... No response for that either...

Even after recharge my friends are unable to reach me in that number and it keeps saying "voice services deactivated by the carrier" or something...

What am i supposed to do now.???

Is this the way you treat customers... By threatening them???

I feel these kind of companies need to taken to the court for not realizing the implications of their actions...

The worst part of all this is that... There is no easy way to reach their damn customer care

I am an existing customer of idea number [protected] since 2010. I am an indian force jawan and during my posting at assam due network problem i could not recharged my idea number. For this reason my number has been deactivated by idea company without prior information and any alert messages. This number is my official number and it holds all my bank accounts. Hence, it is requested to activate this number in merit basis to keep me as your valuable customer.

I am an existing customer of idea number ([protected]) which i have been using since year 2010 has been deactivated by giving any information and alert message. It holds all my important official works and banking works. Deactivating this, idea has lost a valuable old customer.
Request to activate it again and if it is not possible, a new method may please be provided how to get a sim in that particular number.
My alternative...

I want to surrender my post paid idea net no.[protected] which has not in use from last ten months though i have made payment of all the dues as asked by you and is also inactive now. The fact has been intimated to your call centre several times but no action has been taken from your end. Again the bill has arise so please note that i am surrendering the said connection with immediate effect.

After merging of idea with voda they are worse than ever... No good network for both
Making complaints but no resolution and always says that replace your sim and try diffract handset but one thing tell me why network is poor now but earlier they are god father of network bot idea and vodafone

My this complain is for my idea number [protected] where i hd recharge rs16 through my available balance of 37rs by *150*16# using 121best offer check
Which provide rs 16 1hrs unlimited 3g data

But idea company deducted my whole balance saying you hd used internet

Recharge timig is 26mar2019 8:48am to 9:48am (1hrs 3g unlimited internet plan)
They deducted whole balnce at 9:30 am

Now they giving reason like u used internet
How stupid their all juniors seniors executive unable to understand all this simple thing

This is with reference to my idea post paid mobile no : [protected], idea being my service provider, with reference to this post paid no, my post paid number was under bl 995- buzz life plan, since 2003, when i selected this plan in 2003 i was told that it will be life long plan & will not be changed until i change it. Now from 19.3.2019, idea, changed my this plan & converted it into nirvana 299 plan without informing me. I called them several times but in vain, hence i request you look into the matter & do the needful, to get back my old bl 995- buzz life plan.

I have registered my complain ([protected]) under idea secure plan against damage of my mobile on 30th Aug, 18 and i am in regular touch with the customer care dept. regarding my claim amount (Rs. 14000 as approved by them) and has done all the necessary documentation and also paid excess amount of Rs. 424 & 742 as asked by their team and its been 7 months i havent receive my claim amount. On calling thier CC team they are giving different dates, last time they said max by 20th Mar, 19 now they are saying post 10th apr 19
