We requested the waiver of 740/- being lived due to internet charges charged being informed on email in 6th Aug 2018 to Stop

On 3rd April 2019 I got mail you will not receive a waiver... after many mail communication...

They before Yesterday, 9 April 2019... I got a call from+[protected] your Idea Office - Sharada Center-Pune Mah India

We will give you a waiver of Rs 740/- please pay another outstanding amount..We will start your services as early as possible. So we had paid Rs 1630/- your numbers will start from in 2 hr...till dated its 48 hr over my phone is blocked...

Today 11 April 2019... I call Customer Care [protected] regarding the present issue. I come to know such waiver is not given to me .. and only after an outstanding amount... my connection would start. its a straight your are cheating for the collection of money...

Please, the advice it's a straight way to cheat Customer.

I have been charged rs.149/- extra in the name of feature charges for last eight months.

I really don't understand what this feature charges are.

My self sunny jawale, i am using idea network from last 10 years. Nowadays i am facing lots of issues with idea network. When i tried to call someone, or if i received call from someone. While talking call getting disconnected directly and the error is server unreachable. I tried to contact 198 but it is also not working

Incoming call facility on [protected] on this idea no. Is not available. When some one calling in this no. They are hearing " this idea no. Is either switched off or out of coverage area' also i am not getting any incoming sms on this no. But still outgoing service and internet services are working fine. If this problem remains tomorrow i will make an rti against idea cellular for this reason.

I have been trying to get my firm's corporate numbers to individual number billing by idea vodafone for past 4 months. The tariff plans for corporate connections are high and unreasonable. I have tried to port the numbers to other networks but idea rejects those requests. I have been following up with their team bia email and habr received no reply from them as i write this complaint

I live in Sahakarnagar, Pune, Maharashtra. I have hot spot connection of Idea. Though it indicates 4G green light; very poor connectivity. This problem is since long behind; but now very very slow.

Can w do something: else I am of opinion to check alternate service provider.

I received a call from [protected] idea office patiala and they emphasized me to buy the number [protected]. I bought a number by paying 700/- and completed my kyc even then i didn't receive any sim and moreover i called on the said number so many times but they are quite adamant. Its really pathetic that urs representatives are selling numbers by hook or crook but they don't bother about customer. Its really astonishing when i called on helpline number they responded that this number is a postpaid number and it is activated ten days back. I m not able to find that who is using this number in my name and it's very serious issue. I m also going to lodge police complaint in this regard. Urs representatives had told me that it l be a prepaid number.

M idea sim with contact number [protected] which was in the name of masoom agrawal has been allotted to another person. When i 've seen mobile networks suddenly disappeared for a day, i contacted the customer care service of idea cellular. They have told that i have not recharged the sim since 2 months. Why will i recharge it if i already had balance in it. No notice was given to me either by call or message that if not recharged, the sim will be alloted to someone else. This sim card was registered with my bank, paytm and various other phone banking apps and social networking services. Due to sudden allotment of sim to another person, i have faced many difficulties. I want compensation for the mental harassment caused to me by the company.

Though i am using my idea phone network which is belongs to karnataka, recently now i am at siliguri (West bengal) having no network from today's morning. But my husband's idea network is still showing and working properly. I switched off my phone and search the network but cant get success to getting my network. Though its my only contact number and used for my work purpose kindly solve the problem aspl.

Sir I have prepaid Idea Sim transfer to postpaid for addon benefit .but 2 month ago my new number not conect to my old number for addon benifits .more times calls customer care and visit to nearest idea store but my problem not solve .Customer care provide a contact number area sales mangaer but my problem not solve

I am a business owner in nagpur, maharashtra and am facing serious call dropping and poor network issue at all places.
I have been a loyal customer of idea for the past 15+ years and have only started to face this problem in the recent times.
Sir/ma'am, i need not tell you the importance of a phone in business. These problems have caused me losses which can be calculated as well in monetary terms.
I hope idea, which i myself have spread the word to be the provider of high network quality does not let me down at the very same ground.

My Old Idea Cellular Postoaid No. ********** was discontinued and I want to reactivate that number. I had portable that number to Idea Cellular from Tata Docomo Postpaid but because of due amount of rs. 300 around was not paid to them, so they had disconnected the above mentioned number. They transferred it again to Tata Docomo. Idea customer care executive informed me to contact to Tata Docomo to get back you old number but Tata Docomo is not providing there service in Vadodara. So its my humble request to help me out regarding this issue to reactivate my no. ***********.

I will be waiting for your positive response.

Useless network : last one month i am facing network issue even though i cant able to receive the call so i raise the complaint twice but still they are not rectify the issue in this situation bill is generated without using why should i pay so they are given waver for updation they will take 8 days in this 8 days i cant able to use after that again one more bill will be generate so without using customers have to pay rental.. I am swethika, i am from pune, yesterday onwards i am not able to make the outgoing calls. Morning i tried contact with customer care, they told like your problem will be resolved in 2 hours, but the problem was still not resolved, last one hour back again, i tried to contact them, they are saying your problem will be resolved in after 2 days.

Please help this kind of problem and try to resolve as soon as possible.

Sir, i ported in idea but i am currently roaming so i can't call 59059 for tele verification.
I tried switching to 2g but idea 2g doesn't works (Says unavailable) and on vodafone 2g can't call (Says this facility not yet available). Kindly activate my sim as i won't be able to go home for a month.
Idea customer care says this number is not ported but my airtel sim is disconnected.
