I submit request to migrate post paid to pre paid as the confirmation from Idea call center that it will took only 1 hr down time.I submitted my documents in Idea show room Vallathol, kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala on 10/10/2014 my idea post paid connection disconnected on 13/10/2014 and i call idea call center several times didn't get any response...

Visited idea show room on 16/10/2014, they are saying that it will take again 3 more days to complete the process. Due to this i had a big loss in my businesses...I waiting for your fat response

      Dear Sr I Govinda Mittal was having the Vodafone Delhi no [protected].I got a call from idea a few days back(on 6 October) that if i port to idea i would get a better scheme as a festival offer and my no is one of few no who would be benefiting. The call was by Mr. Rahul from no +91-[protected].The plan told to me was: Std calls 40p / min (which would be further 30p/min if i call to this no and have a recharge of Rs13 ) Roaming free Local calls 1p/2sec He even gave the phone to his senior and he too assured me the plan told above.Thereby I gave the necessary documents and money of Rs 100 to the person who came to my office and had no +91-[protected]. Even I sent my porting message to this no . All this was done by 7 October, 2014, and I got a call from same idea MR Rahul (+91-[protected]), to resend my voter id on mail-id [protected]@gmail.com. I did it accordingy . Now Whenever i call above two nos, either they are switch off or unreachable or busy and if seldom the call is picked there is no Rahul and the person who picks calls respond rudely and say you won't get the plan told. The sim was ported only last night and i got a normal plan std @ 40p/min and local @1.2p/sec. Hence I was cheated. Further, I did not get the talktime of Rs 111 as told. Kindly take necessary action.       I'm vineet rawat and [protected] call me[protected] to port my vodafone no to idea. and scheme is that
      STD 40P
      LOC 1P WITHOUT TREF
      ROAMMING FREE
      RECHARGE PAR FULL TALKTIME
      RS 156 1GB DATA 3G 1 MONTH LIFETIME
      and i have submitted a document plus Rs100 to a person([protected]) who came in my home on[protected]
      then after [protected] call to me regarding verification on[protected] and after [protected] call to me on[protected] sir ur number is activate within a one day but[protected] and my number is not activate. All number are switch off .
      I request and warn if my number is not activate as per scheme I complaint to police its my strictly warning and don't take to me easy.
      I have already recorded all call voices and bike no they are enough to police

        please give a solution to this problem. My no is [protected]. i had activated 3g from my phone for 1gb for 28 days of 154₹. A few days later msg popped on my screen and when I was checking 2g data of 500 mb got activated for 96₹. I lost my 3g data of 154₹. How can this happen? Is there no way that i can use 2g on my phone and 3g on my phone by switching it to that particular data as both has got activated?. Kindly help.

          Sir/ ma'am, I would like to bring to your kind notice, that i have been charged thrice by idea for my data recharge at the same day, for the same pack and for the same amount . Details. Mobile No : 91- [protected] Amt : Rs 745. (Debitted thrice i.e 745 * 3 = Rs 2235 ) Date : 21 sep 2014 Package : 4GB 3g internet. Now after using the first 4 GB, i expected them to give me another 8 GB as they have deducted my account for the same. But NO, my limit was just 4 GB. I request you to take stringet measures.                     My self Binod Barik and My idea mobile number is [protected]. I really harassed with such bad service of idea. On 14th Oct 2014 i swa that my balance decreses to rs 2 and rs 30 have been deducted without any message or call. I was sucked, alreday rs 30 dedaucted. How idea automatic deducted such amount without my knowledge. When i call customer care on next day, One of Customer Care Excutive named Soubhagya Das told me that you have downloaded game by yourself.when i said that i have not downloaded such type of game as i posses a very simple mobile handset and honestly this sim is used by my father who has very poor about the using of mobile even he does not know how to make calls so how he downloded this type of game and asked for refund. He refused me with rude language. therfore i request to the concerned authority to look into the matter and refund my balance otherwise i will switch to another operator of my choice.

                            I had recharged data (2g) plan for Rs 148 on[protected] but till date 2G vol has not been credited. On inquiry from customer care it has been told that since the data plan has been recharged from Gangtok it will not be credited. sir I am very unhappy with this type of loot.

                              my idea mobile number is [protected]. I had activated 3g plan 1gb on 6th october 2014. I had remain 3g data 400 MB in my account on 00:05hrs as on 12 Oct 2014. same time I was just check *170*4# and i got three option on my screen. The 3rd option is 140 mb data @ 28 rs. i just want to chek detail of this plan but without permission that plan was activated and 28 rs. was deducted from my account. and i also loss my 400 mb 3g data from my account. when I was asking from customer care about my 3g balance and 28 rs. they cant give me solution and cut the call.                                 sir...today 11/10/2014 ko mene idea no. [protected] par internet pack dalwaya tha ( Rs.95 ka 1GB.)... after some time Rs. 5 ka 20MB net recharge kiya... RS5 ke recharge ke turnt baad mera 1GB net balance bina wajah kaat liya gyyya...jabki dono ko add hona chahiye/... mene idea coustmer care se bhi baat ki...par unhone proper feedback nhi diya, , , mene bahut baar try kiya..par baar baar phone kaat diya gya... cousmer care help ke liye hote h na ki pareshan karne ke liye..hamari to majboori h ..par iss tarah ki katoti shobha nhi deti..aur n hi esa responce coustmer care ki aur se/..i face much trouble...pllz dont give such a feedback to coustmers. i need only my net recharge back..plz give me back.///

                                    Hello Sir i have purchased idea 3g dongle plus wifi three days back and i was promised a 3g speed but the day i started using dongle i have called idea clellular 10 times to complaint about the speed i am getting a speed at 612 kbps and i tried many times to complaint about the same but no one is responding they say that all the supervisors and managers are busy and they will arrange a technician appointment but no sign just getting a run around i would truly appreciate if some one can do something about it...                                       I am Sharad Neraliya residing at Jabalpur my contact no. is [protected], I want to inform you take i purchased one IDEA ULTA mobile phone from Dharmendra Electronics, Jabalpur on dt.22.03.2014 the IMEA-1 No. [protected], till last month i was very happy to get a smart phone with all latest functions at a very affordable price. On dt.24.09.2014 my phone was giving some charging problem i.e. it was taking too much time to charge and after charging 20-22% the indication of charging was displaying but the % charging was not increasing and on using any function the battery was dying very fast.On dt. 25.09.2014. I approached to M/s DIWAKAR AGENCY, authorised service centre of IDEA Mobiles at Jabalpur, the problem was explained to the lady receptionist and handed over my mobile.On next day the lady receptionist told me that there was water in the set(which is not covered in the warranty condition) and charged Rs.450/- as service charge. I did not worried about the charges but i paid it happily assuming that my mobile phone has been put right. On the same night i noticed that the charging problem of the mobile phone is remain same. Due to my busy schedule during 2 Oct and Dushhehra holidays, i again approached service centre on dt.08.10.2014 my phone was deposited and handed over to me on 10.10.2014, on reaching home i was astonished that the phone was having same problem, again i reached service centre on 11.10.2014, now the receptionist is telling that the battery is defective and charged Rs.550/- from me with the advise that the battery will be supplied after 15-20 days i.e. after this months. Now today after doing all these exercise for last 15 days and paying an amount of Rs.1000/- just for charging problem of mobile and again waiting for next 20 days, i feel that i have been cheated either by the IDEA Mobile company or M/s Diwakar Agency, Jabalpur. I am also surprised that in the month of September, how water reached in my phone(as informed by service centre) If my complaint reach to any responsible and honest person of the company then i request him to kindly look into the matter and do justice with your customer i.e. me. If required i can sent you copy of all my repairing and battery charges receipt issued by service centre my email address is [protected]@rediffmail.com.

                                      Thanks for the response, an early action is requested.
                                      One thing i forget to mention that from tomorrow my phone is in dead condition(since battery is not charging more than 6%), today this defected was also informed to the Service centre staff, then they advised me to replace the existing battery with new battery.
                                      An early action is requested, As you can see that my Whatsup account is showing last seen on dt.08.10.2014 and I am also unable to use other functions/Apps of smart phone, this problem is only due to non-functioning of my IDEA ULTRA Smart phone which belongs to a trusted and reputed brand name called IDEA.

                                      I was not expecting that product of such a brand will make me helpless within a short period of six months even authorised service centre will fail to rectify the defect after my three visit.

                                      I am forced to use my old mobile which is not a smart phone. You people are living in Metros and may know the utility of smart phones. Kindly help to resolve my problem soon or take back my IDEA ULTRA Smart phone and refund me cost of the product(after deducting necessary depreciation) so that I can purchase some other companies smart phone, who will not keep me helpless within six month of purchasing.
                                      Why no response from the IDEA CELLULAR, is it true that as advised by service centre staff, i have to wait for 20 days to get new battery of my IDEA ULTRA mobile phone, kindly confirm so that i can take further necessary action.

                                      I am forwarding my complaint and all correspondence to Mr. Himanshu Kapania Managing Director of Idea Cellular Limited so that he can know the grievances of an IDEA customer and the efficiency of Customer Care staff, who want a period of more than one month to solve a small problem like battery charging for a mobile which is covered under Warranty period.

                                      If I will not get my mobile set rectified till Diwali then I am compelled to seek shelter in the court of law i.e. District Consumer Forum, which will is going to pay you more than the cost of my mobile set.
                                      Till date my problem has not been resolved, since last one month i am without my IDEA ULTRA Cellular phone, the authorised service is unable to provide me new battery even after giving advance payment for new battery, Even the Customer Care Executive are helpless to provide a new battery after my continuous chasing for last one month.
                                      What is happening i do not known, but it is sure that IDEA Company is spending lots of money for publicity but very poor in after sale service, even within a short period of six months.
                                      Nobody in this world cares for a common man, Justice is nowhere.

                                        Such a poor speed even it takes lot of time to open a single page...such a poor coverage.. i dont know how they are planning to expand their services to more customers...frequently getting disconnected...complained a lot of time but every time the same recorded reply from customer care...i think they know it well that their service is poor...this wifi service is poor that the local internet provider...Idea should have think about their brand value. account number:[protected]
