Idea Cellular — Sim deactivated without any notice

Sir I was using [protected] number under IDEA GSM prepaid service. The number has been terminated on 29/03/2015 at about 7am without any information or notice. I have been visiting IDEA Store since last Saturday(28/03/2015) repeatedly for activating my number with every valid documents which I have, but nobody could help me, they said that they can not reactivate my number. I reached to your customer care they told me that my no is deleted from ur database, now they cant issue this number. I want to know how this can be happened as I am using this sim from at least 6 years and I am recharging it regularly so there isn't any point for deleting my no.
