Dear sir, I have recently shifted from airtel prepaid to idea postpaid recently.I opted the plan of powerbyte 499 with 1.5Gb of 3G data per month which was exhausted so I did a recharge for 1GB data through idea website in my login page for which you charged 952rs for just two days which when I enquired in customer care told me that it is prorata charges for the net used by recharging extra pack which is out of your plan and they told it can't be reversed I was shocked as there was no intimation regarding this charge for which they told no we don't intimate such chgs. . . I never thought such reputated company would cheat the loyal customers.I have already referred many of my friends and colleagues to idea which I regret now.I kindly request to you to reverse the wrongly charged amount so that i confidently continue the services of this network or else we would surrender the SIM as there is no other alternative.     Dear sir, I have recharged a Internet pack of Rs. 105 (Jumbo Validity Pack) on 25 june 2015 . It is stated in the pack that it has a validity of 28 days but I got the validity of only 21 days (till 25 july 2015). Once earlier too I did the same recharge and got a validity of only 21 days. Please look into this matter.

      To who's ever it may concern. I have deactivated GPRS service on [protected] on 19th May 2015. When I spoke to your CC he mention that it is been deactivated on 19th May 2015 only. Still you have charge me current bill I have used GPRS service between 9th May 2015 to 19th May 2015 only.. Thou I have paid entire amount of this month by net-banking.. In current bill it is shown as GPRS Core Service_SB_0_Acc_250_289 19-May[protected]Jun-2015 = 250 +14% service charge what is that I want you to clarify me on this at your earliest. And request you to give me the adjust the same in next month billing.. it is not sorted by said executive as he doesn't understand the issue let me jot down again the Data service for [protected] is used only between 9th May to 19th May 2015 and your bill which is generated recently has charge me for entire month till 19th June 2015.. when the service are discontinue on 19th May how can you charge this.. this the question.. My account number is Account No. :[protected] you retrieve from your server
      Even i have faced similar issues with idea fraud billing and incorrect data usage on my number [protected], even though there is no network anywhere i go and customer service is very adamant and rude. I have proofs with which show i haven't used data.

      As i was left with two options 1) Was to pay the bill and other was to 2) to go to consumer forum suggested by Customer care very bluntly.

          I RECHARGE A ROAMING PACK FOR VALIDITY WITH SIX MONTH ON 23/02/2015 WITH RS.231/- THIS PACK IS VALID UPTO 22/08/2015 BUT THIS PACK IS DEACTIVE AFTER 20/06/2015 AND COMPANY DEDUCTED INCOMING CALL CHARGES AFTER THAT .             Hi All, This is inform you that i have port my Number ([protected]) Vodafone to Idea on 20th July and the plan was Rs 899 via dealer a9cellularinc. As per your executive in the plan you are giving (400 min local + National + 4GB 3G data the 2G unlimited + 200 local SMS etc) then today my number has been Activated then i see NO 3G DATA in this plan. I had a word with your executive regarding plan before Verification he told me (Jo Plan bola tha wohi mele ga app verification karwao jo bolte hai yes kro ) i called on 59059 number for verification and verified the number then i checked plan has been changed with NO 3G data . Why this type wrong communication by your end. I have all the number and email ID ( [protected]@gmail.com) where i was sent my profs. I want the same plan at any cost otherwise i will raise to complaint to consumer court. Please check the screenshot and if you want i will send you whatsapp history mobile numbers.

                SIR I have Registered A Process For Call Details Of last 5 months But It is More than One Month No cooperation is done by your service center They have Deduct 250 Ruppes For the Call Details But No Statement is reached till now kindly send us call details as soon as possible

                  Torture to pay the bills for unused services Myself have been the customer of IDEA for Post Paid Connection in the month of Jan 2015, facing lots of problems and harrasment by the IDEA Customer Care Executives for forcing me to pay the Bills for the unused services. My last amount due was Rs.258/-, to pay the bills i have requested at customer Care to send the Executive for collecting the same amount as could not drop in directly, and have asked for online payment structure the executive denied saying do not go for online payments as it will take 4 to 5 working days to recieve by IDEA. After the due date IDEA have stopped my outgoings, Data pack, messages, and incoming. Now when all the services have been debarred where is that am using the services of IDEA number? for which sevices every month the bills are being generated?? when a customer is titled to be debarred with all services there should be disconnection of the SIM or else the SIM have to be De-activated as the customer is not able to use that SIM. I have informed to customer care exe to deactivate the SIM imdtly when the due date was skipped and services were debarred, that time no one have informed me to submit a letter or guided thru any procedure. This is called improper services and information at customer cell. Now daily i am recieving calls from the IDEA executive on to my alternate number for paying huge amout of bills which i have not used as they have already stopped the services and threatening me for legal complaints. Daily am facing this torture and mental harrasment from the IDEA Executives. My Security deposit is there with IDEA of Rs.400/- if my actual bill amount gets deducted of Rs.258/- still there is balance of amount of Rs.142/- which IDEA can keep. Am unable to do my work peacefully and really getting harrased by these IDEA Executives. This makes me think and stop using even my prepaid connection with IDEA. Make me think and give a mouth of word not to be a IDEA POST PAID CUSTOMER EVER to all general public of Karnataka and INDIA. I request kindly ask all the executives of IDEA not to call and torture, harrass or frighten me. If anything goes wrong with me i clearly state that IDEA Customer Care and Cellulars are resposible for any mishap as i could not bear the harrassment and mental torture. From Bangalore

                    Dear sir, I have been using IDEA No [protected] (UP EAST) for almost 07 years. I recharged my no with 649 rs 3G pack to use internet in modem in PC . But i am not getting 3G signal in my modem for last 05 days. it is displaying no service. I am unable to use the internet in my PC and work is suffering and leaving me frustrated. I informed IDEA customer care 02 times but problem did no get resolved. Kindly file my complaint or else suggest me the way to go to Consumer court against IDEA as they are just befooling their customers.

                      I'm discussing about something that doesn't matter personally. But this is a big one as we take a look at it as a whole market. Idea offer one day 30mb === by using the code*150*08# . But after using 1kb we can see the Internet pack has suddenly jump to 25mb balance.

                          SUB:- regarding permanent disconnection of my Idea number [protected] I was using a idea number [protected] with lifetime incoming plan.In december 2014 i got internet pack (probably of rs.250) and roaming free pack (probably of rs.79) activated on my number for a month.while activating this i clearly asked the customer care executive that I want it only for a month as I am on roaming and I was told that this service will stop after a month. However the services didn’t stop after a month and I was charged for these two service pack once more(and I was not using it).i didn’t paid the bill and my number was temporarily deactivated.i got a call from the customer care to pay the bill with some discount to get my number fully activated.i asked them to first deactivate these TWO SERVICE PACK on my number.after a while I was told that these pack has been deactivated and than I paid the bill and outgoing call service to my phone was restored. But services didn’t stop and I was charged fot it in subsequent bill also. Now my number has been permanently disconnected.i have been getting call from idea customer care to deposit a discounted bill of Rs.448 now on idea outlet and get my number activated from there.but when I visited the idea outlet they clearly told me that number has been inactive and cant be restored from there side. My point is 1)I was wrongly charged for services that I got stopped and that I was not using since than 2) my important number has been permanently barred inspite of my willingness to pay the genuine bill amount Now I want my number to get activated without any further delay and monetary penalty against idea for harassing me.                             Sir, today I recharge my idea mobile no [protected] through online recharge portal of idea cellular for 1 GB 3G data of amount 248 by using Sbi internet banking, bank shows transaction successful with reference no. IG0AFQNTU5 and recharge confermed by Idea with reference no DSBI[protected].                               Dear sir, i have purchage some mobile no detail are below - 1- [protected] 2- [protected] 3- [protected] 4- [protected] 5- [protected] when purchage mobile no dt 14/03/2015 ref with salesman krishan kumar mobile no- [protected] inform and give plan my side requirment are below 1- gprs not activated any mobile 2- roaming pak activatd no- [protected] but when come recive 1 st bill gprs activated and roaming pack not activated when sse bill after take to krishan kumar salesman he talk to mi sir koi nahi mai adject karwa dunga koi nahi 2- after that recive second bill same no problem solve 3- i go to vodafone care at mohinder garh, i talk to my problem for gprs and roaming VODAFONE CARE WALE LADKE NE GPRS DE ACTIVATE KA FORM FILL KARWAYA OR BOLA AB NAHI AYEGA 4- WHEN RECIVE 3RD BILL ROAMIN PACK START BUT GPRS ACTVATED AFTR THAT I MEET TO AGAIN VODAFONE CARE UNHONE FIR SE GPRS DE ACTVATE KA FORM FORM FILL KARWA DIYA OR MAIL BHI RECIVE HUHA BOTH TIME DE ACTIVATD KA 5- BUT RECIVE 4TH BILL CONDITION SAME AFTER THAT I TALK TO KRISHAN AND CARE AND COUSTMER CARE SO PROBLEM SOLUTION SO TODAY SEND MESSAGE FOR PORT WHY NOT WORKIN PROPER;I YOUR TEAM 1-

                                as my sim card is an old one, it cannot be converted into a micro sim and hence i require a new micro sim card. I visited the Pune (Aundh-Universal) Showroom, they said these sim cards are not available and will be available after 8 days. i visited the showroom again after a few days and again they dint have the simcards. They gave me a form (Customer Request Form) with their stamp on it and told to visit Law College Road Showroom. ALSO I CONFIRMED FROM THEM WHETHER SOMEONE ON MY BEHALF CAN COLLECT THE SAME AS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR ME DUE TO CLASH OF OFFICE TIMINGS AND THEY CONFIRMED THE SAME. Next Day I called up The Law college Road Showroom, the number turned out to be connected to the customer care.([protected]) As I had no other contact number of the said branch, I called up another branch near my place i.e. the sanghvi branch and the confirmed the availability. I sent my daughter with the form duly filled and signed along with the self attested pancard and voter id proof. Initially the employees there did not attend my daughter properly and later refused to issue the sim card. She called to the customer care and the customer care executive told her that as per TRAI Rules, the in person verification needs to be carried on and hence the same person must be present to get the card. On discussing the issue with executive, the executive asked to hand over the call to the showroom executive. The showroom executive VERY RUDELY CUT THE PHONE SAYING I AM BUSY ATTENDING ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Later my daughter returned home with a new customer request form bearing the stamp of Sangvi Branch and they told her that fill this form and attach the same documents and get it the next day. MY COMPLAINT IS THAT IF THE AUNDH BRANCH EXECUTIVES DINT KNEW THE TRAI GUIDELINES THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE MISGUIDED ME. ALSO THE EXECUTIVES SAT SANGHVI BRANCH SHOULD HAVE SHOWN SOME COURTESY TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS. All this incidences took place between 1st June 2015 to 24th June 2015

                                    I've purchased a Idea Sim: [protected] (postpaid Plan) on 20.06.2015 but i am unable to make STD calls, not able to use INTERNET and if someone called me it shows UNKNOWN and i am unable to callback on that number that shows NO NUMBER. I am regularly calling idea customer care but they ask me to wait every time. Idea customer care executive given me SLA 23.06.2015 5:08 PM but problem still not resolved even after SLA breaching of 20hrs. I've called them last night at 11:00PM and they asked me to wait till morning. I've called them next day at 10:00AM 24.06.2015 now they are asking me to wait for next 24 hours. Now i am waiting for next 24 hours if problem not resolved TODAY till 11:59PM then I'll not pay a single penny or I'll switched to another operator. THIS TYPE OF SERVICES ARE VERY ANNOYING AND CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES ARE NOT CAPABLE TO GIVE SOLUTION IN ONE CALL. PLEASE BE PROFESSIONAL AND TRY TO UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF CUSTOMER'S TIME AND MONEY.

                                        I have idea sim in samsung tab 3 model no. SMT2 11. I always get problem while using 3g network. It always says that it is not registered. Please help otherwise I will change the sim I have contact customer care so many times but they have not responded I have decided to port to airtel if problem continues
