Amount deducted, but no balance I recharged 2G unlimited data service of Rs.1000 online from ideacellular.com, the amount has deducted but no balance came in my account . It is very first time when Idea disappointed me in 12 months relationship with the company. I contacted to CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE twice and they stated that they told they will reverse back the money to my account (answer didn't satisfied me), then what's the benefit of instant service. They also states that if was an invalid transaction then the amount would be refunded to my bank account. I want Idea to taken care this as soon as possible.     I'm holding idea corporate plan and Long back ( in Aug 2013) I'd requested for another idea number, I got the SIM also, but that number never get verified and hence remain unactivated. Today I got a call from Delhi Court that case has been filed on my name for non payment of INR:1350. The number ([protected]) which they have mentioned was not used by me at all. When I called Idea customer care, representative Informed me that the numbed against which case is filed is registered on my name, even it has my company address also. According to him the no was in active state and deactivated completey as no bills paid for that number. Surprisingly I never get the bill soft/hard copy. I am still wondering how the bill is generated for non-active number.

        Hi We are living in Lolla village, Atreyapuram Mandal, Vadapalli village, East godavari district Andhra Pradesh, here most of the customers are taken Idea prepaid connections and signal strength is very very poor, Vadapalli Balaji Temple (Konaseema Tirupathi) is very famous in India, most of the devotees are visiting from all over India every Saturdays and other days.. total village population is more than 50000. Please take an action immediately to provide good signal strength, Several times given complaints to customer care no proper permanent solution provided yet. IDEA CUSTOMER

          This is regarding the post paid bill of September 2014 to October 2014 of the mobile number [protected]. Account No. :[protected] Cellular No. : [protected] IDEA cellular SAMIKSHA GUPTA D/O AVDESH GUPTA H No.# 1042 PREET COLONY BEHIND PETROL PUMP ZIRAKPUR DISTT MOHALI ZIRAKPUR 140603 I was using idea network for more than one year and my credit limit was Rs.1200 till June 2014 and was Rs.1300 till August 2014 and while crossing the credit limit the outgoing and GPRS and all facility was used to BARRED. Alert, reminder call from idea customer care use to come, and ALL the phone facility remained BARRED till payment of the outstanding BILL crossing the credit limit.But this number was not barred on September -October 2014 month as this number was under potability. I applied to PORT my this number [protected] in September 2014, after call from idea costumer care when i refuse to retain idea services and the credit limit of September -October 2014 ( was reset or increased without intimation to Rs 6000. The Credit limit of post paid mobile account increases as per usage of previous months and as per bill payment of previous payments data. Also as per idea customer care reply, credit limit can be increased as per usage of previous months only and as per bill payment of previous payments and also as per customer written request only. However in my case my post paid mobile account usage of previous month and maximum was Rs 1800 only and as per previous months trends I have never use exceeding 1800 Rs. and i have not given any written request too. How my post paid mobile credit limit of September -October 2014 (Rs 6000) was set without intimation and after my PORTIBILTY request only. My limit and maximum usage till date of previous months is not more than rs 1800, than how idea cellular had set limit of ongoing portabilty month (i.e.September -October 2014 ) to 6000 Rs from Rs 1800. The credit limit of September -October 2014 (Rs 6000) was set without intimation which leads to bill of Rs.7500 of September -October 2014. If my Credit limit would have not been increased without intimation my facility would have BARRED at Rs 1800 only as also happens prevoius times also. While crossing the credit limit the outgoing and GPRS and all facility was used to BARRED. Alert, reminder call from idea customer care use to come, and ALL the phone facility remained BARRED till payment of the outstanding BILL crossing the credit limit.But as my number was under portibility my services was not barred intentionally and i was not intimated by customer care for the extra usage. I tried to call customer care to resolve the issue and also mailed idea nodal officer and i was ready to pay the bill as per prevoius month credit limit of 1800 Rs but idea celluar is not ready to adjust the amount, according to them the credit limit can be set automatically and i have to pay the whole bill of rs 7500. Idea is not listening as i have ported my serices from idea to reliance i.e. i am no longer idea cutomer. Bill ([protected]) of month 23 September 2014 to 22 October 2014 is Rs.7396 with credit limit of Account Rs.6000. My question on this is why my credit limit was increased to Rs.6000 from Rs.1300 without intimation and why my facility was not BARRED while crossing the credit limit of Rs.1300 of previous month. If my facility would have been BARRED at the credit limit of Rs.1300 as it was barred last to last month while crossing the credit limit of 1300 there was no chance o[censored]sage of extra GPRS of Rs 7000. Why no Alert, reminder call from idea customer care came, and ALL the phone facility was not BARRED till payment of the outstanding BILL crossing the credit limit. Sir you are requested to wave off the extra BILL crossing the credit limit of Rs. 1300 so that I can pay my outstanding bill within the credit limit and within timelines. Otherwise payment of Rs7500 is not feasible to me and I will not be able to pay Rs 7500.             I took a Idea corporate number for the Dongle that I had. But bcoz of pathetic network coverage from 1st month itself I could not use it. I tried using the same number on my mobile & the problem remained.. I called the customer care asking for help and I got a reply saying "Aap network area mein aayiye madam". I stopped making payment for this number. So then their customer Service started calling for recovery & was yelling using foul language. When i told them about the network issues, they asked me to contact Idea. Now it seems this Idea has filed a civil suite against me... First of all, a faltu network, mannerless customer service, & now this case.. What AUDACITY!! Instead of spending on advertisements, why cant they increase their network towers??

              Hi, My phone number is [protected] that is a postpaid number for Idea cellular Karnataka and as my services is transferred to Jharkhand i need to surrender the connection but when contacted to idea customer care they told me that i need to surrender from the same state from where i have purchased the connection that is Karnataka but i don't understand why they are not taking my connection surrender request in Jharkhand.                     Hiiiii my name is Sonal Chahun from Ghaziabad. i bought new number [protected] in 10 days ago but after number activate, there is so many wrong calls with vulgar languages and abusing talk by someone ...I want to do Complaint against unknown mobile number +91 [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] bcoz i don't know him and he call me many times and said tha he called from Gujarat police stations on behalf of cheating case of Zee international holidays company again and again . And I already warning to him 3 time for wrong calling. But he not stoped calling even his call time more time after 10:30 PM till morning.and do msg on What'sup Pls i request you do needful for me and take any strict action against him.                         am very old User of idea postpaid from last six year am using idea postpaid we are using 5 idea postpaid in my family all are using idea postpaid but now a days they started cheating &amp; looting us. I am using idea my plan am getting 5.5 Gb 3G data on my plan when it finished I called idea Coustoumer care to extend my data I asked representative can I add my 3G data from my calling and sms packs she told me sure u can then I told to reduce my calling &amp; sms packs and add it to my 3G data she said ok sir within hour it will add am not sure she told me anything abt pro data charges And if she told me she has to describe me what is prodata I heard this word first time when I shaw my monthly bill 9k it's 999 Rs plan I called so many times to them they replied its pro rata basis charges fhow an enduser know what is pro rata They should clear it that it will charge too much I don't know abt that and I used my 3G data and can u believe I got bill of 9k instead of 999 10 times higher am thinking to move to consumer forum cuz they are calling frequently to pay bill how can I pay 10 times higher amount they are just looting innocent people's with new words like pro rata pls resolve my problem am already too much irritated with this My number is [protected]

                          I bought a new Idea sim with number[protected]. I got the signals but when I am trying to get the verification completed by calling on 59059 I get a message saying &quot;This function is not available for your account. Please contact your helpline&quot;.

                          I really don;t understand what kind of behavior is this, on place you are giving a number for self verification which also should have been a call from your end, on the other you are reading out a message to contact helpline when there is no such thing which exists.

                          Can you please explain this bad behavior and providing inappropriate information to the user.

                            Hi, this is Jagadeesh, my mobile number: [protected] i have given a request form on 27th Oct 2014, to convert my mobile from Postpaid to Prepaid and the form was received by Velachery Idea showroom people, i have the form screen shot with me. the Conversion is done on 3rd 12PM, but now my Prepaid services are not active, nothing is working either post paid or prepaid sim card. it seems to be the team did half work. the customer care people doesnt know what to answer to be. Sometimes they are saying the activation willbe done in another 2 hours but finally they are not sure. Prepaid SIM :[protected]

                            the actual request is convertion of postpaid to prepaid.

                            the request form was received by Velachery Idea Show room (Attached screenshot).

                            please check the SR#C1-[protected]: why its was closed without resolution.

                            after convertion neither the postpone or prepaid no services are working for my mobile.

                            it seems to be the team did half work and forgotten to activate the Prepaid number, didn't resolve the request.

                            the chennai Idea customer care people are useless, they don't know what the user is expecting.. i tried to explain but they cant understand and simply lying with different answers &amp; they will put on MUTE.

                            i don't have alternative mobile, so i'm asking you to email me if you have any questions but you are simply wasting time.

                            my question what do you what to know, i have attached the screenshot with proff of Convertion form from Post to prepaid. whenever i contact Ideacare they are putting on Mute. (worst support because they dont know what to answer after sending the screenshot of conversion form)

                            the Chennai velachey Idea showroom is doing Fraud business. they have charged 300/- as activation while taking connection that is al
                            so not returned to me though the bill is payed during conversion) there was excess amount of 450/- RS. tough the bill was 300/-. and they received my form.

                            I understand you are not interested to continue your services. you will loose your business if that is the case.

I din't block the SIM hoping that it may be with our relatives. But when I am trying to reach it from the past 2 days, someone else is using it.                                 Hi, I have received a call from Idea customer care on Oct-30-2014 regarding moving my idea prepaid to postpaid connection. I have been using Idea connection "+[protected] "(Ported from docomo) for past so many years as a prepaid connection. I have submitted all proofs on Oct-30-2014 and My prepaid connection has been disconnected on 31-Oct-2014 but my postpaid connection is not activated till now. As "+[protected] " is the number given for official purposes and I have faced so many issues due to disconnecting my prepaid number. I have contacted customer care several times and each time I got a reply to wait and the connection will be ok within some hours. But I have been waiting for 3 days now. Last day I tried to connect to post paid customer care and they said that customer care is only for prepaid customers and they cannot help me to solve this issue. I am wondering why customer care executives not even registering complaint about my issues though I asked them to do it several times. I have made only one mistake that I should not have moved to idea postpaid connection and I cannot forget this bitter experience for Idea. Due to idea's irresponsible customer service, I could not attend my official and personal calls on last three days and which caused me several official problems. As per the contract, my postpaid connection should have activated within 4 hours from disconnecting my prepaid connection. I would request your help here.                                   Hello, My name is umesh and I am prime customer of Idea since last five years. I have changed my post paid plan from 23sep.It is PSB imperium 1.1(1085) according to this plan I have a 500MB free 3G data. When I got my bill on 20 Oct, I found that I have only used 488MB. These data is under the 500 MB till in my bill it has charged of RS 1781/ for this usage. I could not understand. How it is possible? Please remove these charges and generate a new bill without these charges. I have also contact customer care service on phone but no one is giving a perfect reply. My bill due date is 05/11/2014 So, please solve the matter as early as possible.

                                    Dear Sir, My Mobile no is [protected], I have done 3G Data recharge of 124 Rs (1GB) on 2nd november 2014 and my recharge was done successfully and I have got successful recharge message “RCH done. MRP Rs 124 NEW BAL, Plan : 1 GB ISF, 3G data valid for 30 days”. But when I am using internet data charges are deducted from my talk time balance and 3G data balance remain same. When I am checking my data balance using *125# number it shows “Data Bal in ur accoung 1024.00 MB valid till december 2 2014”. When i have called Customer Care and they didnt respond positively, Next day I went to idea store to ask regarding and they told ISF means Idea Smart Phone. I don't have a Idea Smart Phone. They are not written ISF meaning nor given terms and condition for it on their web site. I have requested to revert my balance or to give me data plan for the 124 rs but they denied my request told me it is not possible. Please help me

                                        I have face a fraud from the DSA company of yours in Delhi . I have purchased a connection on 4th Oct sim no 899104350814179521565 from Tathaastu BPO, DELHI . I have duly submitted my document by the connection is not activated till date. I have complained to you 10 days before also and after your request I went to idea showroom to deposit Id proof again but they denied stating that we cannot do anything nor they have accepted my Id poorf as the connection is not purchased by us . I request you to please take necessary action on the same as Tathaastu Bpo is also not replying to me over the phone I am following up for my complaint status on FB also but no reply from idea Regards Neeraj Singh
