Dear Sir, My number is [protected], i was requested the pack of 599 for international roaming, but Alwar's showroom was activated the pack of 99. This fault is made by them i.e. swastik communication, alwar. Now my bill is approx 10000. Which is not right. And this is a group number, so thats why another two number (i.e. [protected], [protected]) are also stopped due to high payment. So please solve this problem, or activate another two numbers.

      Iam been harrassed by idea reps sinse last few days . I closed my idea postapid connection and ported it to Vodafone after clearing all my dews( In fact I paid Extra 10Rs than by bill). Now i got a call from Idea rep claiming that I have to pay 480 rs as there were some dues pending. I made it clear that i made the final payment and only after that I ported to vodafone. The collection agent was very rude and when I hung up she kept calling again and again and at last I lost my patience and decided to complaint. Please assist me on this on priority. I have stopped answering calls from non registered number and due to which I missed many important calls

        I had asked the customer care executive about a offer. He told there is offer for Rs.63 which provides 50MB data for 30 days. He told it was regular offer. I recharged my number today for Rs.63 to get that benefit unfortunately I got 250MB with just 7 days validity. I called superior and asked for a remedy but he didn't give me proper information. I told him my need was 30 days validity. He cut my call after hearing the whole story. Please find this as a great mistake from Idea. They cheated me.

          I have been billed more amount because of Idea didn't change my plan as per my talk with Idea's costumer care executive. From long time my number and my wife's number are grouped in CUG plan. I have asked costumer care executive to change my tariff plan with keeping CUG "ACTIVE". Idea changed my plan but deactivated CUG. I was not aware about deactivation of CUG. I called my wife many time after deactivation of CUG plan. And when I have been bill with more amount, I came to know all this matter. my email id is : [protected]@yahoo.com my idea no is : [protected]

I have submitted all valid profs on the same day and i cleared all the bills. it was disconnected all services on same day. as of now it was not activai have approached for this request at IDEA MADHAPUR SHOWROOM. they are behaving very rude and not providing proper information and using volger language. so please take sevior action on them from side .you can contact me on [protected] or [protected]@yahoo.com

              My Name is Gunjan. One of colleague Mr. Saurabh Saxena has purchased one idea connection (Idea Number: [protected]) But due to some billing issue (Or some other issue) he had disconnected the number. Now he has left the job and might have taken another number. But these jokers from idea (Noida) keeps on calling me from last 1 month saying that kindly ask saurabh to do the payment or else we keep disturbing you. Today I clearly told them that I will file a legal case against you, but they told me that do what ever you want to do and now instead of 1 call we will give you 12 calls a day, Also they told me that we sits at Noida and said "JO HO VO KAR LO" Number they were calling from is: [protected], some lady called from this number. Do not degrade you values, expected a nice response from you If needed disturb that guy (Saurabh) not me or file a case or send him a legal notice.                   This torture began by Idea GPRS service since April 14 onwards when without any pre-request Idea started quietly GPRS PACK service on my mobile and when I came through this via email sent to me that a service was activated on my mobile, immediately I had made a call to C.care and asked about the detail and surprisingly they told me this service was requested by me for which they never-ever able to produce evidence. Thereafter I emailed to them and got replied that its motivational package on 50% discount, however I have refused to take such service but despite several request they first deactivate and than again activate that and lastly I forced to take unlimited package on higher charges. Till 7th Nov. 14 some how I bear this torture and thereafter I decided to finally stop this GPRS service completely and made a call to C.care but till 9th Nov 14 the service remains activated than again I made a call to C.Care executive and finally GPRS services deactivated. Here important point to be noted down that my bill generate on 10th of every month. On 11th Nov. I received shocking bill whereas Rs. 514 charged made for GPRS data usage between 7th to 9th Nov. I surprised, how it is possible??? Thereafter I again made a call to C.care and shocked to knew that on 7th Nov. 14 the customer care cleverly deactivate the GPRS unlimited pack but kept on GPRS services on pro-rata base...I wrote several mails but all in the veins they never responded over the mistake neither they realize the customer pain. My points are: 1. When request made on 7th Nov. 14 to completely stop the services of GPRS. Than why it was not stopped 2. When already unlimited pack was there till 10th Nov. 14 than how excess date usages charge can be levy for the data usage between 7th and 9th Nov. 14? Even their telephonic C.care always talk rudely and don't have sense how to talk with customer, my this number is corporate connection despite that they are behaving in highly unprofessional manner. I have three phone connection from Idea and thinking about to switch to another operator.

                  Its not acceptable at all, since I have requested to completely close the GPRS service on 7th Nov. 14 and cleverly executive only closed unlimited GPRS pack and kept started default GPRS service. I had never been informed either through SMS or EMAIL that only pack service was closed and default service would remain open.

                  Thereafter I continued use the phone till 9th and thereafter since my bill generate on 10th of every month I again call back to your C.care executive for closing the GPRS service.

                  My point is when on 9th Nov. 14 complete GPRS service closed than why it was not done on the request made on 7th Nov. 14. This unlimited pack was till 10th Nov. and making the call was to close the entire GPRS service not for closing only unlimited pack. The charges made between the period of 7th Nov. to 9th Nov 14 is highly unjustified and unethical and shouldn't be made.

                  I can make the payment after deducting 515 (plus service tax etc.) and deserve to pay.
                  Finally I have decided to switch my all connection from IDEA to another service provider considering its repeatedly unethical charges and unfriendly customer care behaviour.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I am a resident & professional from Kalyan West. My mobile no is [protected]. This is to inform you that I have been cheated by your Authorised dealer from Ulhasnagar, Camp No. 3 from where I got the IDEA connection - Calling + Internet. Since I have done a portability from Reliance to IDEA with a hope & assurance that I will be getting a good service in terms of network, both in Calling & Internet. But I started facing the problems within a week the time I got IDEA connection. It seems your assurance is just to fool your customers. In spite of making so many complaints in the Customer Care department, Technical department, etc, my problems have not yet resolved.On the contrary your customer care staff blames me that I am not taking their enquiry calls. I would like to tell you your technical person gives me just 2 rings & disconnect the calls & sends message if I am satisfied with their calls or not. How foolish one can act. I am a professional working in a press & having so many calls at a time, having loads of meetings with clients & this poor network & hopeless services ruins my reputation when I am unable to make any calls & couldn't attend any calls due to poor network. Your customer care teams just speaks the same dialogues we are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you or we can understand your situation but in reality, you people don't understand what I am going through. At home I have to run in balcony or society passage or near lift or sometimes walked down near garden to receive calls & till that time my line gets ends. In office too, I have to run here & there to attend calls because of your hopeless network. I think, I did a big mistake by porting my number from Reliance to IDEA. You people have no IDEA how sarcastic is your services. Just getting big celebrities like Abhishek Bachchan & wasting money on endorsement, better try to spend money more on Services & to retain your customers.
                    I am reminding if you people now don't take any action against your poor services, I am going to take a rough action against it. Anyways I am going back from IDEA to Reliance only as I have Never faced NETWORK PROBLEM in RELIANCE but have been mentally harassed & tortured by your SICK NETWORK.

                          Dear Sir, I have been using Idea cellular network since 6 years. Recently I have recharged my Idea no. with 45/- through online recharge.The actual offer is that with 45 Rs of recharge 75 Local & STD mobile minutes free valid for 7 days and the same is mentioned on the Idea portal. When I have done 45 Rs recharge on 25/1/2014 at 10:25 AM through Idea website and disgustingly I got 179200 kb of internet data which is of no use to me and also not mentioned in the website. Whenever I called them and asked for clarification on this issue they are misleading me that the offer is there on Recharge vouchers and this is one of those offers. But it is not updated on their website portal . I have requested them to give the recharge benefits whatever is written in the Idea portal but they are repeating the same story.Moreover they wasted my time and I lost 5/- of my balance without rectifying my problem. I'm requesting to refund my money back or the actual recharge benefits not the internet data which is of no use to me. Regards, Vamshidhar, [protected].

That time I paid 1000 Rs through online payment and called customer care to active the facility. That time customer care representative told me that it will active in 2hr. But after 4 days also it is not activated. Every day I am calling to customer care and he is saying it will be activated today but within 4 days it is not activated. So after lot of frustration I took my request back and put request to refund my money on 10 Oct 2014 but nothing is happen on that request also. Several time I asked for money refund or adjustment but till the date it is not done. Now scenario is my phone is disconnected from 21/11/2014 because of no payment I don’t understand if no payment then where is my 1000Rs. Whenever I called Customer care he is taking my complain but action is zero. In fact I visited my idea store also but everyone is useless . I don’t think so anybody is responsibly work in idea. Last 1 -2 months not single request of mine get fulfilled .

                                Hi, I received my Idea No([protected]) bill and I called the customer care number from my other number i.e., [protected] and both number are on my ID and both number having all the same details except the mobile number. As I called the customer care from this [protected] number and ask them to provide detailed analysis of my other number bill [protected], as I am not satisfied with bill amount. First CCE pick my call and told me that sir I cant provide you other number details even I validate my all information but still he continuously repeating same thing we cant provide you, I ask him to escalate my call to supervisor but he denied by telling me that you will get same information. Finally I got a supervisor(Gopal Rajput) after a long wait of 10 minutes and he also not understanding my problem, I also provided my details so that he can validate but the same answer from him that we cant provide you so after a long debate, again I ask him to connect me with his manager and he told me yes, I also ask him to provide me his manager name but he told me that telling his manager name is not allowed. Again after a long wait I got manager(Ashish Raghuvanshi) on call and now this the 3rd time I am providing all the same details and problem but still did not get the resolution. This is really a very dis satisfactory services provided by all the three staff members. It was really unacceptable for me that even a manager failed to provide me a resolution. My concern is even both number are on my ID and I also validate my details but tell me what security parameter is violating, this my convenience whatever be the number I choose to call customer care and they are asking me to call from same number. I am not satisfied with this kind unrealistic policy this is really unacceptable. Now I am hopping a good solution from here and get a solution other I will decide to disconnect all my idea numbers.                                   I went back to the dealer, and he contacted Idea Customer Care - Phone Support. They asked me to go to the nearest Idea Office. So I went to the Office at the Below Address. National Highway 7, Siddanthi, Hyderabad, Telangana 501218 The Representative there said that as per the Siebel Records, it shows that this number was activated on 5th Of September, but was again deactivated on 10th of September, on FC Grounds. Now this number has been reassigned to some other customer in Kurnool. How could this happen. I have got no intimation either about Activation or Deactivation. I have never been able to make any calls. And how come a number after being deactivated was re-sold in the market without completion of the usual 3 month cycle? Anyways, the representative at the office asked me to contact the grievance team and explain my story. I got sick of running around and told him I only wanted to make some progressive moves and not investigate into what went wrong, because by now I had already lost my number. I asked him to give me a new SIM(any stupid number) as a gesture. At first he was reluctant. After talking to the Manager(Mr. Naidu, Ph:[protected] and having been through lots of discussion, he agreed to provide the SIM, but asked me to again recharge it with Rs.102/-(I was already at Loss. Not to mention the time, effort & money spent for the Old SIM's Recharge and in running from pillar to post about this issue) Now, the replacement SIM Number provided is [protected] on 20th of November. I got a message to call 59059 on my alternate Number again for verification. I tried a hell lot of times now, but it says that number is invalid. What's going on with IDEA, are they serious about their business? I don't think they are going a long way... I have no good words for them going forward. I haven't even started using their services and I've been through nothing less than HELL I need my [protected] Idea Number to be activated. ASAP

                                  I purchased an IDEA SIM with Number[protected] from a Retailer.
                                  I received a call and verification details was provided, and the Representative confirmed over the phone that the SIM will be activated within next 24 hours. This happened on September the 4th.
                                  I could never make or receive any calls since then.

                                  I went back to the dealer, and he contacted Idea Customer Care - Phone Support.

                                        I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated today 21th Nov 2014 from web for my no. [protected]. for this it took 45rs.charges per month. After calling to customer care I am not satisfied with his response that as you have clicked on the pop up you are are entitled to be charged. As I stated that I haven't used any service or download anything named juiceup services is activated without my knowledge. I request you to not to fool people by activating such services and apply charges in their bill for the service that they have not used So please deactivate and refund my valuable money. waiting for your prompt reply ...
